• Barna (4/5): Most voltunk itt a társasággal harmadjára és utoljára. - A szauna szuper. Az egyik apartmanban nem volt megfelelő a világítás, és előfordult, hogy nem állt rendelkezésre meleg víz sem. A JUFA Hotel ügyfélszolgálata sajnos kritikán aluli színvonalat képvisel. A kijelentkezést a társaságunk egyik tagja intézte, aki nem a foglalást végezte. Tudta, hogy a helyszínen még fizetni kell a fennmaradó összeget, azonban annak pontos mértékéről nem volt információja. Később kiderült, hogy a helyszínen kért összeg meghaladta a foglaláskor, a Bookingon elfogadott teljes árat (amelynek elvileg minden adót és díjat tartalmaznia kell). Az esetet jeleztük mind a Booking, mind a JUFA felé. Utóbbi a felelősséget a Bookingra hárítja, ami véleményünk szerint elfogadhatatlan, hiszen a szállásadó kötelessége a költségek pontos feltüntetése. Ha teheti, inkább válasszon másik szállást.
• Miklós (10/5): Perfect building, perfect location. - The house is located very close to the ski tracks, it's a 3 minute walk to the closest elevator. It is nice and modern, with a sauna in one of the bathrooms. Equipment is perfect, we had everything we needed for our family vacation. What wasn't clear for me is that the keys can be retreived in another building, and it took a little time to find out how to get them. But once I found the location, the receptionist was really kind and handed over the keys, even though we arrived late.
• Aleš (9/5): Lokalitu i ubytovíní bych doporučil - Lokalita vynikající, sněhové podmínky excelentní. Zlepšil bych sociální zařízení. Dvě ložnice pouze jedna toaleta.
• Alexander (9/5): - Lage sehr gut. Unterkunft sehr schön und komfortabel. Schlüsselübergabe war sehr einfach und problemlos sogar früher als bei der Buchung angegeben. Würde das Quartier jederzeit wieder buchen. Da wir nur eine Nacht in der Unterkunft verbracht haben habe ich nichts auszusetzen.
• Ulf (7/5): Schöne Wohnung in optimaler Lage, leider Schlafzimmer ohne zu öffnende Fenster... - Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage. In 2 von 3 Schlafzimmern ließ sich kein Fenster o.ä. öffnen - d.h. es war nicht nur semioptimales Klima, sondern es wurde auch warm. Die Dachfenster haben eine motorische Bedienung die, wen wunderts, im Winter schlecht oder gar nicht funktionieren. Aufgrund der Probleme hatte der Vermieter auch die notwendigen Fernbedienungen entfernt. Wir wollen gern wiederkommen, aber bitte mit einer Möglichkeit zum Öffnen der Fenster. Vielen Dank!

• Sebastian (4/5): Mehr Schein als Sein - Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier auf jeden Fall richtig im Sommer. Schöne Wanderwege, auch familientauglich, vom Ausgangspunkt. Nicht genügend Parkplätze Wohnung zwar geräumig, jedoch Bad zu klein, Toilette gleicht Abstellkammer, Vorsicht für große Menschen! Wandhaken sehr niedrig , sodass Handtücher immer auf Fußboden hängen,kein Abzug im Bad. TV Programme kaum nutzbar, da Registrierung abgelaufen. Begrüßung vom Putzeimer mitten im Weg. Küche total unpraktisch, selbst große Menschen müssen auf Stuhl klettern, um an einen Topf zu kommen, da 3m hohe Schränke verbaut. Kühlschrank viel zu klein für 4 Menschen,keine Schubkästen,kein Dunstabzugshaube. Viel zu warm im oberen Stockwerk, Lüftung nicht möglich bei Regen. Das Bergdorf Planneralm sieht einfach nicht einladend aus, alles ungepflegt, teilweise nur Baustellen, Spielplätze nicht gemäht. Eine Hütte hatte täglich offen. Leider mehr Schein als Sein!
• Andrei (3/5): A nice isolated location, too bad about the false and misleading hotel description. - We liked the isolated location in the mountains and the clean/new rooms. We didn't like the false and misleading description on booking.com website: 1. False info about "Questions: Hello is the Sommercard included? Answer on 2 august 2023: Good day, Yes the Sommercard is included" This is false as of July 2024 no sommercard was included. This misleading info did cost us a few hundred euros extra paying for cable car tickets which would have been free with the summer card. 2. Misleading info about "this apartment includes ... 2 bathrooms with a bath and a shower" - Apartment 2.2 includes one bathroom with a bath and shower, and one WC room. We were expecting 2 bathrooms for 2 families sharing this apartment, I agree that the phrasing can be interpreted by the hotel as being correct, still is misleading for some customers. 3. Misleading info about "WiFi Internet is free and available in the entire hotel" - This is false as of July 2024, the hotel employees said that is a temporary service failure but we stayed there for 6 days and this is a long term issue. Mobile data connection works but it can be a pain when you need to rely on the roaming data plan for many days. 4. We were charged incorrectly at checkout approx. 400 euros, this was corrected only approx. two months later after a lot of communication over what is a correct IBAN account format in Europe versus just a random example format found online. - When the account manager replied to my review they acknowledged the internet issue which affects the entire area and suggested that "people learn to book at the hotel and not over 3rd party websites" because booking.com has incorrect info.

• Dorka (9/5): A stylish, modern, new apartment, highly recommend. - An exceptionally good apartment with thoughtful and stylish design. Bathroom is great as well! Staff was nice and helpful. The only negative is that we were informed about a 3.8 EUR per person per stay fee for bed linen laundry, but we had to pay 3.8 EUR per person per night instead. This way we paid 45.6 EUR instead of 11.4 EUR for this service.
