• Robert (10/5): It was a comfortable stay that was worth the cost - Location was great, host gave excellent instructions, and I got lucky with street parking. Only suggestion I got from my friend is to have more than 1 washcloth if possible.

• Alexandru (10/5): It was amazing!! - When you enter the loft it has that smell of cleanliness. My family loves that. It's close to Hollywood Bv, Sunset Bv. walk of fame. Chinese Theater etc. Runyon Canyon is 5 minutes from the loft, good for some trail running and hiking. Loved it. On top good view on Hollywood hills. 10 min drive to Universal Studios. N/A
• Jumpei (7/5): It was really comfortable after all. - The location was amazing. Though the cars are still preferred strongly, the location is very near to the center of Hollywood. Though it finally turned out to be a good stay, was quite confusing staying at a normal residence especially as it was my first time. However, Helen was very precise and accurate about what I was requested to do so not that hard. Overall, it was less stressing than regular hotels as we don’t have any “contact” with staff for check-in and out. The room equipments could be renewed though. The sound of air conditioner was very loud, almost impossible level to sleep so we had to turn off during night. The shower water pressure could be improved.

The address is wrong on the listing and the one sent to us. Delivery drivers like uber eats or uber taxi drivers are always taken to a different location. Would be good to update the listing.

• Bogdan (10/5): Great location with super nice amenities and free underground parking - Free parking on premises is great, it's also locked and you're given a remote to get in and out. Parking space is very big, you will be able to fit truck for sure. The location is close to universal, warner bros, Griffith observatory, Hollywood boulevard, target, there's a mall few min by car, best buy, etc. Overall one of the best locations in LA in my opinion. Best were big and confy, king or queen size I believe. Room has a fridge, microwave, dish washing machine, iron, hair dryer (maybe a TV as well, don't remember). There's also a floor shared clothes dryer and washer. It's clean, nicely furbished, easy to access, instructions were clear to check in/out. Fast host communication. Most of this will be nitpicking, but there were a few things that would take this stay to an 11/10. Because it's a new building, floors are pretty thin. So if the upstairs neighbor is walking more "heavy", you will definitely feel it (same for the neighbors below if you do the same). The clothes washers / dryers are located maybe 5 meters away from the apartment, and you might hear them during the night, if someone say is washing clothes at 3AM. 1-2 lights in the unit are sometimes 'flashing', I guess it's a bulb issue. Regarding lights, the entrance light is pretty dim, a bit hard to see around when you come in at night. And the pod coffee machine was broken (though host also had a backup coffee filter machine + ground coffee, but no coffee filters, so couldn't use it)

• Uliana (10/5): - Wow—what a fantastic stay! From the moment we walked into this loft, we felt like we’d hit the jackpot. Every detail was spot‑on. The space is super clean, beautifully decorated, and has all the comforts to make us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was awesome for our morning coffee rituals. The beds? Dreamy. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. We were a short walk from Hollywood Boulevard, close to great restaurants, and Universal Studios was only about 10 minutes by car. And the free private parking was a huge bonus—so rare in LA, and such a relief. The host was incredibly responsive, the self check‑in process was seamless, and we loved how peaceful the neighborhood felt despite being so close to all the action. If you’re looking for a place that balances comfort, style, convenience, and value, this loft hits it out of the park. We absolutely can’t wait to come back—and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting LA!

• Joel (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Einfacher self check-in mit klaren Anweisungen. Super praktisches, sauberes Apartment, genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Lage ist kaum zu übertreffen, ruhige strasse mit ca. 2 minuten Fussweg zum Walk of Fame. Helen war ein super Host. Immer verfügbar und sehr freundlich. Wenn wir wieder in die region gehen würden, würden wir definitiv nochmals in das Apartment gehen. Manchmal waren die Nachbaren zu hören. Ist aber scheinbar üblich in den USA. Nach 22 Uhr war immer ruhig.

• Sergio (10/5): Un apartamento perfecto para una pareja o una familia de cuatro personas y tiene una gran ubicación. - Tiene una ubicación excelente cerca de distintos puntos turísticos y de interés. La zona se ha sentido segura y no hemos tenido problemas por los alrededores. El apartamento es cómodo y tiene buenas instalaciones. Camas cómodas, un buen sofá y una gran televisión. Por poner un pero, la ducha necesita una renovación pero nada que estropee la experiencia.

La ducha sería un punto a mejorar en el caso que midas más de 1,75 ya que te tienes que agachar

• Damien (10/5): Très bon séjour – localisation idéale et hôte exceptionnelle - Appartement très bien situé, dans un quartier que je connaissais déjà, parfait comme point de départ pour explorer Los Angeles. La vue sur Hollywood depuis le rooftop, avec piscine et jacuzzi, est vraiment un gros plus. L’intérieur est bien équipé : cuisine fonctionnelle, petit salon confortable, télévision avec accès à YouTube et autres applis, Wi-Fi impeccable. Linge de maison fourni, produits de nettoyage à disposition, y compris pour la lessive — vraiment pratique. Les lits sont confortables et dans l’ensemble, le séjour a été une très belle expérience. Mention spéciale à la propriétaire, Helen : très aimable, disponible, respectueuse et professionnelle. Une hôte attentive, que je recommande les yeux fermés. Le sol manquait un peu de désinfection : bien qu’aspiré, il semble que la serpillière ou un produit type javel n’ait pas été passé depuis un moment — les chaussettes deviennent rapidement noires. Rien de dramatique, mais à améliorer. L’insonorisation n’est pas optimale, on entend un peu le voisinage. Cela dit, si vous avez le sommeil profond, aucun souci. Et les voisins étaient très agréables.

Der Kontaktlose Check in ist eine kleine Schnitzeljagd und kann am ersten Blick etwas überfordernd sein, ist aber absolut machbar. Hollywood ist nicht unbedingt die schönste Gegend aber wir würden sofort wieder hier einchecken.

War nicht die angegeben Adresse, in die Jahre gekommen, oberflächlich sauber aber nicht zu 100%, es roch komisch. Mitten im Aufenthalt kam eine Androhung der Räumung, weil die Miete nicht bezahlt wurde. Davor überhaupt keine Kommunikation, keine Erklärung wieso die Wohnung zwei Straßen weiter als angegeben war.

• Marcela (1/5): No arruine sus vacaciones - Que tenía lavadora Realizan el cargo a tu tarjeta inmeditamente, tienes que ir a 3 cuadras del lugar a buscar la llaves que están en un candado colgadas de una reja en la calle, nadie te entrega el departamento, no tiene ventilación , las ventanas no se abren , imposible cocinar porque no tiene ventilación entonces suena la alarma de incendio cada vez que usas la cocina. Nula flexibilidad para cambiar fechas. Apenas llegas ya te están dando instrucciones para cuando te vayas y te hablan de multas por utilizar la piscina que no está incluido. Al llegar había una nota de desalojo por no pago de renta, es decir no es de un dueño si no que se está subarrendando. Lugar oscuro, sin iluminación, camas incómodas , sin sábanas de repuesto, ni toallas de repuesto. No tiene nada de Amazing y en los pasillos constante olor a orina y marihuana.

• Eva (7/5): - Washing and drying machine, dishwasher. The locality is great, close to dolby theatre and walk of fame. We had to pick-up keys in a keyholder on a fence a few streets away. It was not far, but not really comfortable with the luggages. The same way for returning the keys. The appartement was ok, but a little dark with a balcony faced to the courtyard and other appartments, so we had to keep the curtains closed. On the halls you could feel smoke from weed.

Süße kleine Küche mit sauberer Mikrowelle. 2 große, weiche Betten. 10 min Laufminuten zum Hollywood Boulevard. Großer, privater Parkplatz im Parkhaus. Super nettes Personal. Verständigung über WhatsApp ging gut. Check-in etwas aufwendiger. Informationen. Von Ansprechspersonen waren aber klar und einfach zu verstehen. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Andere Adresse als in booking.com angegeben. Lage ist aber fast besser.

• Marceya (9/5): Great stay! - Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything need it, to feel at home. Having your own parking was a plus and drive for us to universal studios was only 10mins. Needs more lighting. The shower-head was short for a tall person maybe a handheld shower head would be more convenient. Other than that everything was fine.

• Dana (8/5): Alles war passabel - Es war sehr wohnlich und die Anweisungen zum Check in waren sehr schlüssig und detailliert! Die Wohnung hatte eine super Ausstattung, von Glatteisen, über steamer, Bügeleisen und Waschmaschine, war alles vorhanden! Der Abfluss hat gemüffelt, die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel und hellhörig und leider gab es nur einen Schlüssel für die Wohnung!

She even bought a new pot for us and dropped it off when I asked as I told her we would need it for soup/stew. Check-in instructions a little long but went smoothly with Helen's clear instructions. Free parking is a big plus! Very good and helpful host. She replies quickly on whatsapp if you have questions. We will definitely come back and book in again when we come back to LA. None.
• Szonja (5/5): Not so amazing but well-located apartment - The location was excellent, the size of the apartment was great for 3 people (2 adults, 1 child). The kitchen is basic but OK for cooking breakfast. Beds were comfortable The balcony door could only open 10 cm. The bathroom sink looked old and unpleasant, and getting the key after a long drive was frustrating- felt like a treasure hunt. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated, and my towel had a brown stain. I was told it would be replaced, but, instead, I was directed to a bin bag under the sink where clean towels were kept. A more efficient and guest-focused approach would greatly improve the experience as the place is in an excellent location.

• Reto (9/5): - Alles super, wunderschöne und gute Unterkunft. Gute Lage. Würden sofort wieder da übernachten. Auch Fragen etc wurden dofort beantwortet. Absolut top! Beim Check in muss man den Kopf bei der Sache haben, aber das ist kein Problem. Obdachlose und schillernde Gestalten findet man in LA überall, auch in dieser Gegend.

• Peter (10/5): Tolles Apartement, auch für mehrere Tage in L.A. mit Spitzenlage ganz in der Nähe des Hollywood Bld. - Das Apartement liegt in einem sehr gepflegten 4-stöckigen Apartementhaus. Fast neuwertige Aussattung, alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Perfekt der in der "Tiefgarage" vorhandene große Stellplatz, der auch für unseren geliehenen SUV vollkommen ausreichend war. Lage in einer "guten" Wohngegend. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos und sehr schnell. Das Apartement war eines der beiden Highlights zum Wohnen während unserer USA-Rundfahrt. Der Zusatzpreis für den von uns gewünschten Late-Check-Out war unverhältnismäßig hoch.

Helen è stata molto disponibile e le istruzioni per il self check in molto chiare. L'appartamento dista 10 minuti a piedi da Hollywood boulevard è ha un comodissimo posto auto coperto.

Self checking très bien expliqué. Lave linge et sèche linge disponible Petit point perfectible, il n’est pas possible de dormir dans l’obscurité à cause d’une grande parois vitrée que l’on ne peut pas fermer

• MirkaF (9/5): - - ubytování je na skvělém místě na na okraji Hollywood boulevardu, do 10 minut chůze od chodníku slávy - místo samotné čisté (na rozdíl od LA) - zdarma parkování v uzamčených podzemních garážích, takže není vaše auto přehřáté - trochu složitější předání klíčů. Dostanete srozumitelné instrukce, ale musíte pro klíče dojít cca 50-100 m od místa ubytování a klíče musíte vrátit zpátky do bytu po vyjetí z garáží - problém, kde na tu chvíli zaparkovat na rušné silnici.

After a very long trip, we would have appreciated the host to be there in person. However, the room is nice, clean, quite and with everything we needed. Good position. Overall stay was positive.
