Good air-conditioning, great view from the 9th floor balcony, all the cooking equipment you could possibly need. Comfortable bed, good shower. Coles supermarket, BWS and other retail outlets very close by Everything was great.

Easy walking distance to heaps of great restaurants. Easy parking. Shower taps currently tricky to fully turn off till you work out the exact ‘off’ position. Owner is fixing.

- Aimee (9/5): Highly recommended - So well equipped with all I needed to make a work week away feel like home. The host thinks of everything and I had all I needed to make dinner like at home. There was a bottle of wine and some Tim tams on arrival which was lovely, and the basic condiments in the cupboard which were not expected but very much appreciated when cooking meals rather than dining out. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Will book again with no hesitation. Thanks L Lighting is a bit dim in the bathroom but yay for the magnifying mirror!

Well equipped apartment with a nice view. There is a pool in the building as well. What more can you ask for;) Building elevators are slow and the trash compartment is small.

- Louise (10/5): Good sized apartment in great location - The apartment was a great size, clean and comfortable. Had a good sized balcony, stocked pantry and free secure parking. Plenty of towels and toiletries too. The pool was fresh but nice after walking in the heat!
Communication was excellent and owner messaged to check that everything was ok when we arrived. Owner had left a bottle of wine and chocolate which was a nice gesture.
The location was great. Close to restaurants and supermarkets (short walk). 10 mins walk to South Bank and 20 min walk to Suncorp Stadium.
We would definitely stay again. Nothing!

It is definitely light and airy, has wonderful views and is spotlessly clean.
Lauren the host is very hospitable, leaving a bottle of wine and chocolates for us. Her communication re. all we needed to know was excellent!
The facilities were also very well-kept, the pool area and garden are an absolute bonus. Having a free allocated, secure car park was fantastic.
Even though this apartment is centrally located it is very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the cupboards were well stocked if you require basics. West End Village with Woolworths, Harris Farns and Coles is less than a 5 minute walk away. So too are some fabulous cafes and restaurants.
So look no further than this apartment for your next Brisbane break. We highly recommend it and look forward to our next stay there.

- Beverley (9/5): Lovely unit close to great restaurants - Loved that we could walk to West End, GOMA, Fish Lane and CBD. View from the balcony on level 9 watching the storms. Loved that parking was free. The pool was nice for a dip but not much seating or shade.

Public transport very handy too.

The apartment was very clean The fittings were a little tatty, particularly the dining table which was in a poor state.
The TV in the bedroom did not work.
The furniture in the bedroom was just an improvised shoe cabinet, no drawer space
The images for the apartment and main front page photograph were misleading
We have stayed in other apartments for a lower rate.

The unit is the perfect spot to stay - close to Cole’s, Woolies, Harris Farm and cafes in West End and not far from the city. The unit is lovely and light with everything you need and more… even great parking. Loz was so generous in allowing me a later check out too. Thank you for a great stay!

Kitchen is very well equipped, everything you need.
Very accomodating host.
Free parking a bonus! Water in the swimming pool is not heated. Maybe at different times of the year the sun heats it up a little more. But the pool is clean and inviting.

Location was excellent with local shopping area, eateries and Coles a few mins away. Easy walk to the BCEC and Southbank area. The personal touches stood out and elevated this property above others - the wine, and cold drinks provided, the prompt and friendly comms from the host before, during and after my stay. Did I mention the great view, enjoyed from the balcony? Loved coming back at the end of a long, busy day to this space.

The apartment was easy to find, and in excellent condition with everything I needed. And lots of fantastic cafes nearby for great breakfast options. The initial "house rules" email came across as a bit overbearing. But the host was very friendly and helpful.

So close to everything you could need - restaurants, coffee shops, Coles/woolies, South Bank, Galleries, the city itself etc.
The apartment had everything you could need to have a comfortable stay, even if you wanted to stay in a cook yourself.
Had its own carpark which was perfect for us as we did have a hire car.
We are both in our mid 50's and for us it was just perfect. It was very quiet in the apartment. Queen size bed was very comfortable. Washing machine, dishwasher, pod coffee machine, everything you need.
We spent the week exploring the waterfalls, Eumundi Markets catching up with friends and its nice to be able to go back to place where it is quiet and have a cup of tea to relax.
