• Barbara (9/5): Beautiful Benidorm - Fantastic beautifully furnished and well equipped apartment with an outstanding location. The view was splendid must be one of the best in Benidorm The 3 flights of stairs could be troublesome for some but can't be improved. The biggest negative detail which could be easily addressed was the lack of shade o.n the terrace. No umbrella no awning which was a problem in the Benidorm sun. Such a pity.

• Dean (9/5): Will definitely re-book again perfect for the old town - Fantastic location, great views and home from home feel If you’re going to be picky a tea towel and a bottle of water would have been nice. Previous reviews noted that the slats on the external Louvre were broken letting in light but would only be an issue with lighter mornings. The patio doors don’t lock which is a bit worrying for some especially when it’s a cheap fix to fit a new Euro cylinder.

• Keith (10/5): Best location in Benidorm. Would book again. - Amazing location. Terrace was fantastic. Narrow steep steps. Only a problem if you have bulky luggage or mobility problems.
• Anne Smith (9/5): - The position was excellent. Plenty to do in the immediate area. Apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The key collection wasn't great. Dont know why the collection was quite a distance away from the actual apartment. Needs rethinking as it was quite confusing for us to find. Also for such a lovely sun terrace there is no shading from the sun so an awning would be perfect.
• James (9/5): - The location and view were amazing. The deck is enormous and the apartment is clean, spacious and very modern. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything I needed. Climbing the three levels of stairs to get into the apartment is a little tiring, especially when you are carrying things like luggage and/or groceries. Early morning can get a little noisy from the bar/restaurant on the ground level.

• Víctor (7/5): - Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación y el apartamento reformado hace poco lo cual estaba bastante bien una vez que entrabas y la terraza amplia era muy de agradecer por las mañanas y por las noches. Tenía signos de empezar a descuidar algunas cosas a pesar de estar nuevo, faltaban unas rejillas en las persianas exteriores y entraba mucha luz, la limpieza no era muy adecuada, mejor no mover la alfombra ya que debajo estaba lleno de arena, las escaleras de subida muy estrechas lo que era un poco incordio subir y bajar con las bolsas para ir a la playa. La puerta de acceso a la terraza daba cierta inseguridad y el no tener más llave para entrar en el apartamento ya que no nos dieron llaves (si alguien llega a la terraza puede acceder por la puerta al no estar cerrada) La mampara no ajustaban bien las puertas y se va el agua.

Gorgeous red wine €2.25 per bottle Amazing From supermarket Collection of the keys ,bit of a faff. Walking with cases in 30+ degrees is not the best . The fact the aircon wasn't on and had to message, to get someone to sort it out . You will need to buy toilet rolls ,washing powder and other little bits ,but supermarket minutes away and good value. We knew there was no lift, but omg, struggle up the narrow stairs ,but overall lovely.

• Brendan (9/5): Great stay . Great location. - Loved the location. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Also, the layout of the apartment was excellent . Great air-conditioning 👍. Really great bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Definitely needs a shaded area on the balcony!!

• Debbie (9/5): Gorgeous apartment with beautiful sea view - We stayed 10 days from 1 to 10 April 2025. Location was fantastic. Apartment was 3rd floor above a bar, overlooking the sea/small beach. Bar closed about 9pm and talking/music was really low and never bothered us. Access keys were provided via a keybox about 100 metres from the apartment. Apartment was gorgeous, really modern. Huge patio doors with external blinds to keep the room cool. Balcony was huge with 4 chairs and table, plus 2 sun loungers. Towels and shampoo were provided. Bed was heaven. Agent also provided us with details on how to get to Altea by tram/bus, and places to eat. Euro2.50 return on the tram! Euro1.60 return on the bus! Cons: Very narrow steps leading up, no lift. No safe. Patio door lock was broken - however the agent came the next day and provided us with an extra key to a ‘metal cage’ door on the second floor. Our other keys were the main door entrance and a key to a wooden door leading to our balcony. So being able to lock the 2nd floor door made us feel safer. The agent did contact us a week later for the lock repairman to come but with only a day left of our holiday we said we were ok to leave til we left. Some of the blinds slats were missing - apparently a storm earlier in the year had dislodged them. We did point out to the agent as we didn’t want him to think it was us, and he said they were due to be repaired. Despite the Cons, we loved the apartment and would definitely stay again.

• Logan (10/5): Perfect spot - Amazing view, very helpful host, perfect location as it is right between the 2 big beaches with a small quiet beach directly in front. Huge terrace was great for enjoying a meal or the view. 10/10 It was no problem for us but some people may not like that there is no elevator as the place is on the top floor.

The terrace looking over the seafront is stunning. Location is perfect. We will be coming again soon. 3rd floor apartment, which didn’t effect us. Quite narrow staircases on the way up. Not ideal for people with disabilities, but it’s well worth getting up there.
