Apartamento pequeñito pero comodo. super limpio. el apartamento se encuentra en pleno centro, hay montones de bares y ambiente que se prolonga hasta altas horas de la noche. eso es positivo y negativo a la vez. lo que se deberia mejorar es el aislamiento acustico de la vivienda. A nosotros no nos molesto mucho, pero si eres bastante sensible al ruido de bares en la calle te puede llegar a resultar dificil dormir. solo mejoraria eso.

• Anja_Fürth (10/5): - Tolle Lage, ein paar Gehminuten von der Kathedrale. Sehr sauber und komfortabel. Ein abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Im Wohnzimmer durch Vorhang abgetrennt zwei Einzelbetten. Küche mit Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher sowie die nötigsten Utensilien. Nette Kommunikation.

• Nadine (7/5): Good location, nice staff, average apartment - Very nice staff and easy communication, made it possible to check in a lot earlier. Location was super central with a little view onto the street. Short walking distance to monumental area and airport bus. As one person and for a short stay it was okay. The mattrasses are all pretty bad (big bed super soft and worn out, and in one of the single beds it felt like there were springs in it). Also the smell in the bathroom (got a bit better when the weather changed) and the smell from the A/C. Could also have been a bit cleaner - I actually saw them clean but e.g. there was still dust on the bedside lampshades.
• Felix (8/5): Very pleasant stay at a centrally located, clean apartment and all the basic facilities available. - We liked that the check in process was easy and personable. Host meets you at the apartment to hand you the keys and provide you with site recommendations. It is in a very good location, central and within walking distance to main attractions, restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment was clean and ready on time. It has a pleasant smell as soon as you walk in and a small balcony. Also, it has all the basic facilities you could need in an apartment, including a full small kitchen and a refrigerator. The checking out process is easy also, as you just leave the keys inside and go your way. The beds in the living room need to be changed, desperately. These two twin beds are extremely uncomfortable, very thin and you can feel every spring as you lay down. The bed in the main bedroom is way better, nevertheless, the A/C unit in there gets very noisy from time to time. Also, the water pressure in the shower is very weak and it could use an upgrade. Plus, what I suppose was the toilet water, has a weird smell in the bathroom.
• Martin (8/5): Great apartment in center of Sevilla - The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. It has a double bed in the bedroom and two beds in living room. Great kitchen. The apartment is in a real nice area and walking distance from main attractions. Staff communicated well. There are some bars nearby which can cause noise especially during the weekend. The shower could be upgraded.
• Paolo (8/5): Appartment is lovely and once renovations works are finished it will be wonderful quiet in that pedestrian zone. - Very good location, easy communication, lovely appartment well equipped ä. Unfortunately they did some renovations on the floor above. Was very noisy and woke us up in the morning :-( Water pressure in the shower was very weak.
