• Lucrezia (7/5): Vista spettacolare e posizione top, ma servizi essenziali da migliorare. - Vista bellissima La posizione dell’alloggio è davvero eccellente e la vista è unica, rendendo il soggiorno molto piacevole. Tuttavia, l’appartamento non era adeguatamente fornito: mancavano elementi essenziali come sapone, shampoo, posate e persino i condimenti base (olio, sale e aceto). Questo riduce significativamente il valore di un appartamento rispetto a una semplice stanza d’hotel. Con qualche attenzione in più ai dettagli, l’esperienza sarebbe stata perfetta.
• Corrado (8/5): - Bellissima posizione sul mare e la spiaggia, comoda anche per raggiungere il centro a piedi. In casa c'erano molte zanzare e nessuna zanzariera o dispositivo per allontanarle.
• Columna (9/5): Lugar con encanto y bonitas vistas. - Su ubicación, las vistasa la playa y el océano 🌊 🪸 desde el apartamento, la tranquilidad de la zona. Sólo por comentar algo, el sofá cama incómodo y no algo deteriorado. Por lo demás todo muy bien, excelente 👌🏽.

• Janova (7/5): “Overall, the apartment is modern and well equipped with everything needed to enjoy everything that Corralejo has to off - Great location and view of course was 10/10 As the apartment is located on the top floor of the building, please note that in spring the window shutters can bang loudly in strong winds and may cause some noise. In apartments with a kitchen, it would be very much appreciated if there were at least salt and pepper available for cooking. There was also no spatula for frying in the pan. If we were staying longer with the family, we would probably want to do laundry, but we couldn’t find a clothes drying rack in the apartment to hang the clothes.
• Steffi (9/5): Schöne Wohnung mit leichten Mängeln und super toller Aussicht - Grundsätzlich eine sehr schöne Wohnung deren Ausblick alles in den Schatten stellt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und es gibt ein Lebensmittelgeschäft in unmittelbarer Nähe. Restaurants und Bushaltestelle sind nicht weit entfernt. Die metallene Tür im Aufgang lässt sich nur schwer öffnen und schliessen. Die Fenster sind seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt repariert, aber bei starkem Regen leider immer noch nicht dicht. Die gesamte Fernsehtechnik ist leider erneuerungsbedürftig. Eine deutsche Beschreibung für die Geräte wäre auch sehr sinnvoll. Stühle und Sofa sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir möchten nicht meckern, sondern einfach nur auf die Mängel hinweisen. Einem coolen Urlaub hat das nicht im Wege gestanden!!
• Nicole (9/5): Superschöner Ausblick - Direkter Zugang zum Strand, sensationeller Ausblick auf die Bucht, durch das Fenster an der Terrasse ist es dort windstill Sehr helle, schöne Wohnung, Pool war geöffnet Fenster schließen nicht mehr richtig. Bei starkem Wind ( im Februar ständig) zieht es durch die Fenster.

• Amanda (7/5): Lovely apartment in a great location. - The location was excellent, within walking distance of shopping parades and local nightlife/restaurants but not so close to be disturbed by these. Nice small beach adjacent to the apartment block which was lovely to snorkel from when the sea was calm. The kitchen facilities could be improved. Lovely large fridge freezer (we bought an ice cube tray which we left behind so that we could make ice for our drinks). Much of the crockery was chipped, there was a lack of large, sharp knives and there was only one wine glass so we had to buy another. The instructions said that we would be charged for any damage to the towels, however, on arrival, several of the towels were shredded on the edges or contained holes. A washing machine is provided and was much used but no clothes airer was available to dry your washing and the instructions asked you not to hang a washing line.
• Stephen (9/5): Elevated spacious apartment with great views. - Elevated and quite spacious second floor apartment with great sea views all around. Secured gated community with gardens and small pool. Reasonably well equipped and comfortable. Good communication with the owner/manager allowed us early access on arrival. Quite close to the town, walkable; and pleasant shopping centre with good supermarket and bakery was much nearer. A few niggles that didn’t trouble us too much - no sun loungers, no cloth airer, washing line or pegs, patio chairs very worn and brittle, no parasol or sun blinds. Some strips of mouldy mastic seals. Broken window fittings. One sliding shower door was off its runner. Water pressure kept failing but always soon returned. Quite exposed location, the wind noise through the closed windows was quite loud especially at nights. We didn’t report any of these as we were able to make do! Overall I think we would return for another week in future years.

• Simone (6/5): Eigentlich tolles Appartement mit deutlichem Renovierungsstau - Es bleibt unverständlich, warum die Besitzer nicht mehr in den Erhalt dieser grundsätzlich tollen Unterkunft investieren. Angefangen bei neuen Matratzen, einem neuen Geschirrspüler und vielen anderen kleineren Dingen, die dieses Appartement wirklich verdient hätte. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsfirma hat dieses Mal super geklappt, sie haben sogar die kaputte Lampe im Backofen und der Terrasse ausgetauscht. Wir geben die Hoffnung nicht auf, dass doch ein kleines Renovierungswunder geschieht.

• Emma (6/5): - Bellissima vista mare, appartamento ampio e comodo Abbiamo chiesto gentilmente all’host di sostituirci lo stendino perché rotto e sporchissimo ma non c’è lo ha mai fornito. Al nostro arrivo l’appartamento non era ben pulito, c’era un bicchiere di birra all’interno del frigo.
• Echevarria Carcela (8/5): - La ubicación, el apartamento por dentro y sus vistas al mar. La atención nefasta. A parte de que nadie te coge el teléfono, no encontrábamos la llave del apartamento que estaba dentro de una cajita. Estuvimos hablando con la gente que se alojaban allí para que os ayudaran, porque les mandé un WhatsApp diciéndoles que no encontrábamos la cajita de la llave y aún sigo esperando contestación después de 5 días.
• Atasara (7/5): - La ubicación. Tiene unas vistas muy bonitas y está a pie de playa. Para nosotros lo peor fue la limpieza y que el mobiliario estaba muy deteriorado, incluso la mesa de la cocina es de cristal y estaba rota solo cubierta por un mantel y las ventanas no cierran bien. Además no hay utensilios básicos para mantener limpio el apartamento como cepillo o aspiradora . También creo que es importante que adviertan que es un segundo sin ascensor, con nosotros iba una persona con las rodillas operadas y le costaba mucho subir y bajar.

Pralka śmierdzi stęchlizną. 4. Brakuje parasola do stołu. 5. Suszarka połamana. 6. Prysznic ma uszkodzoną słuchawkę. 7. Żelazko groziło porażeniem prądem. 8. Panoramiczne okna na tarasie nie umyte.
• isabelle (8/5): Super appartement qui aurait besoin de rénovation - La vue. L’emplacement. Le calme. La terrasse vitrée qui protège du vent. Accès plage. Jardin paysagé. Arrivée ultra facile. Changement de serviettes et de draps au milieu du séjour. Les sacs poubelle, le papier hygiénique fourni. Manque de couverts. Vitres extérieures presque opaques par manque d’entretien. Wc fuie. Robinet de la cuisine non fixé. Pare douche non étanche
• Davide (6/5): - Appartamento con vista meravigliosa. Cucina ben attrezzata. Appartamento abbastanza pulito. Posizione ottima e facilità di posto auto. Cucina così cosi, il forno faceva pena. La cosa peggiore è stata il gestore che all'arrivo non mi ha dato istruzioni per il check in lasciandomi 2 ore in giro per corralejo sotto al sole. In più non ci ha fornito le chiavi per aprire la finestra della camera ma soprattutto la finestra era bloccata semi chiusa creando degli spifferi di vento con cui era difficilissimo dormire. Gli ho scritto e non mi ha risposto per giorni. Si è degnato di "risolvere" solo dopo che ho scritto all'assistenza di booking. Do un brutto voto principalmente per lo staff.
• cosme (7/5): - Las vistas El colchón de la cama de matrimonio no está bien. La cisterna del water pierde agua constantemente despilfarrando litros y litros de agua.El agua es un bien escaso. La cristalera de la terraza estaba muy sucia. Las toallas y sábanas algunas estaban estropeadas.

Y es súper privado nadie molesta y nada de bulla Ha y cosas que no funcionan. - extractor de humos de la cocina - la puerta del dormitorio no cierra y la que da afuera no abre - la ducha está atascada y no pasa.

• Rebecca (9/5): Superb - The location is great f you want a more restful sleep as it is a bit away from the nightlife hub but not too far for walking. Going accross the sand/beaches is the quickest way to get to the hub of everything but if you are not great on your legs this will prove tiring and slightly hard work. I enjoyed the walking however. There is a pub next door that has live music for a few hours in the evening that we didnt make the most of but great to have one so close. The views from this apartment are beautiful. Nicest outdoor balcony of the block it seems and it has a sheltered glass window balcony that can be opened or closed. A few little maintenance issues but nothing major. Overall a lovely apartment.
• Fiona (9/5): Lovely apartment next to beach - Great location right next to beach and within walking distance to the main strip about 20 mins walk ..apartment was big enough for family of 4 and self check in was easy enough .it was good they gave access to the use of a pool 5 mins away as the pool in the complex is closed .had to contact them regarding an issue, and they resolved it straight away. There were no delays in them getting back to me ..apartment looks exactly like it is in the pictures . The apartment could do with a little maintenance. For example, some of the windows' seals need replacing, and the shutters on the windows some don't open fully to let in air . The shower doors need replacing, The gate to the apartment was a bit tricky to open and close aswell as the lick was a bit loose on the gate . But these are all just maintenance issues early sorted .
• Vivienne (8/5): Enjoyable stay. - Location great, views stunning. 15 minutes walk to the main town, 5- 10 minutes to El Campanario for shops, restaurants and big supermarket, express supermarket near to apartment but quite expensive, ok for basics. Communication with agency fine, problem with electric was sorted within a few hours. Terrace windows protect from winds so nice to use of an evening. Apartment was clean and tidy on arrival, basic equipment for self catering, washing machine a bonus, plenty of towels provided, and bedding changed during our stay. Beds quite comfortable apart from the plastic mattress protector. Apartment was stifling, no air con and only 2 fans one of which was very rusty. We were unable to have the windows or doors open as we were over run with mosquitos, so maybe mosquito nets at the windows and doors would help this situation. Plug socket in kitchen was loose so dangerous to use. Water was brown both in kitchen and bathroom. Cups could do with replacing as very marked inside. Sofa very uncomfortable and a bit stained Couldn't work out the safe instructions so was unable to use for passports and cash. Wi fi was good, tv was ok, couldn't find any English channels so signed in to our own netflix and Amazon accounts to watch movies and listen to music. The terrace could do with a sun canopy as it is in full sun from 11am and was very hot to sit out. Pool was under repair which was a shame but we were informed of this before our stay.
• Hilda (8/5): Quality has declined. - Great location, privacy of the sheltered outdoor area. View of the harbour. Comfortable bed. Supermarket nearby. Beachfront. Leaking kettle, couch is uncomfortable, but above all else the noisy windows that need replacing. The pool was empty. Blown bulbs, general wear and tear since our last stay 2 years ago.
• Julie (8/5): Apartment beautiful , very comfortable and scenic. Day in g arrival very stressful due to inadequate communication from - Extremely scenic and clean. Very modern I booked the property as it had a pool. There was no water in the pool and we were not informed of this. On arrival we had been given a code for entry. It did not work!. It was nearly 9pm and we were all really tired. The owner took a long time to get back to us ( nearly an hour), he repeatedly kept sending via what’s app the code which was wrong. They eventually after more than an hour sent us a completely different code and we got in to the apartment. It was worrying as I thought we were going to have to book into a hotel at our own expense.
• Kim (8/5): We had a lovely stay, the apartment was just like the pictures and was a great location - Great location, lovely size apartment, just what we needed for a few days away, the glass windows on the balcony were great to shield the wind, communication was excellent and where to get the key The pool was closed which we weren't made aware of and there was only 1 pillow each on the beds so it would be good to have two each

• Rory (10/5): Amazing views from a wonderful apartment - Great location, excellent views, shielded outdoor area. Easy to keep cool. To be honest it's better than it looks in the photos - how often can you say that? A sun parasol would be appreciated - it gets hot out there. :-)
• Andy (10/5): Amazing!! - Lovely clean property with stunning views. Brilliant location, just a ten minute walk along the beach to some really good restaurants. Highly recommend Sand Beach restaurant.
