Отличный вай фай, прекрасный матрац и подушки, всегда есть горячая вода и весь необходимый набор посуды. Русскоговорящая администратор Алина огромная умничка многое подскажет и поможет. В день отъезда сказали, что завтрак не положен, такое я встречаю впервые. Я жила в очень многих отелях и везде в день отъезда завтрак был включён.

- Anton (8/5): - Несмотря на короткое двухдневное пребывание, очень понравилось, что персонал отеля клиентоориентированный, отзывчивый - сразу решали возникшие вопросы (предоставили дополнительный стул, подсказали время работы ближайшего торгового центра и аквариума). Отдельное спасибо русскоговорящему менеджеру Алине, которая в день выезда рано утром приготовила нам завтрак (сытные сэндвичи) с собой, а накануне заказала для нашей семьи такси в аэропорт. Единственный минус - это громко работающий водонагреватель, из-за резкого и шумного включения которого просыпались ночью, хотя спали в другой комнате с закрытой дверью.

It was really nice that one of the rooms had its own shower right in the room. I have to really praise the lady at the reception, she was really nice and helped us with everything, nothing was a problem, she speaks perfect Russian. The breakfast suited us. The location of the hotel is great, many restaurants and shops nearby, the sea is just a short pleasant walk through the park. Thank you and it is quite likely that we will visit this hotel again.

Mutfaklı olması sayesinde kendi yemeklerimi hazırlayabildim, bu benim için büyük bir avantajdı. Çalışanlar her soruma sabırla yanıt verdi, çok misafirperverlerdi. Konum olarak havaalanına yakın olması büyük kolaylık sağladı. Ayrıca sahile, kafelere ve alışveriş noktalarına yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün. Otelin kafe kısmında kahve keyfi yapmak da çok güzeldi. İstanbul’a tekrar geldiğimde hiç düşünmeden Casa Florya’yı seçeceğim. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Therefore it had an unpleasant smell Sofa bed broken at first but they fixed it for the 3rd night there. Very helpful staff. Bathroom - ugly but functional

- Michelle (1/5): Terrible- filthy and not fit for purpose ( received electric shock from faulty / broken kettle. - Terrible- was allocated an upper floor room despite receiving a message promising a ground floor room- I was having surgery so ground floor room was essential. No-one on reception for 20 minutes when I arrived and when they finally showed their face after coming in from the street they didn’t speak a word of English and couldn’t understand a word that I was saying. Got an electric shock from kettle- the lead was covered in tape , covering a split lead. Freezer was absolutely filthy. I told the guy on reception that I didn’t want to stay and wanted a refund as the apartment was NOT as described and I’d received an electric shock- he then got owner/ manager on the phone who couldn’t speak much English and didn’t appear to understand me too well although she did say that I couldn’t have a refund- I told her that in that case I would be reporting the hotel to Booking.com and I’d be leaving a review that clearly reflected my experience of the place/ she begged me not to and promised to move me to the room originally promised to me the following day. Terrible experience and as she refused to refund me I couldn’t move elsewhere and had to endure the place for the remainder of my stay
- Michelle (5/5): Not impressed and would not recommend at all- would never return . - Not massively impressed with apartment- requested ground floor which I was told in a message that I had bit when I arrived there was no one on reception for 20 minutes- when someone finally arrived after being out somewhere ( they came in from the street) I was taken to a room upstairs- the person did not speak a word of English and it was impossible to come with him. The apartment was passable- the lead to the electric kettle was bound up with tape and when I boiled the kettle I got an electric shock!!!!!! The freezer was absolutely disgustingly filthy and there is no way that I would have put any food in there. I complained, using google translate regarding getting an electric shock and told them that I didn’t want to stay there as the apartment was most definitely not as described- the non English speaking guy on reception then got the manager on the phone and she told me that I had to stay and she WOULNT GIVE ME A REFUND despite me receiving an electric shock from the dangerous kettle. She promised me that they’d move me to a ground floor apartment the next day and I told her that I wasn’t happy and would be complaining to Booking.com. I stayed in the new apartment that I was moved to and it was tolerable but nothing special and kept myself to myself- there was a lovely young girl who spoke English that worked several shifts whilst o was there and she was very lovely but that is the only positive comment that I can make regarding my stay/ I would never stay there again and will be complaining to Booking.com on my return.

Ona is very friendly and helpful all good and no remarks and complaints. thanks i only wish though bathroom was a bit bigger especially bathing area but for one person this is good enough still

- Ibrahim (10/5): - I really like staying at the hotel, the staff were really helpful and could speak English. It’s a quiet area so I enjoyed my sleep and there were shops around to get everything I needed. I will definitely come back next time and would recommend for a good place to stay.
