• Vitalii (1/5): Unwirklich schrecklich. - - Ich konnte meinen freien Tag zu Ehren des Jubiläums dort nicht verbringen. Die Kamera ist bei jedem Schritt da, der Reiniger verbringt ständig Zeit mit Ihnen. Sie rief auch die Polizei und wollte, dass wir sie für jede Person in bar bezahlen, obwohl das Objekt vollständig bezahlt war, 4 Schlafzimmer und 8 Betten. Bereiten Sie sich darauf vor, bei der Ankunft weitere 250 Euro zu bezahlen, wenn Sie dort bleiben möchten. Die Polizei war auf unserer Seite, aber wir konnten wegen der unrealistisch schmutzigen Situation, des Whirlpools ohne Wasser, des Pools mit Spinnen nicht dort bleiben. Das ist der schlimmste Ort, an dem ich je war.
• Oliver Christian (1/5): Enttäuschender Aufenthalt mit fragwürdiger Überwachung und schlechter Kommunikation - Wir haben diese Unterkunft für einen besonderen Anlass gebucht – den 30. Geburtstag meiner Frau – und uns auf entspannte Tage gefreut. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen in mehrfacher Hinsicht enttäuscht. Bereits vor Anreise war der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr unangenehm. Obwohl in der Buchung stand, dass Hunde erlaubt sind, wurde uns im Nachhinein mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht zutreffe. Die Kommunikation war dabei extrem unfreundlich, teils wurde einfach aufgelegt oder patzig reagiert. Fragen zur Unterkunft blieben unbeantwortet, es fehlte jede Form von Gastfreundlichkeit. Vor Ort gab es dann zahlreiche Mängel: Defekte Möbel (wackelige Stühle, ausgehängte Tür) Geländer im Flur locker – ein ernstzunehmendes Sicherheitsrisiko Fernbedienungen für Klimaanlagen fehlten, abends kein Warmwasser Heizplatte des Ofens instabil, Klopapierhalter abgefallen Haare in den Betten – für uns ein Zeichen unzureichender Reinigung Ausstattung auf den Bildern stimmte nicht mit der Realität überein Besonders besorgniserregend war jedoch die Kameraüberwachung: Auf dem Gelände sind mehrere Kameras installiert – darunter im Flur und im Pool-/Badebereich. Es gab keine erkennbare Beschilderung oder Hinweise darauf, was wir als massiven Eingriff in die Privatsphäre empfinden. Das sollte dringend überprüft werden. Nach einem Vorfall, bei dem unser Hund kurz im Garten war, rief uns die Vermieterin erneut sehr forsch an und drohte mit Konsequenzen. Letztlich mussten wir den Hund auf eigene Kosten abholen lassen – obwohl laut Buchung Hunde gestattet waren. Fazit: Die Unterkunft wirkte online deutlich hochwertiger, als sie tatsächlich ist. Die Kombination aus unzureichender Ausstattung, mangelnder Sauberkeit, fragwürdiger Kameraüberwachung und dem durchgehend unhöflichen Verhalten der Vermieterin hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr belastet. Für den hohen Preis leider absolut nicht empfehlenswert.
• Soha (3/5): Misleading Description, Overpriced, Dirty Balcony, and Rude Host - We were very disappointed with our stay at Stadtvilla Intzeplatz - Apartment Norderney. When we booked the accommodation, the description on Booking.com clearly stated there were two indoor pools, one of which was open all year. However, upon arrival, we were told that there is only one seasonal pool and that the information had always been this way. After checking reviews and the screenshots from the time of reservation, we realized the host had changed the description after we booked and paid. The balcony was dirty and unwelcoming – cigarette butts from the previous guest were still in the ashtray, and the floor was slippery. It was clear that proper cleaning had not been done. Additionally, there were no shampoos or basic toiletries provided, which was very inconvenient. The host was extremely rude and unhelpful when we tried to clarify the situation with the pool, denying not only the pool's availability but also the fact that the original description ever mentioned two pools. This level of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. In comparison to other accommodations, even those with access to public pools, this apartment was significantly more expensive. Given the lack of the promised amenities, the dirty conditions of balcony, and the unpleasant experience with the host, it was absolutely not worth the price. We are grateful to Booking.com for stepping in and refunding 1/4 of the costs, as the host showed no willingness to resolve the issue. However, we strongly advise potential guests to be cautious when booking this property.
• Clara (8/5): Very good - Beautiful and big appartment with shared garden and swimming pool, in green suburb. Nicely furbished The pool is cold, which was not expected, not sure that the information is explicit that it is unheated
• Mattijs (8/5): Very good - Nice, spacious place with well equipped kitchen and plenty of seating. Being situated at the edge of town is great for trips, less great for the availability of restaurants close by, but a plus for us. The pool looks nice, but it's not heated, 14° water was a bit of a let down.
