• Jorge (10/5): Vale super a pena - Atenção do proprietário pronto a ajudar em tudo. Casa bem grande e confortável, tudo funcionando muito bem Tem duas escadas para acessar a casa e quartos pra quem tem dificuldade ou limitação em subir elas não recomendo. No meu caso não tive problema nenhum.

• David (10/5): Excelente ubicación y casa muy amplia - La ubicación es perfecta para visitar la zona más turística de Osaka. a unos pocos minutos andando. Además a unos pocos minutos de la estación de metro. La casa es muy grande y amplia. Nada. Si hay que decir una cosa es solo decir que hay una maquina cafetera pero no encontramos en ningun supermercado las capsulas para hacer el café con la cafetera de la casa. Pero eso no es importante aunque te ahorras dinero tomandote el cafe en casa. Y las escaleras...pero es lo que hay.

• IVY (7/5): Comfy House stay in Osaka - Feels like home. Location is fantastic and easily accessible. Walk to Namba Station within minutes. Supermarket and 7-Eleven are less than 5 mins walk away. There's dryer facility which is good. There's only 1 shower room to share with 6 paxs. And bathroom has drainage issue. Water didn't flow well into the trap. The stairway is cramp and staircase is steep. We have to be careful when we bring our heavy luggage to the ground floor on our last day of check-out.
• Scott (9/5): Incredible location, incredible host. 10/10 would stay again. - The location of this property is excellent, walkable distance to so much, good selection of shops and restaurants nearby. Cool neighbourhood. Perfect for family trips. This is a super minor thing, but on longer stays more information on rubbish collection / disposal provided.
• Jerry (9/5): Overall really great price and location if you don’t mind the occasional noise from the rental unit on the other side of - Right beside Namba station and close to Dotonburi. Since the place is also beside another rental unit, it was a little bit loud when the next door people would make footsteps and use the stairs.

• Elizabeth (10/5): - Amazing host- excellent and quick communication. They llet us check in early and store our bags on our check out date as well. All beds were very clean and so comfortable! Combined washer and dryer provided as well as full kitchen. Stairs are very steep for luggage - but this is Japan and expected! Definitely recommend for families 👌

• Yiwen (10/5): 超值 - 绝佳地理位置，离难波南海站走路5分钟；难波City百货3分钟；大阪高岛屋10分钟；步行到心斋桥的中心也只要18分钟 房东的反馈非常快，极其helpful。房间内的用具也准备地挺充分的。屋内很干净，空间也挺宽敞的。最最喜欢有烘干机。 房子外观不太好辨认，还好房东的反馈及时。建议可以在图片里把隔壁的株式会社牌子拍进去，会比较好辨识。

• NIENTZU (8/5): - 我們這次住兩晚，玄關可放行李，就是樓梯有點陡，行李特重可能要小心搬運，但房東人很好親切，有問必答轉個彎就是業務超市可以買東西回來煮很方便，而且到動漫街步行只要1分鐘，到難波city本館只要步行5分鐘。

• Suriar (9/5): It was like being a guest at someone's well-cared-for home. - Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. The place was immaculately clean. Beds were comfortable, it was warm in winter. So much to do within an easy walk and easy access from a major train station. Steep stairs might be difficult for older persons, but this wasn't a problem for us.

• BrunoMI (9/5): Un petit nid douillet en plein centre d'Osaka dans le quartier de Namba. - L'emplacement est vraiment extraordinaire à proximité de tous les centres d'intérêt du centre-ville et des transports. Nous avons apprécié la souplesse pour l'heure de départ qui nous a permis de ne pas avoir transporté tous nos bagages. Nous pensions avoir réservé l'étage. Et finalement au rez-de-chaussée nous avions un petit peu de nuisances sonores du fait des allers-retours à l'étage.

• Kirsten (10/5): A beautiful home away from home close to everything you could need. - Location was very close to the train station, 15 minutes walking distance to Dotonbori & Tennoji. We were in close proximity to 7/11 (on the corner), Family Mart and Lawson. There’s a Kura sushi pretty nearby & there’s a Saizeriya about 15 minutes walk which is delicious and affordable. We enjoyed visiting the rooftop at Namba Parks. Lots of shops, lots of entertainment. Lovely, spacious home with everything you could need. The owners whom we met by chance were kind, welcoming and understanding. We enjoyed some mandarins gifted to us by the owners. Would love to come and stay again. A little noisy on the streets outside. But turn on the aircon/fan and it drowns out the noise.

• Haruka (8/5): Good location - Location. Excellent location from Namba. Electric goods, game, toys shops, convenient store and restaurants nearby. Step at the entrance door, it's too high while carrying the heavy suitcases. Beds were able to see when you open the main entrance door. No partition or curtain. Not enough glasses or kitchen items.
• Melek Gül (10/5): Eine sehr komfortable und großzügige Wohnung mitten in der Stadt ! - Die Unterkunft hat alles was macht in seinem Alltag braucht wie z.B. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kaffeemaschine, Koch Utensilien, Reiskocher, Toaster etc. Die Betten waren alle groß, sauber und sehr bequem. Jedes Zimmer hat seine eigene Klimaanlage. Es ist genug Platz für alle da. Es gab auch sehr viel Platz um die ganzen Koffer zu stauen. Auf den Balkon hat man zusätzlich eine Sitz Möglichkeit um seinen Morgen Kaffee zu trinken. Die Besitzerin ist eine sehr nette und freundlichen Person. Sie antwortet sehr schnell auf die Nachrichten wenn sie Fragen haben ,außerdem ist sie sehr zuvorkommend. Wir durften die Check out Zeit überschreiten was uns sehr geholfen hat. Sie hat sich auch die Zeit genommen um uns zu verabschieden was sehr nett ist. Ich persönlich werde diese Unterkunft wieder buchen wenn ich nach Osaka reisen möchte.

• Irene (7/5): - Grösse das gibt es nicht oft in Japan. Ruhige Lage und doch schnell in den Einkaufmalls, Essensviertel, Metro, Nankai Station usw. Würde wieder buchen. Leider hatte das Putzpersonal einen Mülleimer nicht geleert. In dem eine volle Windel war. Wir haben es leider erst bei der Abreise entdeckt und hatten uns schon über den leichten Toilettengeruch gewundert. Deshalb trotzdem eine gute Bewertung. Schade das sollte nicht passieren.

• Yvar (10/5): Very comfortable house on great location with a super host! - Amazing location, great host that was willing to accommodate some requests we made in advance. The house is really clean, great beds, nice living room/kitchen and everything you need is there. Direct environment is nice, Namba station near and even Dotonbori is within walking distance! 7 Eleven across the street and Family Mart or Lawsons within 3 minutes as well so take your pick! Cannot think of anything we did not like…

• CHUN (10/5): This is an almost perfect check-in experience. - It's very quiet at night. It takes a few minutes to walk to the downtown. When you go out, turn right and then turn left. There is a large food supermarket, which is very convenient to cook by yourself. It is relatively safe and suitable for children to stay. It is recommended to mark the switch light and exhaust fan, which will be more convenient.

• Dragos (8/5): Family trip to Osaka - Close to train and metro station, close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Easy to reach. Clean. Air conditioned really good. Cramped. We stayed a Cozy House Namba which even if it is described as a two-bedroom is basically a one bedroom and a converted living room into a bedroom. Walls are paper thin - literally, so when other tenants are coming during the night you cand hear everything.

And a must stay if you have a larger group or love figurine shopping, I ended up having to send back 3 boxes of figures to Australia just because there were so many options! The house itself was lovely and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage so we could explore. The cleaner was very kind and communicated well so did the owner who was very kind and answered any questions we had immediately! The accommodation is big the beds were comfortable and having some small kitchen facilities allowed us to cook breakfast. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and we hope to be back! Nothing

• Tor (10/5): Very Impressive, Most Recommended! - บ้านอยู่ในโลเคชั่นที่ดีมาก ใกล้ห้าง ใกล้ร้านอาหาร ใกล้เซเว่น ใกล้สถานีนัมบะแบบเดินได้เลย แล้วยังใกล้โดทงโบริและชินไซบาชิแบบเดินไปได้ชิวๆ ในบ้านสะดวกสบาย มากับครอบครัวประมาณ 4-6 คน คือน่าจะตอบโจทย์เลย ในบ้านมีครัวและอุปกรณ์ครบ มี 2 ห้องน้ำ และ 1 ห้องอาบน้ำ มีเครื่องซักผ้าอบผ้า มีแอร์-ฮีตเตอร์ มีทีวี มี wi-fi มีทุกอย่างสะดวกสบายมาก บันไดบ้านชันมาก หลังจากเดินเที่ยวมาทั้งวัน อาจท้อใจตอนเดินขึ้นบ้าน 555

• NAKAHODO (8/5): なんだかんだ言っても最高の物件 - 一軒家で、まるで自宅にいる様なくらいリラックスでき楽しく過ごせた。トイレも2箇所あり便利。宿泊する部屋が2階3階とは気が付かず…1階玄関から少し高ばいのキツイ階段で2階に上がり、リビング、ダイニング、キッチン、浴室、トイレ。3階には３寝室ありぐっすり休めた。難波駅から徒歩10分圏内で少し歩くと地下鉄も使える。そして駅周辺には高島屋、なんばシティーウォークがあり食事や買い物を楽しめた 1階にも他の宿泊部屋あった事。カップルが宿泊出来るくらいの広さ？私達は70代の母姉妹と娘の２親子4人での旅行でしたが最後の夜、私達の声や物音が下に響いたのか？オーナーさんから注意の電話がありました。騒いだりしてないが木造建築なので声や物音に対して気を使わなければならないのは残念でした。

• YUNKYU (8/5): 겨울철 3박 후기 - 난바 파크스 등 시내와 근접 겨울이라 그런지 실내 난방을 냉난방기로만 하다보니, 건조하면서도 따듯하지 않음. 도심속이라 주변 소음이 크게 들림. 이중창 구조가 아닌게 아쉬움
• Yuen Han (7/5): 入住兩晚體驗不錯, 房東友善 - 房間舒適清潔, 位置方便, 步行至各車站大約5-10分鐘, 附近有大型商場亦有多間不同類型食肆, 房間內設置洗衣機及乾衣機, 廚房內亦有簡單廚具及餐具可以使用 第一晚入住時不知道熱水為儲水式, 三人入住, 最後一位幾乎要用冷水洗澡, 建議房東可以在旅客入住時簡單提醒 我們入住兩晚, 但不能同時開啓兩部空調, 曾經跳電閘, 雖然聯絡房東後能立刻前來, 但找不到原因亦未能解決問題, 最後兩晚都只可以開一部空調, 0度的晚上實在不足, 房東最後提供多一些被子 洗衣機, 乾衣機及熱水系統建議附上中英文說明, 方便使用 廚房的平底鑊不能對應電磁爐, 建議更換
• Kesanee (10/5): ไว้มีโอกาศฉันจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน - ฉันมาญี่ปุ่นหลายครั้ง นี่เป็นครั้งแรกที่ได้พักในบ้าน ไม่ใช่โรงแรม ก่อนจอง ฉันเห็นรูปตัวอย่าง แอบกังวลนิดหน่อย แต่เมื่อมาเห็นของจริง มันถูกใจฉันมาก มันดีกว่าในรูปมากๆ บ้านกว้างกว่าในรูป เตียงนิ่ม สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ! เหมือนได้อยู่ในบ้านจริงๆ และที่สำคัญ มีครัว! ทำให้พวกเราสามารถทำอาหารได้ ช่วยให้ประหยัดเงินได้เยอะมาก มีกิจกรรมทำอาหารกันสนุกสนาน. พนักงานดูแลพวกเราดีมากๆ หากได้มาโอซาก้าอีกจะมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน มีไฟดับเล็กน้อย แต่พนักงานพร้อมดูแลจึงไม่มีปัญหาอะไร เป็นประสพการณ์ได้ตื่นเต้นกับเพื่อนๆ

The apartment was quite spacious, clean, and overall comfortable The first bedroom has a giant green, illuminated EXIT sign in it, on top of the main door to the apartment. The light is quite bright so during the night it was quite annoying
• Yi (8/5): Guests who cherish space will enjoy this house tremendously. - The house was superbly spacious for a family of four. We enjoyed it after staying in hotel rooms and a tiny apartment. Location meant we could walk to Kuromon Market, the Dotonburi area and the train stations with ease. The washer-dryer came in very handy for laundry. The owner was very responsive when we had some difficulties with the front door lock upon arrival. Much appreciated!

• omagail (9/5): - Location : very close to Namba station (train to Nara and airport), close to many restaurant and tourist life. Lots of space. Very well equipped house. Very clean. Nice owner, very helpful, good communication.
