• Jeremy (9/5): - Spacious room, good location. The tables during breakfast wasn't setup after usage. Staff in the restaurant were busy with their stuff instead of proactively attending to guests. The bed is good, but pillow is too soft.

Si perdono nelle piccolezze: che non ci sia il bidè me lo aspettavo, ma addirittura la mancanza dello scovolino del bagno e’ intollerabile per un hotel simile.

• Scott (6/5): Unacceptable to advertise that the property has air conditioning, but it is intentionally disabled - The room is very nice. The staff are very nice. The room was very hot (27 deg C). The air conditioner does not work. Called front desk, they offered to provide a fan. This is not an acceptable or sensible solution when the cooling system does not work, Spoke to duty manager. He said all that the air conditioning to the room is turned off. I Demanded to refund my accommodation and moved to another hotel.

• kolnkišta (9/5): Perfect hotel for a short break - Great hotel, good location in a good neighborhood, from our room on the 11th floor we could see the Shanghai Tower and the financial center. Breakfasts are great, full of delicious local food, as well as European - you can't stay hungry! Great coffee at breakfast. Beds very comfortable, cleanliness on a high level. The bathroom is perfectly equipped with everything you need, you just have to plug the hairdryer into the right socket, otherwise it doesn't work. We had a spacious enough shower and bathtub. Everything worked perfectly too. I recommend. It's hard to communicate - even at the reception, few staff speak English and only a little, but we managed to sort everything out. I don't think it's right that you have to have a swimming cap to use the indoor pool, which they sell you if you don't have one. You could get them for free in a good hotel like this.

• Kamil (8/5): - Beautiful, grand place, spacious rooms, good facilities and food. Large and well-equipped gym. The pool was not very clean and guests spit in and around the pool. This kind of beahviour should not be tolerated by any kind of hotel, not to speak of a 5-star luxury hotel. The gym was well-equipped in general. However, there was not a single stationary bike. Instead there were 5 or 10 treadmills and other unusual cardio equipment. This makes no sense. The room had a slightly stale smell when I came which might be the old furniture/hotel smell, although it could also be from lax enforcement of no smoking rules. Not sure.

• xen (8/5): Peace and quiet place for a stay near airport and convention centre. - Breakfast wasn't included and when we ask to just have coffee cause we dont really eat breakfast but needed a place to discuss work, we were rejected. We were told once you step in we have to pay the full price. That's bad customer experience. Charge us for the coffee, simple. Why the full breakfast meal when only needed coffee. Move the smoking area away from the hotel entrance area. It's annoying to smell the smoke of smokers standing there while waiting for car pick up.

Os rececionistas não muito simpáticos. Ainda mais muito barulho pela manhã eu a dormir com limpezas de outros quartos. Os rececionistas não estão muito preparados para receber estrangeiros. Não muitos calorosos. À piscina exterior não tinha como banhar .
• Stiffe (10/5): Luxury hotel at a very reasonable price. - The hotel was so grande and lavishly beautiful! My room was huge with a fantastic deep bath, views over shanghai and everything you could want. I had a delicious room service meal. The reception staff were kind, helpful and patient! The room was fantastic value for money, especially compared to what I would expect to pay for a comparable room in Australia (where I live). The hotel was so fancy, they even had chandeliers in the lifts! When I asked for a taxi to take me to disneyland, the person the hotel reception called didnt use a meter and seemed to just make up the price. When I later got a taxi back the other way, it was less than half the price. When I alerted the desk staff to what happened, they were very apologetic. However, I would suggest asking them to confirm that they are calling a reputable taxi company and checking that you wont be charged extra "fees".

• Ionah (4/5): Il n'y a que la décoration qui est bien, le reste n'a rien d'un 5 étoiles. - La décoration est belle - petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité (pain dur qui date de la veille), peu de variété, il n'y avait même pas de riz blanc, on a demandé à la cuisine si c'était possible d'en avoir mais apparemment ils n'avaient pas le droit d'en donner - Travaux qui commencent à 7h30 au lieu de 9h comme indiqué sur les papiers - Impossible de commander des plats du restaurant de l'hôtel pour les manger dans la chambre alors que nous sommes clients de l'hôtel (ce qui est bizarre car la dernière fois que nous avions manger dans le restaurant nous avions pu prendre le reste des plats à emporter), de plus, les 3/4 de la carte est indisponible, on a essayer de commander plusieurs fois certains plats et à chaque fois ce n'était pas possible de nous servir - Chambre sale, poussiéreuse, les femmes de ménages ne font que le lit et change juste les serviettes, elles ne nettoie absolument rien d'autre -le personnel ne parle absolument pas anglais, alors si vous avez une requête autre que le check in ou le check out, il faut utiliser Google traduction.

• anette (9/5): - The hotel looks very opulent. The decor is gorgeous.There are excellent facilities- which come at a cost! There is a minigolf, tennis and badminton courts, a spa and a gym, as well as an indoor play area for children. There is a huge choice for breakfast and no queuing for tables. There is a safe and mini fridge in the room, as well as an iron and ironing board. Beds are comfy. The metro is ca.10-15 mins on foot. It takes about 1h15 to get to Pudong airport with the metro. Facilities are great but expensive- as is the ice-cream. You may need to pay for the outdoor pool.

El hotel tiene un encanto clásico que te hace sentir en un auténtico refugio de confort. La habitación era muy amplia, con todo lo necesario para descansar y relajarse tras un día explorando la ciudad. Nos encantó el ambiente tipo resort, con piscinas interior y exterior que pudimos disfrutar sin ningún problema, un verdadero lujo en plena ciudad. • Ewa (9/5): - The hotel was fine. It was a 10-minute walk to the metro, and the beds were very comfortable On the negative side, the pool situation was a letdown. The outdoor pool costs extra (and is quite expensive), while the indoor pool requires swimming caps, which we didn't have with us.

• Pedro Antonio (8/5): Para descansar - Habitacion muy amplia, camas super comodas. Baño muy grande. El hotel es muy lujoso pero en algunas zonas y partes de la habitacion necesita reforma, tiene muy buenos acabados y materiales pero ya tienen unos años. Te facilitan zapatillas, albornoces. Hay plancha. Los espacios comunes son muy bonitos. El hotel cuenta con muchas salas de gimnasio por temas , ademas de 4 salas de golf virtual. El buffet del desayuno es muy grande y tienes varias opciones. Hay gente en pijama desayunando, lo cual no es mal plan, pero nos chocó. Todo esta super limpio y reluciente. El responsable de recepcion, es muy profesional y habla inglés. Piscina exterior de pago para los clientes del hotel, algo no muy acertado, ademas el precio es caro, 30 eur por persona aprox. Si quieres piscina sin coste, tienes una interior tipo olimpica, pero no es para relajarse, es para nadar, tiene carriles. No hay tumbonas, en la exterior si, unas pocas. Se necesita gorro de baño. La ubicacion, esta muy lejos del centro, a 30 min en coche pero metro cercano. Al lado no hay servicios, hay un Starbucks y una peluqueria. Es una zona mas bien residencial. Esta bien para descansar . Si lo que quieres es estar en el centro para ir a ver lo principal, alójoate en la zona Nanjing Road, People Square, etc.

Didn't realize u needed a bathing cap for swimming..but could buy one. More lycee for fruit bowl!
