• CLAUDIA (10/5): Un lugar ideal para disfrutar!!!! - La limpieza y todos los detalles considerados, te, café, azúcar, shampoo, y hasta paraguas por si llovía. Súper bien ubicado, vas caminando a todos lados. Muy seguro y hermoso barrio. Me encantó todo. La verdad es que es un lugar para recomendar.

• Molly (10/5): Comfortable, well equipped apartment that was a pleasure to return to after being out and about. - The location was perfect, very easy to walk to many sites and great restaurants. The accomodation had a wonderful feel to it, rustic and welcoming place to stay. Aircon was fantastic, well equipped kitchen and the host was easy to communicate with.

• Irene (9/5): Very happy with our stay. - The place was great. Perfect size, very clean and comfortable. Loved the location - super close to everything you need/want to see but on a quieter street. The only negative point (and it’s very small) is that we arrived from our very long trip from Australia quite late in the evening (around 7/7.30pm maybe?) and we would have loved a couple of simple toiletries such as body soap as we just really wanted to take a shower without the hassle of finding a supermarket or mini mart.

• Dytrich (8/5): Very good - Very good place. Few metres to river, 5 minutes to Ponte Vecchio. In description and photos it seems to be larger. Otherwise we were satisfied. For two persons ideal. For three persons in not so comfortable. Third bed is in the kitchen and is so soft...
• Jeff (6/5): Great position, poor sleep. - Location was great, perfect place to walk around Florence but once in it was very quiet and had a small outside place. The bed was very uncomfortable. Memory foam type mattress that was solid and led to very poor sleep. The kitchen area had good fittings but simple things like a cutting board was non existent. Its would have been good to have a folder telling you about the flat, i.e. wifi etc and the local area.
• Laura (9/5): The Secret Garden - The location was excellent. We felt really at home in the apartment. There were thoughtful touches and everything was clean and comfortable. The apartment manager was easy to get hold of and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant next door was a bit noisy but most nights finished at 11pm.
• Greg (9/5): Lovely apartment. - The location was excellent and the apartment was clean and tidy. The noise each night from the restaurant next door was annoying to say the least.
• Nopaul (6/5): Happy to go home - We fed ourselves as was self-catering Unpleasant wobbly mattress, damp smelling and dirty shower tray which meant my partner had to try and clean it before use. Mosquito bites all over us at night and on arrival home. No mention that a lift was not present to hump a large suitcase up a steep staircase, and was thankfully only 1 flight. Loud underground train sound near bathroom each night due to restaurant below. No acknowledgement of important passport details when forwarded to owner
• Jeff (9/5): Great place for a 3 day stay in Florence - Very good location in Oltrano. Most sights in easy walking distance. Very well equipped kitchen and laundry. Comfortable bed. The garden in the picture is not accessible from the apartment. However, there is a smaller enclosed balcony, which is. Steep flight of stairs to access first floor.

• Caroline (9/5): Great and comfy apartment- 20 minutes from everything - Super comfy bed and especially the pillows. Kitchen well stocked with amenities. Washing machine straightforward and easy to use. AC worked like a dream. Great water pressure in the shower. Steep flight of steps to get to the unit; didn’t bother us but worth noting if you expect to have cumbersome luggage or are challenged with stairs. Fridge runs cold careful not to turn it to max or it will freeze your foods.

• Linden (9/5): A hidden gem - Fantastic location very central, really well equipped, very peaceful, lovely views of the garden and a very comfortable bed. We loved the nearby restaurant Trattoria Sant' Agnostino, which was just a few minutes up the road on the corner and we went there twice (not so expensive as many other restaurants and with really welcoming staff).
• Rebecca (10/5): Beautiful base for exploring Florence - This was the perfect base for exploring Florence. 10 minute walk from Palazzo Vecchio and the Duomo. The apartment was beautiful - very clean and comfortable - and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!
