La literie pourrait être plus confortable et il y a des soucis avec l’eau : le robinet de la cuisine coule sans cesse et la pression dans la douche est quasi inexistante.

• kumar (10/5): Great location , Very clean and nice place , Great hosts - location was really good , close to everything , good places to eat nearby.there was overground and the central line nearby . the bnb is really spacious and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. For being in central London this is a deal. we where 5 girls visiting the place and in no time did we feel uncomfortable or unsafe . there is an alleyway to reach your door which is a little dirty but the bnb is spotless.

• Lisette (7/5): Prima met wat verbeterpunten - Goede locatie en ruim appartement. Goed schoongemaakt. Netflix en primevideo gewoon te kijken. Omgevingsgeluiden erg veel. Maar daar is weinig aan te doen. Douche heeft weinig druk, en bedden zijn erg klein en krakend.

• Charlotte (6/5): Pleasant - It was very close to the tube stations. Lovely coffee shops nearby. Easy to get keys and use the flat. The alleyway to get to the front door is really dirty and feels a little unsafe. Flat wasn't very clean.

• Maxwell (5/5): Our stay was short but stressful following the unpleasant smells from the rubbish gathered behind around the property an - Property was nice and beautifully refurbished. Interior boasted of modern looks and equipments. Nice clean white walls and has the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Property entrance was a big let down. You are literally walking through a dirty alleyway to get to the front entrance. If it was raining, the alleyway would be flooded and super dirty/stinking. Door is literally right next to the rear of a market place where tons of rubbish are being gathered or fresh food products taken in for sales at the local market shops. Entering the property, you are greeted by steep stairs all the way to the loft, walls are dirty, floors are untidy and overall not the kind of entrance for someone with a small family and baby. It would benefit the owner if there was some kind of lift in place but understandable as the layout is a-bit tricky. Views from the property upstairs js very disappointing as all you see is rubbish packed on the floor behind the various businesses right next to the premises. Again this would have been expected as property was situated right next to a market place. Owner should specify more on his advertisement the location of the property, also add photos of the flight of stairs needed to access the property, the walkway that leads to the door so customers would be well armed to what they are spending their money on. The advert is a little misleading if I may add. Overall I would rate this property a solid 5 out of 10 for its beautiful interior and living space and the downside of the environment were you enter the property from.
• Ballard (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect so close to everything you need within a 2 minute walk. Lovely park right on the doorstep too! Facilities were perfect for what we needed. Flat was beautifully clean. When your walking around no matter how much you try to be quiet it must sound like an elephant walking from underneath so not really suitable for younger children. The water pressure wasn't so great either, took a very long time for the bat to fill up.
