• Cecilia (1/5): - Late check-in but the room wasnt ready. (Said 14, we came 15:30) got the room around 16. Towels missing from room. Said they are bringing to reception, but did not get. Said we can take from cabinet, but it was locked. The ad says two beds, there is only one. (We were hoping to get one blanket each) When u enter, the fridge is right next to the door, very inconvenient. U have to be right attached to the front door to be able to reach into the fridge. I thought the washing machine is in the flat, but it is somewhere else. The wifi was not working. There was no toilet paper, so my man had to look for a place late at night that was open and sold toilet paper. Luckily he found. The ac was blasting but still super hot up on the bed. I woke up soaked in my own sweat. The ac did just not work, our entire stay the flat was super hot. We left one day early cause we couldn't take the heat. Because of the strong wind the balcony door was howling the whole night. The upper window is not totally covered with the curtain so it's not dark during the night, and during the day, the hot sun heats up the whole space. And the ac is not powerful enough to cool the space. I can not recommend this place. Too expensive for what it was in the end. A total flop.

Schönes Apartment mit Balkon, Klimaanlage und der Möglichkeit gegen Gebühr zu Waschen. Die Einrichtung insgesamt passt nicht zu dieser Art von Apartment. Alles etwas runtergekommen und erneuerungsbedürftig. (Sitztheke, einige Elektrogeräte wie Kaffeemaschine, Toaster Kühlschrank insbesondere das Eisfach, es fehlt auch ein größerer Topf) Kochmöglichkeiten sind gegeben, aber ohne Esstisch ...? Zum Frühstücken reicht es auf jeden Fall
• Eve (8/5): Bel appartement près du centre de cartagene - -Près à pied du centre historique -de commerces, cafés et restaurants -réception surveillée 24h/24, personnel très sympathique -piscine sur le toit très bien pour se rafraîchir suite aux visites -balcon -équipement conformes aux photos -appartement propre Il nous a été dit la veille de la réservation au moment où celle-ci n’était plus remboursable que le paiement devait être fait via revolut (non fonctionnel pour les canadiens), wise (occasionne des frais supplémentaires) ou transfert bancaire. Ce n’est pas conforme à ce qui est indiqué dans les conditions de l’hébergement sur l’annonce de booking qui indique les cartes de crédits. Il aurait été intéressant d’être avisé dès la réservation de cette particularité. De plus des frais de ménage ont été ajoutés ce qui n’est pas spécifiquement indiqué au moment de la réservation. Rien de bien grave et l’appartement vaut quand même largement le coût, mais il est intéressant de le savoir avant le départ!

• Rocío (10/5): Súper conformes - Departamento impecable y completo. Hermosa vista. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente y el agua tiene excelente presión. El personal de la recepción muy amable y la piscina muy linda.

The security guards were helpful and even though the plaza a little sketchy at night, we felt very safe. It would have been nice to have salt, extra garbage bags. With travelling through the country we needed to buy some things that we couldn’t take with us.

Sin duda alguna repetiria si fuese de nuevo. Es muy centrico. Por ponerle alguna pega que no es significativa en el caso del sofa cama que no es muy comodo para dormir.

• Juan (6/5): Cozy flat with good facilities near to the Centro Histórico. - It’s close to the Centro Histórico. The 2 full bathrooms. 24h security. Lack of cleanliness: sticky floors, stains in bed sheets. The extra bed is not a bed (it’s not even a sofa-bed, it’s a very uncomfortable sofa that expands). The check-in experience. Loud: one can hear everything from the hallway.

Es un departamento de nivel y calidad, todo cuidado hasta su último detalle, limpieza, confort y equipamiento excelentes, una vista hermosa en una zona comercial y tranquila, a tan sólo 5 cudras de la Torre del Reloj, ingreso a la Ciudad Amurallada. Excelente atención de sus dueños. Altamemte recomendable, sin duda volveré, pasamos unos días maravillosos en Cartagena de Indias hospedados en mejor lugar

• Perucha Del Pozo (9/5): - Es muy espacioso y y tiene un balcón con muy buenas vistas. También la piscina está muy bien. Además Diana es muy amable y te responde rápidamente a todas las dudas. Está muy bien situado a 1 minutos andando de Getsemani y a 6 minutos de la torre del reloj. La plaza donde está situado el edificio que está. Muy sucia y llena de indigentes aunque no es peligrosa. Tiene dos baños pero son un poco pequeños aunque suficiente para arreglerselas.

• Gourmand (10/5): Fantastic city center loft with a pool - Great apartment! The balcony and views were lovely. Perfectly fast wifi and comfortable bed. The pool was wonderful to refresh after a hot day in Cartagena. We were a family of 4, kids slept on the sofa bed for the night. Right in the center, can walk everywhere, safe building. We would stay here again!
• Attila (9/5): Ideal apartment to explore Cartagena - Centrally located apartment with beautiful view and all necessary furnishings in excellent condition. Small gym and pool on the rooftop are a nice touch. The guards/concierge ensure only authorised persons can access the building and can advise on any security questions. Near to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and taxi stand across the square. Short walk from Getsemaní and the walled city/ clock tower square. Owners are very friendly and supportive.
• Tanya (9/5): A new apartment conveniently located - Very nice apartment, almost new, with security to access the building. The rooftop pool has amazing views. Walking distance to Old Town and Getsemaní. Just tiny details: there were no sheets for the extra bed in the couch. The toilet paper was almost finished already upon arrival. Payment had to be done outside Booking.com platform. The area is very central but can get a bit shady at night.
