• Alexandra (8/5): - Very good location, quiet and safe area,near places to eat,a pharmacy and a supermarket. Close to bus links ans underground. Studio was very clean and well utilated. The shower has a mind of its own,it needs sorting as it is very tricky to turn on and off.

Die Dusche - in einer winzigen Badewanne - war defekt und hat nicht funktioniert. Das Wasser ließ sich nicht regulieren und abstellen. Mit dem Gastgeber wurde vergeblich versucht, Kontakt aufzunehmen - ohne Reaktion. Weder auf Telefonnachricht noch auf email an booking.com erfolgte Reaktion.

Conciergerie accueillante Il faisait atrocement chaud dans la chambre à cause du chauffage central sans pouvoir couper le robinet.

• Amy (5/5): - Close to alot of great places and quiet in the night Incredibly hot and no way of turning down the heating, we had the windows wide open and the washer/dryer was on for most of our first evening which was making it hotter and noisier.. No instructions for anything and no tea towels for washing up. The sink is fine if your small but the kitchen is cramped. No bedding for my daughter even though she was on the booking, we found bedding and set up ourselves. Room is listed as a one bedroom but it's definitely a studio.

• Irene (9/5): - La posizione dell'appartamento è davvero eccezionale in zona tranquilla ma vicino alla metropolitana. L'appartamento era pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Apprezzabile anche la vicinanza di un minimarket davanti alla struttura Tornerei sicuramente.

• christian sebstian (10/5): - La ubicación es muy buena. El apartamento algo chico para 4 personas pero todo lo necesario para pasar unos días conociendo londres. Funcionaba todo a la perfección. Posee recepción lo cual es una seguridad. Limpio y cómodo sin dudas lo recomiendo. Nada. Todo muy bien

• riahi (8/5): lo consiglio molto - tutto perfetto, personale molto cordiale, ci hanno aiutato con l'assegnazione dell'appartamento ed è stato molto paziente. oltretutto la stanza era molto pulita, ben tenuta, perfetta per 4 persone anche se il divano letto non era comodissimo e sopratutto in un ottima posizione. si riesce a raggiungere il centro con un bus e ci mette max 15 minuti. entrava un pò troppa aria dalle finestre dell'appartamento ma questo era un errore degli addetti alle pulizie.

• Adele (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole - Buona la posizione, quasi di fronte alla struttura c’è un supermercato fornito di tutto compreso prodotti freschi e caldi per la colazione. Ben collegato poiché a pochi metri c’è una fermata dell’autobus Nelle foto non è chiaro che oltre ad una piccola cucina c’è una sola camera dove sono presenti sia il letto matrimoniale che il divano letto. Inoltre pur avendo prenotato per 4 persone al nostro arrivo era stato preparato solo il letto matrimoniale, abbiamo quindi dovuto contattare l’host per avere info su come aprire il divano letto e come reperire le lenzuola. Devo dire però che abbiamo ricevuto risposta in pochi minuti.

• VIVIANE (4/5): Never again, not professionals - Location I stayed 14 nights in your apartment: - 14 nights with water backing up into the bathtub when we used the washing machine, - 14 nights with bathtub water accumulating during showers, taking more than 10 minutes to drain completely after finishing the shower, - 1 night without electricity due to an electrical problem, - 2 days without internet due to an electrical problem, - 4 days without being able to use the washing machine due to an electrical problem, - 6 nights without being able to use the microwave and electric stove to heat food, and it was the only option because the apartment does not have an electric oven, - 9 days with an electrical extension cord spread across the floor of the entire room, in the main circulation area of ​​the apartment, near the TV, at the entrance and access to the bathroom. This was a solution given for the electrical problem, but because of this, the doors got caught on the extension cord, causing us to trip over it constantly to move around the room and go to the bathroom, Because of these Due to significant problems, I decided to leave the apartment on October 30th, one day before the end of the paid period. • Jon (1/5): Terrible. Rude management. 5pm check in - Location would’ve been good It was not clear from the listing that check in time was 5pm. Why so late? Very usual. That didn’t suit me at all. I contacted the property several times asking to check in early or to be permitted to cancel. The tone of all responses was brusque, exasperated, cold, unsympathetic and unfriendly. Never again. Beware the late check in. Makes it bad value for money.

A mirror should be provided in the room for dressing & using the hairdryer. There was broken shutters that prevented blackout for sleeping & the toilet brush was disgustingly dirty

• Yasmine (7/5): Overall pleasant. - Great location. Overall clean apartment. Early check-in was allowed by the landlord which we appreciated a lot. Some shutters are broken, which lets in light and makes it difficult to sleep late. The apartment was listed as a 1 bedroom, but it was actually a studio. This made it inconvenient if one person wanted to sleep while the other stayed awake. The shower drainage was blocked, causing water to fill up instead of going down properly.

• Tania (10/5): Great stay in London! - Perfect location for a London stay! Apartment was very comfortable and had a great bathtub which was a bonus for us, traveling with kids. Grocery store and Starbucks right across the street and easy walk to two tube stations. Quiet location. We felt very safe. Would stay again and recommend it!

• Monica rita (8/5): Non male, ci ritornerei - Ottima posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi ci sono metropolitana e autobus. Di fronte ci sono supermercato Sainsbury express, farmacia, Starbucks. Appartamento dotato dei servizi necessari (piano cottura elettrico a 2.fuochi, bollitore, tostapane, microonde, macchiina nespresso, detersivi, sapone mani, carta igienica, stoviglie varie, asciugatrice più lavasciuga, ferro e asse da stiro. Noi eravamo in 4 ed era un pochino stretto quando il.divano letto era aperto ma ci siamo stati senza problemi per 14 giorni ad agosto....eravamo in giro tutto il giorno. In 14 giorni abbiamo avuto 2 volte la pulizia dell'appartamento e cambio lenzuola e asciugamani, cosa che ho apprezzato molto. Palazzo con portiere che tiene i bagagli in caso di arrivo prima del check in delle 17. Lo scarico della lavatrice e della vasca erano otturati e l'acqua di scarico della lavatrice finiva nella vasca lasciandola sporca. La doccia era all'interno della vasca quindi un pochino scomoda. Dalle finestre entrava moltissima luce già dalle 5 del mattino ed era veramente molto fastidioso, servirebbero delle tende. L'appartamento era pulito, il.divano però presentava delle macchie. Abbiamo chiesto altri 2 bicchieri perché non erano sufficienti per noi 4 ma non sono mai stati messi. C'è un vetro rotto della finestra. Le persiane avevano listelli mancanti. C'è un'unica presa funzionante in sala e.2 in cucina ma nel bagno non c'è nessuna presa per attaccare il.phon

• Shree (1/5): Disgusting and unpleasant stay at 403 apartment - Well located The property was not kept clean . One of the most unpleasant experience I ever experienced here. They were unresponsive and not bothered about the guests. Looks like they were only interested in money and nothing else.
• Susana (4/5): Great location, only ok for a couple but not families - The location of the apartment The apartment was very smalland the sofa for the thrid person was not really ok as a bed, so very uncomfortable. The kitchen facilities were very poor, old and run down, there were no tea towels or paper towels, no dishwasher. It was not easy to find the wifi details and I had to contact the administrator to get it.

• Wendy (7/5): Value for money studio in perfect location. - This is a lovely serviced apartment block with very pleasant lobby area. It is in an excellent part of South Kensington with both South Kensington and Sloane Square tube stations within 10 minutes walk, making everywhere very accessible. The studio is modern, fresh and clean and excellent value for what we paid. Unfortunately there are a few downsides. Firstly there is long term construction work close by so we were woken by 7am each morning when work on the site began. Secondly the shutters on the windows do not fully block out sunlight so again we found we were woken early as the sunlight came through. Blackout blinds would be much better. Finally, despite it being April and very warm the heating was on full and there seemed to be no way of turning the radiators off or controlling the heat. To sum up this is a great little place if you plan to be out and about in London all day and just need a place to sleep at night. It was fantastic value for money compared to other places in the area and is in a super location, so despite a few downsides it still ticked the box for us.
• Ali (10/5): Great place to stay if you want to explore London.. The location was amazing.. Will definitely stay here again. - Excellent place and exceptional location.. The only negative about the place was the sofa bed as one side of it was detachable and it would move around from its place when sleeping so that was a bit of a discomfort.

• Martina (5/5): Passable - The maid was nice and let us in 20 minutes before the official check in, as we have unfortunately not noticed it was that early. The location is perfect, close to the groceries and public transport. The building was really nice and the apartment seemed new. I hardly ever write negative comments on the accommodations, but as we are charged disproportionate extra fees I am forced to warn others. Accident happened and we spilled a tea on the couch. The couch itself is old, uncomfortable and there were many stains (one, that looked particularly disgusting and we only hoped it was chocolate). The owner now claims, the couch has been professionally cleaned and charged us extra £120, which is not even a value of the whole couch. It is absolutely impossible to sleep on it, as the couch parts are moving apart, so you find yourself in a gap every few seconds during the night. The broken window in the kitchen made the whole apartment freezing at night. The old toaster shocked us- literally gave us an electric shock, and switched off the circuit, so we needed to switch that on again, noticing disgusting dirt on the washing machine, that has not been cleaned for months and some old burned electric cables. The offer is worth the money, but take pictures of everything, as they will try to fleece you.

• Chantelle (10/5): Exceptional - Very easy to find , Sainsbury's is directly opposite so easy to pick up any essentials needed. Nothing it was exactly what we needed as a family of 4 to stop for the night between destinations
• Pamela (6/5): Great location was the best thing about it. Arrived to find washing machine & dryer going for 3 hrs, when we wanted - Location was great. When we arrived there was linen going in washing machine & dryer, that went for 3 hrs, which we were unhappy about, as we had a long day waiting to get into accommodation after arriving after a 24hr flight. The taps were broken in bathroom. We came home 1 day to see someone had been in room . Got a rude reply when asked if I could get early checkin. Would not recommend.
• Jemma (5/5): Clean, suitable for singles, couples, close friends but not for families. - It was clean and easy to get to It was advertised as an apartment so I booked as I wanted a separate room for my child to sleep in while I worked. It was actually a bedsit, one single room with a bathroom and a kitchen cupboard. The parking was not helpful unless you had a permit there were time restrictions. I would stay again but only if solo travelling and only for two nights tops. I’d rather go to a Travellodge as for the same price tea/coffee and breakfast is included.

• Liang (5/5): Not a pleasant stay btw this is not a hotel. - Location. No bath soap, no shampoo ., Shower is not working , the tissue holder is broken , plates are dirty. We arrived after they cleaned the room, and they used the washing machine ( so we need to heard it running for couple of hour )
• Tina (10/5): Perfect apartment in a fantastic location. - Perfect little bolthole in Chelsea. Very spacious, clean apartment in a well managed apartment block in Central Chelsea. As a woman on her own staying for business I felt safe.
