• Dejan (8/5): The stay was good and the location is great, just the cleanliness and investing some - I liked that they were very open to helping us out and they provided so much support with any questions I had. There was a spill in the bedroom on the dresser and the pillows were all color stained yellow.

• Lucía (7/5): - La ubicación Es un lugar al que le falta amor, atención. No puede basarse todo en la excelente ubicación que tiene. Tuvimos que enchufar la heladera cuando llegamos, la calefacción brilló por su ausencia, el wifi funcionaba bastante mal
• Hans-Jörg (7/5): Gut für ein paar Tage. - Es war sauber. Es hätten auch 2 weitere Personen Schlafplätze gehabt, da es noch ein weiteres separates Zimmer gab und die Schlafcouch. Zentrale Lage, zu Fuß erreichbar. Nach Vereinbarung war ein early check-in möglich. Generell wären frühere Check-in Zeiten besser.
• Cinzia (10/5): - La tranquillità del posto e la vicinanza al centro storico: appena girato l'angolo eravamo già in piazza della signoria, con il David e le altre bellissime sculture. Il posto era pulito, il frigo già acceso e fresco.
• Savannah (1/5): We were robbed - Good location. We had items STOLEN from us during our stay here. Just so happens to be the most expensive items out of my partner's luggage. The front door to the hallway that leads to the apartment was left unlocked frequently, and the locks to the apartment didn't seem the most secure. Host couldn't care less when we told them about the theft -- either it was their fault for not properly securing the property, or they stole the items from us because they'd be the only ones with the key (though check-out was leaving the keys inside the apartment locked behind us, and the hosts insisted that was the only set of keys they have -- how does that make any sense? Pure liars). They refused to provide any compensation. We should have listened to the other review that mentioned the unlocked front door/general lack of security.

• Terence (4/5): "Ugh." - The location of the apartment is fantastic and makes visiting Florence's attractions very simple. The apartment could (perhaps should) have been cleaner. It is dark and filled with cheap, low-quality furniture. The bed is uncomfortable.

• Katie (7/5): - The location is great! You are super close to all of the main attractions. As for the actual apartment itself, it was fine, but nothing extraordinary. The mattresses (if you could even call them that) could definitely use an upgrade. They were just a 3-4 inch foam topper, not a real full mattress. It wasn't the worst bed I have ever slept on, but it could definitely be improved. Even if they just put two of the toppers together instead of just one. There was a slight must or mildew smell when you walked in, but not too bad or overwhelming.

• Cathy (7/5): Good - The location was amazing - it was spacious. Initially we had an issue with the hot water but it was addressed right away which was great. The responses to any questions I had was very quick It was a bit noisier than I expected but the location made up for it.
• Bree (8/5): Very good - The apartment is well laid out and stocked with everything you may need. The host was helpful regarding checkout and checkin. Well located, the apartment is close to a number of attractions and restaurants. Something to note before booking is that you will hear a lot of noise from restaurants at night.
• Leong (7/5): Ok Ok, so-so - I think the house is really big, and it is very close to main attraction, Uffizi, Duomo, and Ponte Vecchio for example. Quiet place too. The staff is wonderful, they help me anyway possible. I think that is great. The place wasn't too warm in winter, but I think it is some rules that temperature must not exceed 19 degree due to conserving gas. I can find hairs, probably the previous guests, in many of the corners. I think many things are not well maintain, cups and plates are not clean, I rewashed them and they are not stain. I strongly belief that they can do better in managing the property.

I love that apartment looked exactly like the photos, but it was bigger than it appeared in photos. Front door to the street was often unlocked. I'm assuming that's because it's hard to close it people think they closed it without confirming

• Norman (5/5): Property location fabulous and the apartment could be terrpwith some money spent on refurbishmen - The location was excellent. The management company were friendly and responsive. Property was very 'tired' and decor needs a refresh. Settee very uncomfortable, ongoing issue with hot water meant that we were unable to shower on 2 days out of 3. Kitchen worktops unhygienic, cracked sink in bathroom and new toilet seat required. Although not advertised as having a TV, a small broken one was present.

• Jessica (9/5): Perfect location in Florence - This apartment is in the heart of Florence, close to everything and we saved lots on public transport! We enjoyed our stay here, everything was clean and tidy, we had lots of space and felt comfortable. The host was responsive and clear with instructions to gain entry. We were only provided one toilet roll for a 4 night stay of 2 people, but they did offer to bring more. The kitchen could have had more basics, similar with the washing machine - some laundry liquid would have been useful.

• Sue (10/5): Very comfortable and very central to Florence. I'd stay here again! - Location was fab, so central. Hosts were very prompt to reply to any questions and to address any issues. Bed sheets were great quality. Very comfortable place. We ran out of toilet roll on our last day but they did make a great effort to bring us more just before we departed. Hot water boiler went on the blink on our last morning but no big deal as the water wasn't too cold to shower in. They were sending out someone to repair. I would however highly recommend this place as we loved it.
• Victoria (8/5): Very good - Location. Basic needs met. The cleaning person accommodated my early check in. Another cleaning guy helped to carry bag down to the street. Repair man came quickly to fix Airconditioner. Communication with the manager of the property. I had to answer the same questions several times.on the other hand the answered my questions quickly. Upon arrival, air conditioner was not working. Somebody came to fix it and then it was OK. I had to ask for Wi-Fi password instead of having it prepared for me. They should air apartment: it had stuffy, unpleasant smell.

• Sandrakirt (9/5): Good place for stay in the Florence old town - I like the location of the apartment on a narrow street in the old town. Apartment are spacious. One separate bedroom and open space living room connected with kitchen and 1 double bed in semi-second floor. We done self check before arrival and it was possible to got the keys from a lock box. Rather what you need to keep in mind: mobile network is very poor or no at all due to very thick walls of an old building but Wi-Fi is available. There is not an intuitive system for turning on/off the lights everywhere, but there are signs and we were greeted by the lights already on. Sometimes you can hear noise from suitcases on wheels. The windows either do not open or open into a narrow courtyard.

The loft area (second bed) was cool and the kitchen/living space was open and large. No complaints, it was great. The bathroom sink had some issues on day 1. The hosts promised someone would come by and fix it the next day but it was never fixed.

• Edward (6/5): If you’re not particularly picky, it should be fine. I question the reviews after staying at places recommended in booki - Location is great, close to everything. Air didn’t work the first nite. They notified us a few days before that a technician would be ‘performing routine inspection’. It would not operate at all. We opened the one window to the street and a bar brawl woke us up at 3am. They fixed it the following day. The stairway up to the unit and the floor inside is a bit off putting. We did find a silverfish in the bed so we stayed in the loft. It was comfortable but I’d find somewhere else before returning to Florence.

• Kampaki (5/5): satisfing - The location and the hot water in the shower it wasn't very clean , didn't have a single bottle of water to drink .. didn't have enough toilet paper and we were forced to buy . also even though we left the city taxes on the table with the keys as we were told, he told us that he didnt found it and that we had to pay with a bank tranfer again .. at the end he apologised for the mistake he had made

• Anonymous (8/5): Excellent location - The location! literally behind Uffizi Gallery and Palazzo Vecchio. 5 minutes walking from Ponte Vecchio. 5 minutes walking from Duomo. 10 minutes walking from the train station. The apartment is value for money. I simply slept there, I didn’t use the kitchen, but if you are in Florence to explore the city, this apartment is perfectly located in the middle of everything! Wifi worked well for streaming Netflix and video calls. Plenty of towels provided. I noticed there was no kettle to warm some water for a tea. There were no toiletries provided (make sure you pack your own)
