• Vinit (8/5): Nice location and overall good house. Poor response from the property management. - Nice location and property was well maintained. The response from the property management was very poor. Asked for an early check in weeks ahead and there was no response. Reported an issue with the lock of the common bathroom not working and there was no response. The lock not working was inconvenient for us as there were multiple families.

Kitchen was fully equipped. Communication with owner was awesome 👌. We needed less temperature in the pool so they came immediately and set it up for us. The owner was really accommodating and allowed us to stay longer on the last day because our flight was delayed. nothing worth mentioning.

Casa muito limpa quando chegamos, camas e chuveiros muito bons, quartos bem distribuídos, cozinha completa e funcional. A quadra de esporte e minigolf foram ótimas opções de entretenimento. A piscina é muito grande e o fato de ser aquecida durante todo o tempo da estadia foi o grande diferencial, perfeito para uso noturno. Bairro tranquilo e silencioso. Review for Le Femme Paradise, Miami (April 17–20, 2025) I recently stayed at Le Femme Paradise in Miami from April 17th to April 20th, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations due to several significant issues. Cleanliness and Maintenance Concerns
Upon arrival, one of my groomsmen was the first to check in and immediately noticed that the toilet was unsanitary and had not been properly cleaned prior to our stay. Throughout our time at the property, we also discovered that several power outlets were not functioning, which was inconvenient for our group. Serious Plumbing Issues
The most concerning problem occurred with the bathrooms. Three bathrooms became unusable after we experienced severe plumbing issues—when flushing the toilets, water began to overflow. This situation escalated to the point where a cleaning staff member had to perform emergency plumbing work, including uninstalling the poolside toilet and removing part of the pipes to allow water to drain. This process resulted in dirty toilet water and waste spilling onto the basketball and pickleball court, creating a hazardous and unpleasant environment. Booking.com Customer Service and Resolution
Our experience with Booking.com customer service was also disappointing. We were initially promised a travel credit that would allow us to book another property for an additional night on Saturday, April 19th. However, despite assurances from a representative that the credit would be issued immediately, we later learned from another representative that it would take 3–5 business days to process. This lack of clear communication and support left us in a difficult position, nearly resulting in our group being left without accommodation or the funds to secure a new place. Ultimately, the property manager intervened, recognized the severity of the situation, and allowed us to stay an extra night while agreeing to a partial refund.
