• Dagmar (4/5): - Schon der Eingangsbereich war sehr schmutzig und staubig. Zimmer zwar sauber aber sehr muffig und einfach ungemütlich. Putzt mal vor der Eingangstüre und dem Check in Bereich!

• Andreas (1/5): - Booking.com tut sich keinen Gefallen damit, dieses Hotel noch länger anzubieten. Es geht gar nicht. Damit man nicht die dringend nötigen Revonationen vornehmen muss, nennt man das dann einfach "Art Hotel".

• Marco (4/5): Würde ich nicht wieder machen - Lage war ok, wenn man was in der Nähe vom Flughafen sucht. Preis war auch ok. Viel erwarten darf man dabei aber nicht. Ich habe 20 Uhr eingecheckt und das Zimmer war nicht geheizt und wirklich eiskalt (draußen Minusgrade). Ich musste die Unterkunft vor Ort noch einmal bezahlen, obwohl ich sie bereits in der Booking App bezahlt hatte und mir der Betrag auch abgebucht wurde. Vor Ort hieß es, es ist nichts angekommen und ich muss den Betrag vor Ort bezahlen. Keine Ahnung ob das am Ende am Hotel oder an Booking gelegen hat. Darüber hinaus wurde mir beim Check in versprochen dass ich die Rechnung unter der Tür durch geschoben bekomme (weil sie warum auch immer beim Einchecken nicht direkt gedruckt werden konnte) und zusätzlich auch per Mail digital erhalte. Beides hat nicht geklappt, so dass ich das Zimmer zweimal bezahlt und keine Rechnung dafür habe. Habe immer noch keine Rechnung erhalten.

• Katharina (1/5): Baufälligkeit, Schmutz und nicht funktionierende Heizung ist keine Kunst! - Nichts Das Gebäude ist im Grunde genommen, unbewohnt war, und es handelt sich nicht um ein Hotel. Als ich ankam war das Gebäude dunkel und leer. Der Parkplatz als auch der Weg vom Parkplatz zur Eingangstür war nicht beleuchtet und durch einen durchnässten Teppich überhaupt begehbar gemacht. Ich leuchtete mir den Weg mit der Handytaschenlampe. die so genannte Rezeption war nicht besetzt. Ich machte den Fehler nicht gleich abzureißen. Ich rief auf der Handynummer, die an einem Zettel an der Tür befestigt war, an. Der Vermieter kam dann auch. Der zweite Fehler von mir war, dass ich über meine EC Karte mit PIN bezahlt habe. Der Vermieter führte mich über eine wackelige Angelegenheit, anschließend über unebene und rutschige Treppen auf denen ich das Gefühl hatte zu stürzen in ein Zimmer, welches eigentlich unbewohnbar ist. Der Teppich alt und schmuddelig, vom WC aus sieht man, die lagen unter dem Teppich….. es roch muffig, abgestanden und feucht. Weder die Bettwäsche noch die Handtücher entsprachen einem Hotel Standard. Das Zimmer war unbeheizten, staubig und voller Spinnweben, sondern eiskalt. Der Vermieter weigert es sich, mir ein anderes Zimmer zu geben und behauptete: das wird warm! Ich weiß das! Ich hatte meinen Freund als Begleitpersonen dabei, der kann das bezeugen. Wir sind dann essen gegangen und kamen über 2 Stunden später wieder in die Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war immer noch eiskalt. Es war 20:20 Uhr, ich wollte ins Bett gehen, das Zimmer war eiskalt. Die Heizung ging nicht. Rezeption unbesetzt. Der Herr an der Rezeption war wieder über Handy zu erreichen. Er sei nicht in der Nähe, er braucht mindestens 30 Minuten. Da ich keine Nerven mehr hatte und ihm das auch deutlich mitteilte, meinte er, wir können das Zimmer stornieren. Daraufhin suchte ich mir eine andere Unterkunft. Am nächsten Tag rief ich ihn an, um das Geld, dass ich bezahlt hatte, zurück zu bekommen. Bei Booking COM hatte er angegeben, ich sei nicht angereist. Das entspricht nicht der Wahrheit.

• Oliver (10/5): Friendly and cozy - The hotel is one minute away on foot from a big supermarket, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was also great. I had a shower, sauna and bathtub in my room to relax, that I did not expected to have. It is close to the airport (not next door). Also being there in October, the room was warm and cozy. I had a very friendly welcome! This is not a modern and new hotel, don't expect that when you book it. Also if you plan to walk from the airport maybe it is better to take a metro or taxi, as the tunnel under the airport is long and not for your lungs.

• bella (5/5): - Picked this hotel as it was close to the airport but then the road was closed, making it super difficult to get to. We arrived late and all the doors were closed, but staff let us in and showed us our rooms. We were exhausted from the flight from the US, but it was a safe place to sleep and beds were comfortable.
• Stefanie (2/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das wärs aber leider auch schon an positivem was ich schreiben kann. Ich kam zur Schlüsselübergabe bzw zum einchecken und war dann nochmal unterwegs. Später gegen 23 Uhr bin ich ins Zimmer rein gekommen und wurde direkt von einem Schimmelgeruch begrüßt. Es war sehr kalt und glamm, ich wollte die Heizung anschalten aber diese funktionierte nicht. In den Ecken des Zimmers saßen vereinzelt kleine Weberknechte (ist mit einer ausgeprägten Abneigung gegen Spinnen garnicht so toll) Die Bettdecke war sehr dünn. Ich war leider so spät das ich das Zimmer nicht mehr hätte tauschen können. Am nächsten Morgen bin ich mit Halsschmerzen wach geworden. Für meinen nächsten Hotel Aufenthalt merke ich mir - lieber zahle ich ein paar Euro!
• Marcel (1/5): Keine Empfehlung, lieber 10 Euro mehr ausgeben und ein besseres hotel nehmen. - Die Dame an der Rezeption ist extra länger geblieben um mir den Schlüssel zu geben. Der Geruch insgesamt ( verraucht), starker komischer ( ich vermute essensgeruch) im Zimmer. Renovierungsbedürftige Räumlichkeiten.

• Robert (1/5): No stay, reception closed and dark, 30 min calling ringing different doorbells. - I did not stay at all, when arriving at reception to check in, I received a message that my replacement flight with KLM to Amsterdam the next morning at 6am was also cancelled, So I rerouted via London-Heathrow, home and London-Luton to Amsterdam the next morning. And cancelled the room reservation at the hotel desk. manager said that was no problem and wished me good luck with the flights. He confirmed my cancellation and now claims a no show, very cheeky! As he was actually the one not showing up at reception! At 6pm int he dark , slippery snow and Ice the hotel reception was pitch dark , closed, after 20-30 minutes ringing 3 different doorbells front ,back and next door, calling the emergency nr at one of the doors, he finally showed up. I was about to check in ,when the KLM message came through and he cancelled my room and called a taxi for me back to the airport. Cheeky reporting this as a no show, while I was waiting for my taxi . There was a massive argument with another hotel guest who was asking her money back as she had no heating and no hot water in her room and was going elsewhere. he refused point blank to reimburse her anything, and she could call her lawyer. That was not very professional and probably should have made me suspicious about my cancellation, but he confirmed my cancellation at the desk, let me leave with 'no problem' remark and then lied about a no show

• Alberto (5/5): Convenient location and competitive pricing. Facilities and service need improvement. - Conveniently located close to Stuttgart airport. Check-in was very basic. POS did not work properly. Wifi did not cover the entire room. Bed linen not clean. Reception was not open in the morning (8:30AM) when I left the hotel.

The bar area in the entrance could have been tidier and more inviting. Beer on tap rather than in bottles would have been better.
