• Patrya (8/5): The venue suited out needs but it had a very sterile feel. - The location suited us well and it was very quiet. The beds were comfortable. It could have been cleaner. With nothing on the wall or floors to damp sound footsteps echoed. I only received the code for the door because I rang and asked for it.

• Warren (9/5): Modern Home with a Surprise Library - Clean, modern, very spacious. Filtered water. Responsive host. Nice library, a.pleasant surprise. Dust on our bedside tables and lamps.
• Penelope (9/5): Huge new modern home in Canberra - A beautiful new modern and very spacious home in Macquarie, Canberra. It had 5 great size bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 3 huge bathrooms, a main and 2 ensuites. The kitchen is very modern and note that the microwave is the oven on the left, but sadly lacking a coffee machine. The property was located in a very quiet neighbourhood at the end of a cul de sac. There is plenty of room to spread out for 10 people (we had 7). There are two loungerooms, one decked out for children with books and games, a dining space with a big dining table, a small desk area and an amazing enclosed indoor/outdoor space with dining table just off the kitchen. The home has incredibly high ceilings which adds to the feeling of spaciousness. It just needs a few little extras, no small plates in the kitchen, a lack of handwashing soap in the bathrooms, the towels are very stiff and scratchy, no face washers, we couldn't find a broom or vacuum and no coffee machine. A copy of the instructions for the kitchen appliances needs to be on the kitchen bench, as we did not find them near the TV until we were leaving. The decor is a bit sparse in that it is just furniture, no wall prints in any room, no throws, a little stool in the bathroom for drying would be great, it just needs to go from a house to a home. The property could easily be a 10/10 score with a few minor personal touches for the price point. However, it suited our purpose, it is a beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay. The host was great and he even supplied new slippers at the front door to wear around the home.

• Maria (9/5): We had an amazing time. We enjoyed the property so much we decided to eat in rather than go out. - The booking did not include which unit number we were booked into. I had to contact the host to find out. The instructions for the access had blown away and the host ended up letting us in via the garage. The host was excellent to deal with. Everything was awesome. One suggestion might be to offer breakfast cereal and milk or a breakfast pack there could be n extra chargers for this. There were no instructions regarding rubbish removal.

• Polchleb (6/5): Beautiful house, but...... - Light and airy. comfortable lounge. spacious bathrooms. plenty of Shampoo and conditioner. lovely outdoor area. dishwasher. off street parking. lack of instructions on how to use door lock, air conditioner, ovens, automatic blind controller, tv and sound bar. air conditioning was turned off at unit. no hot tab as had been advertised. told not to wear shoes inside. no hand towels provided. lack of body wash. street address suburb didn't coordinate with electronic navigation. (we found it in suburb of Macquarie)

But it was very clean with modern appliances and allowed us to cook and eat in instead of takeout There was no microwave or instructions for the grill/oven, no cleaning supplies (broom, vaccum, etc.) and for such a large space not many cooking utensils (pots, pans, etc).

• S (9/5): A nice stay for a large group of people! - The house is massive and very well equipped. Loved the outdoor area. The toilets are great. Lighting was fantastic. There are some room for improvement. There wasn't any coffee machine. There could be better furniture arrangements. The direction for use of the facilities and the entry key pad needs to be more specific.
• Serpil (10/5): On Arrival we were greeted with the Host Steven which he was very welcoming and polite, 5 star servi - The Location of the house, was a short 2 min drive to the shops, nice and quiet, plenty of parking , the house was Emaculate and beds were very comfortable, our stay was unbelievable and we will definitely ONLY book Stevens house when coming to Canberra. HIGHLY RECOMMEND stevens house. Nothing
• Deacon (10/5): Amazing property, check it out. - Absolutely wonderful property, perfect for large families or holiday etc. Lovely owner who was very helpful. Amazing features in the property and great value. The only thing this property needs is a guide to how to quickly use the appliances properly. They're all the latest tech so that would help. But wow, that's a rare issue to have.
