• Duncan (7/5): Good base whilst exploring Vienna - Host very quick to communicate. Easy to find. Warm. Well stocked in terms of kitchen equipment. Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Easy to get bus and travel into city. Great to have access to a pool. Washing machine access. Shower was a little cramped. I struggled to connect Netflix account. Location is a little far out from centre so expectations need to be managed.

• Alina (10/5): Wonderful. Would do again. - Location is wonderful. Easy to use public transportation. The flat itself is very cosy and comfortable and has everything needed for short pr long stay. Could not understand where is the gym actually. And swimming pool requires reservation. That was not clear from the description of the appartment.

• Mihaela (8/5): - Dosta je prostran smještaj i sve je bilo prema dogovoru, lak check-in. Jako slatka lokacija u mirnom dijelu grada u 19. okrugu. Wc je zaudarao, osjetila se kanalizacija ili tako nesto.

• Christoph (9/5): Eine perfekte Wohnung für einen Wienaufenthalt. - Die große Wohnung war sehr gepflegt, ruhig gelegen und großzügig eingerichtet. In der Küche waren Kochgeräte, Geschirr und Besteck und Spülmaschinentabs ausreichend vorhanden. Der Vermieter stellt sowohl Waschmaschine als auch Trockner und Waschmittel sowie Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen zur Verfügung. Dieser Service und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters ( z.B. bei der Bereitstellung von Parkmöglichkeiten) haben uns sehr gefreut. Insgesamt können wir diese Wohnung jedem Wienbesucher sehr empfehlen. Nichts!!!
• Peter (8/5): - Spacious clean apartment in a nice quite neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and swimmingpool. The host provided coffee, tea and other necessities for food cooking. Big comfortable bed. Plenty of towels. Several good grocery stores in the area. Wifi was slow and it wasn’t possible to stream tv. Kitchen tap dripping. Bath tub difficult to shower in if you have any movement difficulties. Sofa not very comfortable. It is a bit far from the central parts of Vienna but public transport in Vienna is excellent and there is a bus stop just outside the apartment with buses departing every 8-9 minutes.

• Adele (10/5): - Tutto molto bene, casa grande comoda e completa di tutto quello che può servire per una visita a vienna. Letti comodi ,ambiente confortevole e caldo. Appena arrivati faceva un poco freddo per noi che arrivavamo da un clima con circa 10 gradi in più, però in casa si stava benissimo. Appartamento molto ben servito,fermata del bus 39 quasi sotto casa,dopo alcune fermate si cambia e si prende il tram o metro per andare ovunque si voglia. A vienna non hai bisogno dell'auto, la città ha la migliore rete di trasporti pubblici che abbia mai visto. Aggiungo che vicino casa c'è un caffè panetteria con ragazze gentilissime da cui abbiamo fatto ottime colazioni a prezzi buoni per gli standard di vienna. Andate a mangiare la cotoletta da schnitzel one ,la cotoletta a vienna è come la pizza a napoli. Niente
• Hans (5/5): Nur für den Notfall. - Das Hotel liegt weit außerhalb von Ybbs, in einem Vorort ohne Gastronomie. Das Hotel bietet auch kein Essenan, ausgenommen man hat Frühstück gebucht. Keine schöne Lage, keine Gastronomie, Kontakt zum Vermieter nur über Telefon. In Hotel ist niemand.
• Виктория (10/5): - Прекрасное и тихое местечко, сообщение транспорта удобное и доступное, в двух шагах остановка автобуса, в 30 ти минутах от всех главных достопримечательностей. Апартаменты чистые и уютные, есть все необходимое для пребывания. Всё очень понравилось, по возможности вернёмся сюда с удовольствием. Отдельное спасибо за обратную связь хозяина, просьба заселиться раньше установленного времени была одобрена.
• Valeska (9/5): - Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Schwimmbad und auch Nutzung der Waschmaschine waren perfekt. Für uns hat die Lage der Unterkunft ( ruhig gelegen, trotzdem mit Öffentlichen gute Verbindungen in die Stadt) und die Einrichtung sehr gut gepasst. An einigen Stellen sieht man dem Appartement das Alter an, aber es hat alles funktioniert und Preis Leistung haben gestimmt. Wir kommen gern wieder!

• Zsolt (10/5): Csendes környéken kényelmes és megfizethető apartman - A nagyon kedvező árban még uszodai lehetőség is volt, ami szintén az apartman ban található. Nagyon szép és csendes környék. A személyzet (Michael) nagyon segítőkész és kedves; gyorsan reagál bármilyen kérdésre. Nem volt ilyen.
• Schneider (8/5): Sehr gute Wohnung, um Wien zu erkunden. - Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Sehr gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
• Yevheniia (8/5): - Гарний район, чистий номер, зручне ліжко, укомплектована кухня Бронюйте паркомісце наперед, бо нам змогли запропонувати тільки гараж (20 Євро на добу) тому що місце на вулиці біля будинку вже було заброньовано. Якшо ви трохи вище середнього зросту бережіть голову, 6 номер знаходиться на мансардному поверсі і в багатьох місцях дуже не зручно банально пересуватися квартирою, особливо в спальні.. Користуватись стельовими вікнами теж дуже не зручно, постійно треба контролювати щоб не пішов раптом дощ, бо заллє.. На кухонному острові лежали вершки, строк придатності яких закінчився рік тому. Для того щоб потрапити в басейн необхідно резервувати конкретний час, поплавати можна не більше 1 години в день. Використати пральну і сушильну машинки можна тільки до 20 00.. що є дуже не зручно, адже цей процес займає досить багато часу, який хочеться використати на місто. В душі немає шторки і тому як не старайся вода буде потрапляти на підлогу. Перед від'їздом господар прислав пошагову інструкцію того що ми маємо прибирати і куди.. мені здається це робота прибиральників а не орендарів, які платять за аренду не малі кошти.

• Oscar (4/5): Totally disapointing - Spacious and with more electric appliances that you need! It is far from everything, not even a supermarket nearby. The sofa is one of those folding beds with more metal than cushions. The bed is also a foldable metal structure that made noise at every move.They put the cheapest founiture available, and you feel it. On top of that the supposed swimming pool was closed for "maintenance"... the only thing that could make this place interesting! Totally disapointing. It is worth to spend a few more euros and get a better location.

• Simona (5/5): Very nice location outside of Vienna but the camp bed it's a big NO - We rent the apartment to have two rooms for 3 adult people. Very large kitchen with minim items, large bathroom, very quiet during day and night. Nice location outside of Vienna if you like nature, close to an awesome caffe shop that was the highlight of the location. The apartment had a normal bed in the bedroom (very hard but acceptable if you don't mind supper hard, a toper could help with that) and for a third person a metal camp bed in the living room. The camp bed was very uncomfortable and making loud noise on every turn the person was trying to find a better position to sleep.

• Anastasia (9/5): Short city visit - The apartment is spacious and confortable. It is fully equipped and the communication with the host very good. We had a parking place close to the apartment for a reasonable price. A bit far from the down town but easy to get by the public transport (bus stop 100 m) from the apartment.
• Xiaofu (10/5): A peaceful gem in Vienna - It’s spacious and very quiet. I had everything I needed for my stay. The host was very communicative and answered my messages very timely. When I arrived I found there were sparking water and Pepsi coke in the fridge and nespresso capsules. It was such a nice and kind gesture given the summer hot days and the fact that I drink nespresso at home. The bus stop is just two minutes walk. The apartment is 40-45 minutes bus + subway from the city center, but it was expected. I am not a night out person and I was very happy I could relax and rest well after a long day of city excursion in a steamy hot day. Besides, it was very safe at night. The first night I went to see an opera at the state opera house and I didn’t get home until before midnight. The ride home was smooth and I felt perfectly safe. They have a washing machine and dryer you can use to do laundry. I was glad I could find such an oasis with very reasonable price in Vienna. I am not sure if the air conditioning works in the apartment, but I don’t care. I felt perfectly okay with the indoor temperature.

• Souichi (10/5): Wonderful apartment in the countryside but still accessible by public transportation. - The owner is extremely helpful. He also gave me a detailed instruction of door access through messages beforehand. The apartment is large enough, with a fully equipped kitchen and a wash room. It located in quiet countryside closer to heurigers, yet easily accessible by bus 39A which runs about every 7-8 minutes in daytime and 10-15 minutes even after sunset. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the light in the hallway when I came back from the city after sunset.

• Dušica (9/5): Very nice place to spend few days (or longer) and enjoy beautiful Vienna. - The apartment on the ground floor is big and clean. Beds are very comfy. Kitchen is very well equipped. There are welcome drinks and some food in the fridge.Also coffee and tea... The host is very kind and helpful. Very quiet neighbourhood. Good for sleeping. If you come on Sunday or holiday, parking is free in all Vienna. So we parked in front of the house. On working days parking is charged about 2,5euros/hour. Good location. By car, main city attractions are 20min away. Bus stop is 2min away. We would be happy to come again.🙂 The host wasn't answering the phone, or Watsup messages, so we had to change our plans, and we were worried how we would find garage. Later he called us and everything was ok. The bath tub is pretty small. But the toilet is clean and equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper...
• Vs (10/5): Exceptional - It was a benefit to use the swimming pool. Billa and Spar are not too far, within walking distance, as well as a bakery/cafe

• Bruno (10/5): Visit lovely Vienna, while staying in a place that feels like home. - I found this apartment on Airbnb, leading me to use booking. No wonder Michael is a super host. The overall communication was top of the class. He was flexible to accommodate an early check-in and a late check-out without a problem. The Bus 39A quickly connects you to all sorts of public transportation, and you are also around 40 minutes, tops, from the airport using an Uber. This is important, taking into account we had an eight-year with us. The booking system of the swimming pool works well, too. The neighborhood is very calm and has a nice bakery nearby, allowing you to get fresh bread and pastry every morning. Around three bus stops or 10 minutes walk away, there is also a nice supermarket I recommend, given the house has all you need to arrive and cook or heat your food over a nice bottle of wine (or whatever works for you). The garbage place of the facility is also equipped with all recycling bins! Not that it is a problem for me and my family, but we did stay on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Be mindful that the host has lower-floor apartments if that is a problem for you.

Yo need to bare this in mind.Parking V poor. - The apartment had everything you needed for a family to cook independently and use as a home base. The apartment was a bit dated, it didn't look quite as nice as the photos suggested. It was clean and tidy it just looked a little tired and bare and in need of renovation.
• Jürgen (9/5): Superb - A lot of space, very comfortable, even some food and drinks were placed in the kitchen of a start. An excellent place to enjoy the close wine villages (Sievering, Grinzing) and the wonderful nature of Wienerwald at walking distance while the city center is still easy to reach with public transport.

• João (9/5): Superb - Very spatious apartment, on green and quiet neighbourhood; the kitchen was very well stocked (including all essentials, such as oil, salt, pepper, and even more), with dishwasher, oven, a large fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Takes a while to get to the city center, even if there is a bus stop very close and public transportation is very efficient; on arrival, the apartments are not clearly labelled and I ended up entering the wrong apartment at first
• Vjačeslavs (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very responsive and the apartment is very nice. A very nice touch was small things such as water and soft drinks in the fridge. The pool is worth trying. Self check-in was easy. The only thing maybe is that the location is pretty far from the city, so we spent quite a lot of time in public transport. This apartment would be best for people with a car, I think.
