- Jan (5/5): - Prima locatie in het centrum, met op loopafstand de Petronas en KLCC. Het appartement kan een goede upgrade gebruiken. De airco in de slaapkamer deed het niet en zag er ook uit alsof ie het al een poos niet meer gedaan had, de afstandsbediening ervan ontbrak tevens. De plafondventilators in de woon- en slaapkamer deden het wel, maar van de betreffende afstandsbedieningen waren de batterijen op. Met de slaapkamerdeur open kon je gelukkig nog een beetje profiteren van de airco in de woonkamer. De bedden waren smoezelig. Wij hadden een appartement met balkon, maar met uitzicht op een grote en hoge flat er tegenover, met moeite kon je nog net de lucht zien. De buiten-unit van de airco (op het balkon) maakte veel lawaai en was helaas goed te horen in de slaapkamer. Het appartement moest bij check-in contant worden betaald, echter de betreffende sleutelmedewerker had geen wisselgeld en zou het de volgende dag brengen. Niet ontvangen helaas, gelukkig ging het maar om een klein bedrag. Daar we maar een paar dagen in KL waren en vroeg vertrokken zijn we hier niet meer achteraan gegaan. De positieve reviews van Booking.com waren helaas niet van toepassing op ons appartement. Waarschijnlijk gaat het hier om een groot complex met veel appartementen, met verschillende kwaliteiten.
- María (7/5): - El apartamento bastante accesible a la zona de las torres y cerca de parada de monorail, 10.minutos. La piscina en el mismo piso. Lavadora y frigo. Limpieza .... Las sabanas tenían un color que serian blancas en origen pero ahora eran de un gris que daba cosita. Tenía menaje de cocina muy básico. Quise usar la sartén viejísima que había porque allí los desayunos que encuentras son de comida consistente de la que comen en el pais a todas horas y compré pan de molde , mermelada , mantequilla, para desayunar allí y sorpresa!! La sartén no era de inducción pero si la vitro, así que allí se quedó todo, porque la sarter no servía. Me preguntó para que dejarían esa sartén allí. No ponen toalla de manos y papel higiénico , 3 rollos usados. Un paño de cocina asquerosillo que daba cosa y un estropajo lleno de moho. Detergente si habia. El baño no lo habían limpiado en tiempo. 2 toallas de baño para los 6 días que estuvimos , una estaba decente y la otra tenía ronchones que le faltaba la felpa y del mismo color que las sábanas. El colchón cómodo pero el somier sonada al darte la vuelta y las almohadas, había 2, una para cada uno.una de ellas era baja y la otra alta. 4 perchas viejas .

- Alberto (7/5): Comodo ma non esattamente pulito - La posizione è molto comoda, 10 minuti a piedi dalle petronas tower e con un piazzale di fronte per chiamare i Grab con cui muoversi. Al piano terra del palazzo c’è un supermercato aperto H24 in cui poter fare piccole spese per la colazione o l’acqua. La camera era piena di piccole formiche anche nel letto e nel tavolo, tanto che siamo dovuti andare a prendere uno spray anti formiche e spruzzarlo ovunque. Le lenzuola erano macchiate, probabilmente erano lavate ma le vecchie macchie erano rimaste
- DMITRII (10/5): - Номер нам достался с потрясающим видом на город, особенно в ночное время. В пешей доступности знаменитые Башни Близнецы Петронас. Внизу отеля, на 1 этаже круглосуточный минимаркет, есть в нем все, от готовой еды до мыла, порошков, посуды. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель и хозяина. Спасибо. Обязательно в следующий раз остановимся в этом отеле.

- Axl (1/5): MAN FRAUD - I can’t say anything, the bed linen was not replaced in the room. The whole bed was covered in woman's hair. The taps in the bathroom and kitchen are broken. There were remnants of shampoo and shower gel on the floor in the shower stall. There is hair and dirt all over the apartment. Under the bed is a graveyard of dust and hair. Internet is very slow. The connection to the TV always breaks. There was only a good view of the TV Tower. The owner realized that the cost of 240 RM per night and dirt are incompatible and moved me to another clean apartment, but which was half the size. The cost of this suite is 140 РМ per night at booking. View from the balcony to the cemetery. He refused to refund the difference in price. Five nights 500 RM I actually gave it to this man. He just deceived me. For some reason the support service is not responding. Sadly. The trip was ruined.

Not enough kitchen utensils supplied Not even a full set of cutlery with knife for eating & Not even a strainer for rice in a Malaysia country that eats it ,odd bowls & plates stained ,hot plate fir cooking dangerous could not even read number for heat. Dirty reused kitchen sponge for dishes & cheap detergent. Fridge Not clean after previous customer. Lounge uncomfortable & full of dirt behind cushion seats & under never been cleaned. Floor dirty ask for a mop which we were left but useless & floors were dirty as broom supplied old & dustpan would not collect dirt appropriately. No ventilation to bathroom & no hot water for 5 days even though owner explained leave switch on as we did still cold temperature. The pool area was not satisfactory, and no where comfortable to sit . Location was the best for our needs.

My room aircond not working i slept very hot.. The agent said i not adjust timer. Still said im wrong bcos not tell him earlier. Pillows just two and pillows very thin. Not provided extra pillows. The bed not comfortable. Bed frame wood and sound want broken. Blankets very thin. Door still use old key.. Paking car paid as hour u paking. Not free.

- Alan (10/5): Exceptional - No fuss prompt check in and out response Well appointed apartment, excellent location. I have stayed at Summer Suites previously and enjoyed finding the best fit for my needs in a complex. Unfortunately that time I was with the wrong landlord. I travel alot and experience many things that a weary traveller should not have to put up with, but the service here was great thank you very much. I will definitely be staying here again with 'Minutepointhome' on my next trip to KL. Nothing This IS my home away from home

In the middle of the city, walking distance to several iconic buildings such as KLCC, Menara KL and etc. If you are driving, additional charges for parking. Weekend maximum rate is RM5/entry, weekday is RM15/entry. Need to change bedsheet and comforter (seem old and worn out)
