Dmitrijs (7/5): Красивая вилла, которая требует немного модернизации. - Отличная вилла с очень зелёной, красивой и ухоженной территорией. Множество растений и цветов. Мы видели много ящериц, с утра и ночью зайцы прибегают полакомиться травой. Бассейн с лесенкой 1м идеальный для детей, каскад радует глаз. Он также более теплый, чем глубокие. Расположение относительно солнца тоже очень продуманное К сожалению, я не могу полностью порекомендовать это жилье. Самый главный фактор - отвратительный запах на кухне из всех ящиков. Требует обработки специальной химией и дезинфекции озоном. Мокситные сетки просто необходимы в такой локации, спать с открытым окном вы не сможете из за комаров. Кондиционер не проветривает посещение, поэтому вам придётся следить, чтобы никто не зашел в гости когда окно открыто(к нам пришёл тарантул). Вся коммуникация идет через посредника, который просит заполнить слишком много данных о постояльцах, дважды. И по мелочам - было бы неплохо, чтобы было больше, чем один мусорный пакет, таблетки для посудомойки, стиральный порошек, а так же соль, перец. Зачем ставить кофемашину без фильтров? Эти вещи стоят не больше 10 евро, но они обычно всегда есть в таком жилье.
