• Bettina (10/5): - Schöne modern eingerichtete Wohnung.super Lage alles fußläufig erreichbar kathedrale, arabisches Viertel mit sehr vielen Restaurants. Alhambra in knapp zwanzig Minuten erreichbar. Schlafzimmerfenster zum Innenhof, dadurch laut bis mitten in der Nacht durch Heimkehrende Gäste.

• Kexin (10/5): - 虽然Granada不大，但是住宿可谓精挑细选，离主干道近怕吵，在阿尔拜辛核心区又需要爬山，走路太累，很多房子还没有电梯。这家完美契合了我的几乎所有需求，楼下有餐厅，走几步就是教堂和公交站，打车也方便，设施一应俱全。还有贴心的旅游建议，房主回复信息超快！ 小房间在冬天实在是有点太冷了，好在我们只有两个人入住的其他房间，空调够用。

Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodynią, która szczegółowo rozpisuje szczegóły dojazdu, niezbędne informacje oraz polecajki co, gdzie, jak. Ciekawy wystrój. Wystrój ciekawy, ale w salonie nie każdy może mieć ochotę spać - czarna ściana i niektóre obrazy mogą przytłaczać. Brak ociekacza do talerzy/szklanek. Najbliższy parking w Mercado de San Augustin jest dość drogi.

You cannot even take a quick shower as the temperature now is below 10 degrees. I have never stayed in a worse place before. Totally shameful and a complete disgrace. How does the owner live with himself? It's nothing but a scam. You can be poor and don't have to have no honor. terrible terrible place. worse than a prison where at least they have hot water.

Consigliato. L'unica cosa che vorrei segnalare è di far trovare qualche bottiglia d'acqua in frigorifero. E lo scarico della doccia molto lento nel defluire l'acqua.

• Christian (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft, sehr empfehlenswert! - Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern ausgestattet und auch bei heißen Außentemperaturen durch zwei Klimaanlagen in zwei Räumen sehr gut nutzbar. Die Lage zum Zentrum und zur Altstadt ist ideal. Durch die zentrale Lage ist der Verkehrslärm in der Straße und der Lärm der Nachtschwärmer nicht zu überhören.

Close to all miradores, can access by walk or by bus. Many restaurants nearby. The apartment is clean and well furnitured, just like home. Marzia is friendly and quick response. • Chui (9/5): Home feel apartment in a central location. - Excellent location, easy to move around and close to center. Marzia is very nice and responsive. Facilities in the apartment were very complete and user friendly. We were just unfortunate as when we arrive the lift is not working but fixed when we leave.
• Hanna (8/5): Wonderful stay. - Fantastic location, exceptionally clean, had everything we needed for 3 days stay. The host was very easy to contact and replied promptly as well as giving very clear instructions for how to access the property. I would recommend this stay. The only small inconvenience was that this is a traditional courtyard property which meant that when others came home in the middle of the night it could be quite loud. However this is fairly accepted for the central location. The street bellow was quiet.
• Anonymous (10/5): Artisan apartment in the heart of Granada - We had a wonderful time celebrating my wife’s birthday in Granada. I'm grateful we chose Marzia’s amazing apartment. It's beautiful and well-equipped. The Marzia is kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome and hearty with a hand-painted birthday card for my wife upon arrival. The apartment is conveniently located, very easy access to various spots like restaurants, cafes, and attractions on foot. However, most people may need to take a bus to Alhambra Palace, especially on the uphill walk. During our stay, we bused to Alhambra, while walked back to the apartment since the palace closure rush hour led to crowded buses. The apartment is genuinely impressive and artisanal. Despite initial hesitations when booking, the pictures don't do it justice. I discovered numerous hand-painted artworks and collections, where I could pick up Marzia’s thoughtfulness in the details and design of the space. There's plenty storage and useful facilities, with a handy kitchen and dishwasher. During our late November stay, we used the AC for heating, as nighttime temperatures dropped to 10°C. Everything worked well. Both bedrooms offer comfortable mattresses and spotlessly clean bedding. Extra duvets and throws are provided for colder days. The shower room is nice and clean, with adjustable water pressure and temperature, and essential shower kits are provided. I would highly recommend this apartment to friends and family visiting Granada, and I certainly plan to return for my next visit. Nothing

Excellent location close to everything. Host was awesome and very accommodating. She let us store bags for a few hours upon departure. • Patricia (10/5): Exceptional - This is a lovely apartment, very comfortable bed & quiet overnight, great multi function shower, a nice relaxing living space, clearly a much loved home. Located a few minutes walk away from the main bus routes & Albaicin area, shops & restaurants. Also within easy walking distance to the Alhambra. Would recommend this property & would stay again on future visit. Nothing negative to report

Home away from home. i it was two of us easy can stay 3-4 people highly recommend and I would not hesitate to stay again. Granada is a magnificent city, we love it. 😍 nothing
