• Boris (1/5): Cockroach Safari - The studio apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The location is quite convenient - close to supermarkets and not too far from the city center and the ocean. There were a large number of cockroaches in the apartment. I personally caught several dozen. We bought cockroach poison. It helped a little, but not much. It seemed that the frequency of cockroaches decreased somewhat after we found their nest. My wife is very afraid of insects, especially cockroaches. She took out the trash after every meal, wiped all surfaces dry, and kept the toaster on the balcony because it’s impossible to remove all the crumbs from it. A couple of minor things: the top bolt of the lock doesn’t fully retract into the door, so you have to pull the door several times for it to open. And a suggestion to the hosts - please write the check-in instructions in plain, clear language; it’s not difficult.

• Constantin Ciprian (10/5): - The apartment is perfectly located right in the center, with everything you could possibly need just a short walk away. Restaurants, pubs, and Dino shopping are all close by, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is well‑equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean, cozy, and ideal for anyone wanting to be close to the action. Highly recommended! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, but we were disappointed that it had no sun and no view. The location was good, but the lack of natural light is something future guests should be aware of.

La posizione è perfetta: vicino a ristoranti, supermercati e alle principali attrazioni, ma in una zona tranquilla per riposare bene la notte. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca comfort e comodità per una vacanza indimenticabile a Tenerife!

• John (5/5): Las Americas trip for a week overall satisfied - The air conditioning , No microwave , residents live in their occasional dog barking , we brought a few chairs and a table for a sort the front and someone told us this is not a picnic area very rude you only get the sun at the balcony from about 3pm , the tv is set back on top of the fridge so we didn’t bother with it not one for complaining but on the last day and a half we had a power cut so we ended up finding somewhere else to stay one last thing the patio door to the left didn’t lock even though we reported it on the owners

Neighbour was horrible (not sure ir resident or rented for holiday), but was constantlyinterupting and looking for problem. Cockroaches seen in the flat, in the balcony and all around the block. Would not recommend for a group of 4 (if not family) as open space studio type flat/no separate bedroom. Some people will need to sleep on the sofa in the kitchen.

• Bojana (9/5): Holiday vacation. - It was very clean. Comfort beds. Good communication with staff. It could be more detergent for washing machine, bags for garbage, and toilet paper. There where only two rolls for three of us for 7night stay. It was luxury room so it should be included.
• Tracy (10/5): my stay in this apartments was very comfortable and very secure, the owners where very helpful if required, very prompt - the property was very centrally located which was perfect for my needs excellent use of space, great storage, clean and very comfortable, couldn’t ask for more

Gerda the host was attentive, gaining access to the property she was super helpful and instructions were clear, I liked all the added touches she thought of in the apartment like cotton pads, ear buds tea bags etc.
