Y contabamos con el. Además la TV no funcionaba. La nevera es pequeña. Y las ventanas no aíslan los ruidos nocturnos.

• Rengel Pachon (3/5): Casi bien - Ubicación. Limpieza El garaje es para un coche pequeño, tipo 206. El baño huele a caño, problemas de bajantes. En el sofá caben 2 personas o 3 apretadas, si váis 4 los demás se sientan en sillas plegables de madera. No hay horno.

• lucia (4/5): - El alojamiento tenía una muy buena ubicación, los aires de los cuartos calentaban súper bien. El acceso al parking es una odisea se encuentra dentro del mismo edificio, por lo que si tienes un coche medianamente grande es imposible que quepa, el alojamiento se nota que no está nada limpio, la cocina estaba totalmente sucia no quise ni utilizar los utensilios, el aire acondicionado del salón no funciona y los aires de los cuartos sí que funcionan pero igual están súper sucios. El cuarto de baño apesta muchísimo a tuberías. Y los colchones son malísimos súper incómodos al igual que el sofá del salón, se supone que después de tanto agetreo en un viaje lo que quieres es descansar, pero poco he descansado con colchones tan malos. La nevera apestaba a podrido, sin contar que había una bolsa de hielo de la anterior persona que se hubiese quedado allí, lo que confirma más lo que estoy diciendo de la limpieza. El lavabo con pelos, y las toallas súper sucias también, se supone que cobran 30€ de limpieza y sinceramente limpieza no hay ninguna, etc… lo que más me molesta es que me cobren 30 por algo que no se hace.

• Lorena (10/5): Vale la pena - Ubicación ideal, camas cómodas, aire acondicionado en cada habitación. La cocina y el baño tenía todo lo necesario (secador incluido). El único pero es que el aire acondicionado del comedor no funcionaba y se notaba frio cuando comías ahí. La nevera también podría ser más grande, para cuatro personas se quedaba pequeña

No hay contacto humano para el ingreso y el egreso del apartamento. Esa es una de las razones por las que no pudimos utilizar el parking ya que no se explica claramente el funcionamiento. Sería útil que alguien pueda recibir a los pasajeros

• Jan-Erik (8/5): Good, but look out! - The location. Good heating in the bedroom. We got pillowcases from a lady who called. JE/Budgetres.se The garage entrance is a tight squeeze. Only entrance for a very small car. Good heating, but does not work in the kitchen. Smell in the bathroom. Missing cutting board, bread knife, dish towel. OBS! Very hot water.

• Magali (10/5): - Appartement propre, nous avons remarqué que les syphons était bouchés. L'hôte a été très réactif en faisant intervenir quelqu'un dès le lendemain.

La entrada al parking muy dificil porque es muy estrecha,la plaza es pequeña,tengo coche grande pero con habilidad y paciencia conseguí aparcar,es para coche pequeño o mediano. Se hechan de menos 2 mesitas.Las tuberías del baño olían

Había hormigas y bichos en el suelo, el baño olían las tuberías excremento, los desagües del baño estaban atascados y no tragaba el agua, el colchón de la cama es bastante incomodo y si tiene gargaje pero tienes que hacer malabares para poder meter el coche.

One indoor parking is provided but you can’t park an SUV inside, it’s too tall for the door. Paid 25 euros for extra to park in a public garage nearby. It’s on the fourth floor and it has no elevator. The bed is not very comfy.

• IDOIA (2/5): Céntrico sin garaje y mal mantenido - Me gustó la situación Pone q tiene garaje y el garaje tiene la entrada por el portal lo q hace q no entra el coche si no es muy pequeño. La agencia q lo lleva no te resuelve ningún problema, es mas te contesta una IA, q todo el tiempo te da largas. En cuanto al apartamento no estaba mal pero le faltaba mantenimiento. La ducha no tragaba y el lavabo tampoco, el inodoro olía fatal, el aire acondicionado de la sala no enfriaba, la cafetera no funcionaba.

• Adrian (6/5): Ubicación y casa bien, parking enano y ducha que no traga - La ubicación muy bien y la casa por lo general bastante bien El “parking” por llamarlo de alguna manera muy muy estrecho, pone para coche mediano-pequeño, una persona sola imposible de aparcarlo sin indicaciones ni ayuda para sujetar la puerta que se baja sola, además del olor de los baños (que era solo en momentos puntuales) no tragaban ni la ducha ni el lavabo por lo que se encharcaba el baño

• Yolanda 87 (5/5): - Buena ubicación en zona céntrica pero tranquila. Bonito, acogedor y limpio. Colchones blandos, fortísimo olor a desagüe del baño que llenaba todo el apartamento. Desagüe de la ducha lento. Aire del salón no enfría, sólo ventila.
• Alfonso (6/5): Aprobado por los pelos. - El aparatamento está bien ubicado en una zona tranquila a un paso (literal ) de la gran via, la catedral y el centro. Es un tercero, con ascensor. El apartamento, no está terriblmente mal, pero necesita mantenimiento. El aire acondicionado del salón no enfriaba, en plena ola de calor. Hablamos con ellos, pero allí no apareció nadie y eso que habian quedado en venir al dia siguiente a las 10:00h. Por suerte los de los dormitorios si funcionaban. El frigorífico es muy pequeño y no lo han descongelado desde hace mucho tiempo con lo que en esa parte de aparato hay un gran bloque de hielo amarillento que te quita las ganas de tener ganas. El cuarto de baño tiene un olor intenso muy desagradable, sobre todo a primera hora. El parking es muy pequeño, si quieres aparcar te tienen que ayudar y dar gracias para que lo hagan bien. A la salida tuve la mala suerte de hacerle un arañazo. Además de estrecho tiene una disposición en la que no ves lo que estás haciendo. Si lo consigues meter es ideal ya que va incluido en el precio.

It is very close to your neighbours and if you have noisy neighbours then you can hear all the voices in their home.

• Cristina (7/5): Great Location, but Apartment Needs Improvements - The apartment is located in a very nice area, within walking distance from the city center. You have shops, markets, and restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean, but it appeared smaller than it looked in the photos, either way, it didn't bother us! Although I am usually interested in apartments that are clean and not necessarily updated in terms of furniture or appliances, this one needs some adjustments, particularly in the bathroom. There was an unpleasant smell, and the water didn't drain properly after taking a shower. Additionally, the parking spot is suitable only for a very small car, not small or medium-sized but very small. We were lucky to find a place in front of the apartment and park the car there, didn't pay.

• Ammi (5/5): Don't choose this for the parking. - The flat is cosy and decently equipped. The location is convenient and close to lots of restaurants and pubs but can be noisy. The free parking is only suitable for small cars and has a very tricky entrance. This is not clarified in the posting. Also, the bathroom drain was clogged which made the water leak out of the cubicle and wet the whole space, and no pegs to hang towel.
