• Olesia (10/5): Very clean apartment with a friendly host. - Spacious apartment with a very friendly host. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, there was even a coffee machine and two capsules. Clean apartment in a good area, which seemed safe.

• Matt (5/5): Dissapointing - Great sea food restaurant nearby. Public transport was accessible nearby Sofa bed was not made up on arrival and took until after 19.00 to get rectified. Initially hosts tried to instruct us where the bedding sheets were to make up ourself. Toilet seat was dirty. Kitchen table had crumbs on table cloth from previous guests. Laundry rack with towels from previous guest drying in lounge area. Street noise (vehicles) could be heard inside apartment even with windows closed. Noise from next apartment. Bedroom light very dim ( possibly faulty) Lights in shower not working. Lights in kitchen not working. Butter smeared on kitchen worktop. Lipstick on mug. Just one worn pillow each. Mould / stain in fridge. Very small dark shower. Broken glass cupboard sliding door.
• Angelica (2/5): Clean facilities but owner is unreliable - Facilities and the bed were great until you get told to leave the place because the owner made the mistake of double booking the place with someone else. I had been asked to vacate the place a day early because the owner made the mistake of double booking the place. This inconvenient situation brought in by the owner had placed me under unnecessary stress but I cooperated since they offered to move me to a new place a few metres down. After cooperating and moving to the new location, the owner continued to undermine me which ruined the rest of my stay in Milan. Don't make the same mistake as me making an arrangement externally from Booking.com. He tricked me by convincing me to make arrangements via WhatsApp and paying him directly. Owner promised to pay for my taxi transfer and the difference of the booking price - it's been a month and he has not made the refund to my account.

• Sikora (9/5): Milano visit in a cosy apartment. - Starting from the host, a very nice fella, great communication and information. Everything as expected. The secondary location is good close enough to metro M5 (3min), M3 approx (10min), few cheap but not bad restaurants around, groceries shop 5min walk but best one is Pam (shop) just beside M3 metro kind off mini supermarket. Finally Apartment, Everything is in apartments such as Iron with board, hairdryer, towels, complimentary some coffee samples, toiletries in the bathroom. Bed fairly comfortable, TV working some channels can be changed to Ingles/English. Small balcony with 2 chairs and table we never used as we were out enjoying ourselves at most of the time. Generally almost all you need is there and Giuseppe is a great host. Bedsheets need a bit more washing liquid to smell better😉. No kettle🤔. Bigger frying pan and pot to cook a pasta.

• Marcin (8/5): Great value for money - This place has everything you need. The location is amazing, it is very close to the metro stations and it takes 3 stops to get to the city center. The owner of the apartments was very friendly and talkative, he answered all the questions. The beds are pretty comfortable and the flat itself is clean. P.S. The only thing that would be great to have is a kettle ;P. We couldn't find it anywhere. Thanks, Marcin
