Guest Reviews
- Sean (8/5): Overall a good stay in a nice apartment - The apartment was in a great location, close to popular beaches, shops and restaurants. It's also in the old town well away from the less desirable area (new town) and that was what we wanted.
It was clean apart from some accumulation of dust behind some pieces of furniture, such as the mobile unit in the kitchen/diner and under the bed which was visible when looking. Apart from that it was spotless. Clean towels and bedding.
I liked the facilities, there was a dishwasher and washing machine which were really useful. We didn't have to go home with a load of washing! However the washer didn't appear to work at first and it turns out you have to be quite firm when closing the door on it, or it won't start.
Air con worked nicely.
Lots of hot water from a generous boiler. We were able to have three showers consecutively without it running out. That's unusual for many properties in the area! - No aircon in bedroom. This meant having to keep the bedroom door open at night until guest three arrived and then having to keep the patio doors open for airflow.
- Only one door key, meaning we had to coordinate things if we wanted to do different things during the day/night.
- The window shutter in the main room wouldn't come back down when we opened it and no matter what we tried, stayed open.
- Communication with the agent prior to arrival was poor. Had to go through booking.com to get them to respond. They also asked what time we would be arriving three times despite us being clear from the start about arrival times. Although each time we said we'd be early before 4pm, they weren't clear about whether that meant we could check in early or not. As it was there was a short delay before we could, but the communication at that point via WhatsApp was much better.
- The noise in the street on some nights was very loud, but that was down to individual people over which there's little control! Guests should be mindful that it can get noisy, but when all of the doors are windows are closed, it minimises it.
- The view from the kitchen diner wasn't very nice. The property opposite has a "Roof terrace" that is dilapidated, dirty and looks abandoned. It wasnt a good place to take a photo or to look at.
- Michael (10/5): - Location was excellent facilities was excellent. Bright and very comfortable modern appartment in the heart of the old town..washing machine was a bonus . Key collection and any dealing we had with the company was excellent. Can be a little noisey on Friday Saturday and Sunday night. Of all the places we have stayed in Benidorm this is the place where we would want to stay again. A little noisey

- Welch (8/5): Very good - Location, size, quality Not enough toiletries and maybe books or playing cards
- Michael (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay, perfect central location - Very light and airy, everything you need is provided to be self sufficient. Really nice welcome pack lots all clean bedding and towels , highly recommended Bed was a bit soft for my liking
- Robert (1/5): Bad - This was the worse apartment I have ever stayed in in my life. Not fit to rent. The ceiling in the kitchen constantly leaked when it rained, the kitchen table was covered in water, the floor was constantly wet and dangerous, the so called terrace was tiny and again if it rained the terrace floor was a dangerous puddle as water was directed from the drainpipe to the terrace floor. Wouldn't sit on the sofa as it was filthy and stained. The shelves on the walls over the sofa were swelled with dampness, then to top it all off the whole bathroom window, which had a note on saying ( Danger Do Not Open) FELL out on top of me. I was lucky to be standing with my back to it. I got a nasty gash on the back of my leg behind my knee, this ruined my holiday as had to spend the next morning in the medical centre, got it dressed, told to dress it every second day and to keep it dry, so no swimming or even showering. We brought this to the attention of Blueline booking and all they did was send a maintenance guy to fix the window, no concern for my injury, haven't heard from them since. It was a horrific experience.
- Kay (8/5): Very good -
