• Karen (6/5): Unresponsive host. Difficult to find apartment. Apartment was clean and comfortable. - Jacuzzi was very nice. Plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Host did not respond after many messages. Did not get into the apartment until almost 6pm after 2 hours of attempting to reach the host. Once we received the check in instructions, the apartment was very hard to find. Finally there were no towels.

• Verónica (7/5): - Lo que más nos gustó fue el jacuzzi y la cercania. No nos gustó la descoordinación entre el responsable y la limpiadora ya que llegamos al sitio no había llaves y encima la habitación estaba sin limpiar. Aunq esperamos a que fuera limpia la habitación, entramos una hora más tarde d la prevista.

• Silva (7/5): Foi uma estadia muito boa , bem confortável ! - O apartamento é bem confortável , a jacuzzi bem relaxante e estava bem limpo ! Não tinha papel e deveria ter mais toalhas só tinha pra duas pessoas e éramos 3 .

• Diogo (4/5): Muito decepcionante - Gostei do. Jacuzzi apenas Limpeza não estava bem feita não tinha toalhas como menciona os vizinhos de cima barulho insuportável e a cama tinha ácaros ou algo do género eu e minha namorada estamos com picadas não conseguimos dormir abandonamos o espaço às 01:00

• christophe nail (5/5): pas vraiment luxury ........... - le logement est très grand, plutôt propre et le jacuzzi fonctionne parfaitement , la literie est plutôt confortable ( lit de 160 ) , le canapé aussi à amélioré : la transmission des infos pour trouver le logement , on a le noms de la rue mais pas le numéro et encore moins le numéro de l'escalier . l'environnement est moyen , rez de chaussée d'un immeuble un peu "délabré " , le parking est un terrain vague géré par des "indépendant" qu'il faut rémunéré pour ne pas faire d'histoire ........................on est loin du "luxury" qui est dans le titre
• Laura (7/5): - El apartamento está muy bien decorado limpio..el jacuzzi.. Tardas poco en llegar al centro. El barrio.. la sensación no es buena del edificio muy descuidado pero tampoco es culpa de ellos. Por decir un par de cosas como consejo..hay cafetera y cápsulas que se agradecen pero ningún sobre de azúcar o sacarina..sería útil poner un colgador o dos perchas para colgar las toallas tanto de manos como las de ducha que para secarlas las tienes que poner en las sillas del salón. El olor mezcla humedad ambientado para tapar olor a tabaco ..de algún incivilizado..

• Maribel (9/5): - Apartamento muy mono , camada amplia y muy cómoda . Dificultad para dar con el apartamento . No hay indicaciones . Portal pequeño y muy dejado .
• Trish (2/5): Very disappointed. Emailed in Booking.com but have heard nothing back after three days. - Good WiFi. Everywhere you looked in the apartment there was mould. The walls ran with water once the hot tub was turned on making everything damp, bedding, clothes etc. Had two nights booked only stayed one due to the smell of mould and the bed being the most uncomfortable I had ever slept in, it left my wife and I, with bad backs. Shower waste was blocked so you could only have turned on for a few seconds at a time otherwise you would flood property. Fridge ice box door missing so anything put in fridge froze. The hot tub looked really nice but in reality because of the way it is constructed very hard to clean and effectively you are sitting in water with hair, dead skin and what ever came off the people who used it before.
• Jenny (1/5): Disgusted - Firstly very difficult to find as no street number was on our confirmation and picture given was a different building. With very little English spoken it was difficult to communicate with the owner on the phone so in the end a shopkeeper spoke to him on our behalf as he could see how distressed I was. He arrived at number 23. If you google the street you will understand why. You walk through a central courtyard and you feel like you are in a ghetto. The private bath is disgusting. The final straw was when we came back to the room after walking around in the heat and wanted to take a shower only to realise there were no towels. This apartment is called luxury apartments and at the time of booking was rated 8.9. Nothing short of false and misleading advertising. Beware!
