• newspaper (9/5): Apartment with a wonderful rooftop terrace with views of the Duomo in the hart of Florence - Very friendly host, who met us at the appartment and gave us a lot of information. Excellent location and wonderful views from the rooftop terrace. The views from the bedroomwindow and rooftop are even better than showing on the fotos. Nice restaurants and bars just around the corner. Spacious bedroom and clean. Less than 3 minutes walk to the Duomo and to the Mercato. We had a wonderful stay and can recommend 'HomEdoApartments La terrazza su San Lorenzo' Unfortenately the glass recycling containers on the lovely square were emptied 3 times every night. The bedroomwindows of the appartment are very good isolated, but I guess nothing can prevent the noise of emptying public glass containers. If only they would be emptied during the day...
• Renata (10/5): - The apartment offers plenty of space and a comfortable layout, with sufficient equipment for cooking. The highlight was definitely the terrace, with stunning views over the old town and the Duomo—mornings and evenings spent there were truly magical. The host was very helpful, providing us with a custom map of places to visit and many useful recommendations. The stairs leading up to the apartment were a bit challenging, but absolutely worth it in the end.

• Joy (9/5): Great place to stay for getting to see lots of Florence - Lovely and big. Clean and tidy. In the most perfect location 63 steps to the apartment. Although by our 4th day we could do it in one go. I have also say we are in our 70s

• Andrew (9/5): Good central location - Central location, very near train station and lots of bars & restaurants nearby. Easy to walk to all the attractions 4th Floor apartment, many stairs but we did know that was the case before arrival. No oven, just hob & microwave.

• Kirill (9/5): - Very cozy and lovely apartments. Overall, they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, and the host communicates very well and responds quickly. A special highlight is the lovely terrace with a view over the city. In good weather, it’s a perfect place to sit, have breakfast, or simply relax. the shower cabin did not close properly, which made using the shower somewhat uncomfortable. The hairdryer was very small and weak — it was almost impossible to dry hair with it. A more powerful hairdryer would make the stay much more comfortable. There were also no wine glasses in the apartment; considering this is a wine region, it would be very nice to have them in order to enjoy a glass of wine after a walk or a tasting.
• janie (4/5): - A proximité des lieux à visiter Très très Bruyant la nuit, entre le nettoyage des rues à 1h du matin et le ramassage des ordures impossible de dormir. Des escaliers très étroits et très raides à monter sur 4 étages. Encore un escalier encore plus raide à monter pour aller sur la petite terrasse, donc inutile pas du tout pratique pour y monter son petit déj. Une armoire penderie coincée, impossible à ouvrir. Pas de porte manteau ni porte serviette dans la salle de bain. Pas d'adaptateur pour les prises pour y brancher les appareils ménager, micro-ondes cafetière etc...nous avons fini par trouver une rallonge qui s'y adaptait. Je n'ai pas eu accès au fer à repasser qui était dans l'armoire coincée, enfin bref rien n'avait été vérifié entre 2 locations !

• Susanne (9/5): Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten. Der Besitzer zeigte sich ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. - Die gute Ausstattung und sehr zentrale Lage, sowie die Dachterrasse mit schönem Blick auf den Dom und Campanile. In der Küche haben wir einen Toaster vermisst. Im Schlafzimmer kann es nachts und frühmorgens durch Reinigungsmaschinen und Müllabfuhr etwas laut werden. Da helfen Ohrstöpsel.

• Brigitte Margarete (9/5): Schönes Apartment mit allem was nötig ist - Lage sehr zentral, konnten alles zu Fuß bewältigen auch zum Bahnhof. Terrasse mit toller Aussicht. Der Vermieter sehr bemüht, hat uns auch einen Parkplatz nur wenige Schritte vom Apartment besorgt. keine Ablagen im Badezimmer
• Niko (7/5): Lage ist absolut top!! - Bei Regen tropft es leider vom Dach herein; Ausstattung könnte besser sein. z.B. fehlen Handtuchhalter im Bad, Geschirrtuch in der Küche; obwohl wir keinen Fernseher brauchten ist der vorhandene sicher nicht mehr zeitgemäß....

• Anja (10/5): Ausgezeichnete Lage, gut ausgestattet, komfortabel. - Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Einweisung in die Wohnung verliefen problemlos, inklusive guter Restaurant- und Sehenswürdigkeitsempfehlungen. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung: großzügig, hell und gut beleuchtet, alles funktionierte einwandfrei, WLAN inklusive. Die Küchenausstattung war gut. Die Lage war ideal für Sightseeing und in der Nähe des Konferenzzentrums. Die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Dom war zum Frühstück oder Abendessen ein Genuss. Nur dass es bis zur Wohnung soviele Treppen gibt. (aber das wussten wir schon bei der Buchung)
• Chiara (9/5): - Bellissima posizione, finestra della camera con vista sulla cupola del Duomo; molto gentile il proprietario, disponibilità massima per tenere i i bagagli l'ultimo giorno. Meravigliosa anche la terrazza sul tetto. Un po' faticoso salire le scale, ma merita per la vista dall'altro! Direi che per il resto tutto bene.

• Susan (10/5): A great find!! - Lovely find in the heart of Florence. Yup their are stairs and yup they arent easy - but its so worth it with the view from the balcony. The apartment itself is great - and so bright. Great supply of towels and the huge fridge is a real bonus. But that balcony is something else - was a great way to send the evening after dinner - just sitting down and listening to the sounds of Florence.

• Kieran (9/5): Very comfortable and great terrace - Very comfortable stay. We loved sitting on the terrace overlooking Florence after a long day sightseeing. All the steps to the apartment but we knew about that before we booked it. So, not a surprise but not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Little balcony was a treat The narrow steep stairs are quite the climb with your suitcases and up to the balcony. Totally worth it. So if you’re ok with 66 steps🤭 Then stay here for sure.
• Sasha (10/5): Wonderful staff running the very cute and cozy apartment, in an amazing location that is close to everything. I recommen - Centrally located, very comfortable apartment for our stay. The stairs to get to the apartment can be a little tiring to use after a long day, but nothing that will an affect a future stay for us.
• Oleg (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is just in perfect location and with amazing view from the terrace. Despite its central location, the street gets quiet by night. The supermarket is conveniently behind the corner and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Ask the owners and you will get perfect recommendations where to enjoy a Florentine steak :)

• Toni (9/5): Quirky, but great views - The managers we great with a very short booking time. Apartment was in a great location with a wonderful view of the duomo from the terrace. Very quirky entrance and layout but worked well for our family. The steps to the apartment were steep and narrow, which makes it difficult with big bags so be aware. It would be great to have a toaster and kettle added to the kitchen.
• Zed (9/5): Superb - The apartment was centrally located with lots of eating and shopping options. It was away from the main attractions, so it was not nearly crowded as IL Duomo. The roof top view was amazing. We had breakfast and several happy hours looking at the view.. There are lots of stairs.. 5th floor walk up and another set to the roof.. Be physically fit to navigate. Was not a problem for us.

No kettle AC useless So many stairs!! Quite an odour from nearby air conditioning units on the terrace

• Adi (10/5): Beautiful Florence - The apartment is located in the center of old city Florence,whith quick access to all the atractions,museums and landmarks inFlorence.It is absolutely lovely furnished and the ceiling is a work of art not to mention the terrace .Also the place is very clean and well kept.Stefano is the sweetest and helpful man .

• Veronica (10/5): Exceptional - Nice apartment , really close to the train station, attractions and restaurants.. The apartment has also access to another floor with aa little terrace and nice view. Stefano was very attentive , answered questions in advance and very helpful. It is in a 4th floor with no elevator (booking does not say that) and narrow stairs, but Stefano was really nice and met us at the street and help us with the luggage when we got in And when we left.
