• Darren (6/5): Location was great but over priced for what we expected. - Location The building work next door started at 6.30am, the pool was unavailable for 3 days dues to upgrades, some of the utensils had mould on them. The decor was more like a Batchelor pad than a family room.

• Wayne (10/5): Excellent location, quality apartment and beautiful views. - The location of the property was excellent, it was centrally situation and within very easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and beaches. The apartment was spacious, well maintained and had beautiful views. With the amenities available in the complex and everything available within the apartment, you are spoilt for choice during your stay and able to make your holiday anything you'd like it to be. Nothing comes to mind.

W - This property was absolutely stunning, great location, beautiful views and it was exceptionally clean. We loved everything about this property. This is by far the cleanest and nicest pretty I have stayed in! The beds were beyond comfortable too! We had a girls weekend and very much LOVED the light up mirror and the speakers around the apartment. Thank you so much for the effort you have put into this property, we will be back! • Darren (9/5): Excellent apartment, great location and wonderful views!! - Fabulous property. Great views. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Host friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend Bit of noise from local construction but was made aware and to be expected in area. TV in bedroom and living room same make and model so issues with using remote control in either room affecting other tv.

All facility been selected from high quality place by itself was unique. 270 degree view in the best part of Gold coast close to a lot of attalraction . We 100% will come back again and I should thanks Ryan for your consideration. We have been 5 peaoply for 3 nights. Also complex was so clean and secure. Pool was fantastic with hot water in Jacquzee. • Sonia (9/5): Lovely and luxurious - We loved the location of this property, convenient to everything you need. The views extend from the beach to the hinterland. Everything has been done by the owners to elevate your stay, with superior furniture to cater for 6 adults, very comfortable beds and bedding, clever lighting, sound system, plenty of towels on hand and an abundance of kitchenware to name just a few. All the basic items were generously supplied. We did have some construction noise during our stay, which affected the master bedroom and one balcony. We found ear plugs helped, along with keeping the door shut to that balcony. Overall the features of the apartment outweighed this factor.

The lounge inside, and the outdoor settings too. You can see sunrise from the balcony , and when you take the lift down, you are right in the middle of town with fabulous restaurants and Yochi! Nothing !

• Carina (8/5): Fabulous roomy well equipped apartment in the perfect location - Beautiful apartment with fabulous pool and close to beach and many restaurants. Unbeatable location. Extremely comfortable, roomy, and spotlessly clean We had a hiccup on arrival but host put things right and gave us a good bottle of wine. Things happen and it was put right so well we were more than happy. Our only constructive feedback is please ensure full information is given about how the apartment door works and please update information folder with wifi details, tv instructions and other practical details. The frustrations we experienced because this info was missing is the only reason we cannot give a 10. As soon as this issue is addressed this apartment will be 10 out of 10 for sure.

The house is super accessorised and the fornitures are great. Also the location is very convenient, close to the beach but not too close to the caos of surfers paradise.

• Kelly (10/5): Unbeatable location - The location is literally unbeatable for Broadbeach you will not find better. This was the 28th floor beach views. Was super clean linen was bright. Had all the cooking utensils you could ever need for a week or two stay. It's not the newest building but was well maintained. It had all the washing machine powders and dishwasher etc even had glad wrap and foil, oils and some sauces etc all those bits you don't bring with you. It needed some kind of coffee making machine ( besides a kettle )

• Michael (10/5): We wanted for nothing. Can’t recommend it enough. - Modern, stylish, breezy, super comfortable beds and furnishings, amazing views, great location, friendly and welcoming hosts. Everything had been thought of from night lights, games and beach/pool accessories for the kids to a shot measure for an evening G&T + a top of the range coffee maker for the morning. We wanted for nothing! Too close to Yo-chi! Just kidding, the kids were sold on the apartment when they realized Yo-chi was under the building.

The space was thoughtfully designed, with every detail considered to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living area, it truly felt like a home away from home. A special mention goes to our host, Liam, who was exceptional. He met us upon arrival, made us feel incredibly welcome, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His professionalism and attention to detail made a huge difference. We highly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning in the future!

Very modern, bright fresh spacious secure unit with lots of added extras and nice touches such as chocolates, chips, lollies and a cocktail bar. The entry lock is a bit tricky to use

Amazing deck. A 5 minute walk to the beach. The host was attentive and friendly, having a friend meet us with the keys at our arrival. Having never been to the area before, I think we definitely lucked out. Nothing! Everything was smooth. There was construction across the way but we could barely hear it from the apartment.

Fully recommend staying here - Great location and views, comfortable furnishings, spacious and lots of natural light. Walking distance to everything. The pool areas were great for the kids, and having the sauna and steam rooms were essential.
