Guest Reviews
- Kayleigh (1/5): - There was no communication so I was unable to stay at the accommodation.
- Giada (1/5): Bad - Terrible experience.
The day before our arrival, I wrote to the host to informe him about our arrival time and he replied that the check-in would have been at 2pm (in the booking I made, the check-in procedures should have started at 12pm). I decided to not complain because it wasn’t a big deal.
The day of our arrival, while we were already near the apartment, I wrote to the host to informe him that we were arriving. He replied that he had some problems with the apartment and that we had to sleep one night in another apartment, in a completely different area. After discussing a little, we accepted the situation (we didn’t have choice).
When we arrived to the second apartment, we discovered that a couple was already there and that they were told the exact same thing as us. At that point, the four of us started to message the host.
Instead of giving all of us an explanation and an apology for the situation, he said that we were all wrong and that he couldn’t believe that we were four people in the same apartment. We had to shout and to argue for half an hour before he concretely started to help us.
The couple we met at the second apartment stayed there, while we were sent an Uber and brought to the apartment we actually payed for (we still don’t know why we couldn’t go there in the first place).
When we arrived to the actual apartment we payed for, it was different compared to the photos we saw while booking it. First of all, it was smaller. The floor was quite dirty and so was the “kitchen”. The only thing that was clean were the bedsheet.
The only available socket in the kitchen was up in the wall, so completely useless (I attach a photo of what we had to do to use the kettle). There weren’t mugs or coffee cups, only glasses. Inexplicably, there was a pot (and I say “inexplicably” because there was no stove).
