• Maria (10/5): Fantastic - Everything was great. The owner is always available and very kind and understanding. The Appartement was very clean and it’s been taken good care of. I would definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Athens, especially because of the client treatment.
• Anna (9/5): - Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ άνετο και ευρύχωρο, ηλιόλουστο, έχει όμορφη διακόσμηση και πολλές παροχές. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, είναι ήσυχα, είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και σε μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Μεγάλη έκπληξη για εμάς ήταν ότι βρίσκαμε πολύ εύκολα πάρκινγκ και πολύ κοντά στο διαμέρισμα. Ίσως χρειάζεται λίγη προσοχή παραπάνω στο άνοιγμα και στο κλείσιμο της πόρτας, χωρίς αυτό να ήταν δυσάρεστο για εμάς. απλά χρειαζόταν λίγη παραπάνω προσοχή.
• Dionysios (9/5): - Ευρύχωρο συμπαθητικό διαμέρισμα. Εμένα η περιοχή μου άρεσε. Το διαμέρισμα για τα λεφτά του είναι πάρα πολύ καλό Έκτός το κρεβάτι που χρειάζεται κάτι πιο βολικό.

• jurwb (9/5): - Близко от станции метро! Victoria. Полностью дистанционное заселение и выселение. Хозяин квартиры откликался очень быстро, все вопросы решались оперативно. На кухне есть все необходимое. Пожалуй, что все понравилось.
• Daniela (9/5): - Host molto gentile e disponibile. Dalla casa è possibile raggiungere il centro a piedi e, comunque, la metro dista di solamente 10 minuti. Il quartiere è provvisto di supermercati, farmacie e altri servizi. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Il quartiere non è molto bello ma mi sono mossa in sicurezza senza timore.
• Machi Bletsa (10/5): - Πολύ προσεγμένο και καθαρό! Άμεση εξυπηρέτηση από τον οικοδεσπότη σε ότι χρειάστηκε. Value for money. Η περιοχή είναι λίγο θορυβώδης αλλά δεν ευθύνεται το σπίτι για αυτό.
• Silvia (9/5): Un buen alojamiento en Atenas - Está limpio, muy cómodo todo. Suelo de parquet muy cómodo y todo limpio. La calle de acceso, está muy sucia, huele fatal, pero el propietario del piso no puede remediarlo.

• Adilia (10/5): - Schoon, 30 min van het centrum lopen, 5 min bij metro vandaan, airco's waren geweldig. Verhuurder goed bereikbaar en erg behulpzaam. Wij komen zeker hier terug. Niets
• Ruby (8/5): Was a good stay but location was a bit wary at times. - Having a full apartment all to yourself is great. Big lounge, kitchen has a small balcony as well as the lounge. Self check in was great and the hosts communication was really good and always prompt. The shower faced right at face and you couldn’t adjust it up to down but chatting to the host that could just be Greek culture. The location was right in the projects so be wary at night and it smelt funny in the street.
• Shirley (8/5): Once found easy access to the city. - Good situation. Large rooms. It had a microwave. Bathroom a little cramped and old. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. The shelf at the side of the bed was useless as a bedside table. Noise from the apartment above.

• Kiki (10/5): Original apartment in an original Athenian neighborhood - The apartment is very spacious and super clean! We were 3 people and it was very comfortable for us. Very quite at night. The host was very friendly and helpful. It was a great stay!

• Lara (7/5): Very responsive owner - Very well located. I didn't feel uncomfortable coming back late. There's a lot of children outside playing. The owner is amazing, very helpful and really responsive to any requests. Thanks again ! The kitchen needs some improvement including some better equipment and there's no real place to cook. For the price I expected a little bit more .. The beds aren't that big. For someone 1,80m it's a little bit small. We enjoyed the balcony a lot !! There's sun most of the day (not in the evening).
• Valentin (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood. 5-10 minutes to metro (subway). The host was very helpful.
• Sandra (8/5): Nice 2 bedrooms flat - The pictures are accurate, the bathroom is a little bit narrow and has a low ceiling. The rest is as you can see in the pictures. It's a little bit cold and you need to have the Aircon on and it is comfortable (winter holidays) The kitchen has everything you can need, kettle, toast, coffee machine and all the cutlery, glas and cups you would need. The only thing for me, was the pillows and bed could be better it but it's ok The area is normal and safe, it is near the main street and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and some bakeries. The communication with the owner is 10 of 10, super fast and efficient. I was very surprised by his fast replies to my messages. He is very polite and helpful. The location of the flat is not far from the center, the tube is a walking distance and from there it is 25 min max to the centre. For me the location was ideal for my needs

• Tree (10/5): Simple, clean, quiet, comfortable and safe place to stay. Host was super responsive and helpful for all our questions. - My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Iou project house while we were on holiday. Clean, quiet, simple, good space, it’s got everything you would need. Loved to open the window doors and enjoy the sunshine. We liked the location, nice to be away from the crowds of tourists and packed restaurants. Host gave great recommendations for places to grab a bite to eat and find a phone adapter. Super helpful about us dropping off our bags early to go explore the city centre before check-in. Relatively close to metro and bus stops if you don’t mind walking a bit. I’d stay here again:) Navigating the dark stairs. But I’m not sure you can do anything about that:)
• Μαρια (10/5): Perfect 2bedroom apartment with free storage for the baggages - Perfect location in the city center (pedestrian street with trees), just 300m from bus station and 10-minute walking from metro station. Clean, comfortable with all the amenities as stated from host. Free storage for the buggage!
