• Henrike (10/5): Komfortabel übernachten an zentraler Lage - Super Lage: Keine 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Termini. Extrem freundliche Gastgeber/Personal, superschnelle Antworten auf Fragen im Vorfeld, alles top-organisiert. Zimmer und Badezimmer gross, sehr sauber, sehr komfortabel ausgestattet - inkl. Tee/Kaffee und Kühlschrank. Gepäckaufbewahrung vor Check-in / nach Check-out kein Problem, was sehr praktisch war. Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Alles super. Trotz Lage im Bahnhofsviertel haben wir uns als Familie nicht unsicher gefühlt.
• Francisco (10/5): Volveriamos sin dudarlo - Todo en general. La cama era muy comoda y todo estaba super limpio sobre todo el baño. La zona es cero insegura, hay mucho movimiento y bares por la zona, además, está a un minuto andando de Termini y es super comodo para cualquier desplazamiento. Se encuentra a 20 min de coliseo y a unos 25 min de fontana di trevi andando aun así la parada de metro esta muy cercana y no tiene perdida. Super recomendado y volveremos en nuestra proxima visita. Por las noches se notaba algo de ruido del edificio que llegaba a ser algo molesto y para nosotros las almohadas no terminaban de ser las mas comoda pero descansamos muy bien.

Замечательная и чистая ванная. В целом сам номер приятный и комфортный. В целом можно пешком дойти до всех нужных вам мест. Район можно найти получше в Риме. Все таки у вокзала бывает разный контингент. При этом каких-то неприятностей у нас не было, но вечером мы всегда были бдительны и следили за вещами.

A equipe também foi extremamente gentil, conseguimos deixar nossas malas do horário do checkout até a hora do nosso vôo sem nenhum problema. Custo benefício ótimo. Vizinhança meio feia, mas nada perigoso. Elevador é bem antigo, mas também funciona super bem (só o fato de ter elevador já foi uma grata surpresa). Não tivemos nenhum problema.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful – they kindly allowed us to check in earlier and leave our luggage, which made our stay much easier. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Termini station, making it very convenient to get around the city. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Highly recommended – a perfect place to stay in Rome.

• Delia (10/5): Highly recommended! - The accommodation is exceptional, very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you might need. The host is extremely polite and friendly; they kindly provided complimentary water, tea, and coffee, and even prepared an adorable baby crib for us. The room features a large smart TV with internet access and a Netflix subscription. The bed is spacious and comfortable, and behind it there is a large wardrobe. The bathroom is clean and roomy, and both rooms have a modern design. There is a reception area in the hallway where you can leave your luggage after check-out or before check-in. The location is right next to the train station, very easy to reach, and there’s a small market just around the corner if you need anything, plus plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return. Minor downside: The elevator is very small (barely fit me and a baby stroller) and makes some odd noises. It might not be ideal for people who are claustrophobic or anxious.

• Emma (10/5): Excellent stay in Rome at great location with great hosts. - Excellent location - close to train station ( only 5 mins walk). Very comfortable beds, quiet - never heard other guests. Very clean and modern rooms with good sized bathroom, air conditioning and TV. Sofa bed also very comfortable. Very helpful staff with very clear instructions for entry and check in. Complimentary tea/coffee/ water and slippers were a nice touch. Would recommend! Nothing!

Our adult son stayed on the sofa bed and said even that was very comfortable. The room was cleaned daily by a lovely lady who made sure we were comfortable. Everything was exceptional. You are right next to the station for ease but the area and room were quiet. Would highly recommend. Thank you. Absolutely nothing to dislike.

The staff (Oliver) was a fantastic host, very welcoming and helpful. There was a neighbourhood power outage, and the response by Oliver went above and beyond what we would expect at pretty much anyplace else. Thanks, Oliver! If we are in Rome again we will def stay there! Not applicable.
• Catrina (10/5): Amazing stay near the train station - This was the perfect place for our stay (we needed one night in Rome near the train station). The hosts were so wonderful, the accommodations were spotlessly clean, we were able to get a crib for our baby which was such a relief for a traveling family. The location was so convenient. We were thankful to have access to an elevator, too. We could not recommend this hotel enough- big thank you to our hosts for their kindness and hospitality!

They went out of their way to accommodate my early arrival and helped with advice and directions on food and events. The room was very nice, well maintained, the AC was great ( as it was super hot), it was quiet and comfortable, the water pressure was great and the shower was a delight. The outside deceived how nice their section was. 2 blocks from termini station. I would stay again. Wonderful experience overall! Nothing I can think of. It was a very nice place and the staff made it even better.

Location is ideal if you need to hop on the train. A 5 min walk. Definitely would stay here again. If you’re looking for historic views this location is not for you, but it’s expected given the location.

• Arvind (10/5): Fantastic rooms, even more fantastic hosts - One of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. Walkable from Termini station, so high score on location. But I personally feel Iron Luxury rooms are a real deal because of the Mr. Oliver, the owner. I had the chance to meet him twice and honestly, I actually wanted to meet him to compliment on his prompt responses on booking.com. Not only is he an out and out gentleman, he also is extremely helpful. He gave good tips on commute and even suggested places and things to eat! Nothing that I can think of. The lift is probably smaller than usual, but not a big deal

• David (10/5): Enjoyed Proximity to Termini and Local Attractions - I liked the fact that the hotel was so close to Roma Termini (Train Station). We came in from Florence and were flying out the following day. The location of hotel allowed was only a four minute walk from the Termini. It was also within walking distance from the Coliseum and many restaurants. Room was very clean and staff were helpful when we had questions about the bus system. We took the bus to the airport the following day, only seven Euros when purchased on line. Nothing comes to mind when considering dislikes. Hotel met all expectations

• Alexander (6/5): Pleasant - Nicely decorated, modern rooms 1. Very poor soundproof. You hear everything from the other room as you are there. For example, at 5 am a baby cried in the other room - it was like he was your baby sleeping in your room. 2. When we came the Internet was out of service. I had no chance to go online for work, smart TV did not work. But there was not even apologies from the reception, not speaking about discount, though nowadays WiFi is a part of the service. 3. Check out was with the reception. But they did not remind to leave the key. When you do self check in/checkout you are more concerned about that. The notified in 20 - 30 mins when I was already in the train. They told that they will need a new lock and the charge will be 80 euros. Actually I would like to mark that reception was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly .
