• Tot (8/5): - Πολύ καλό,σε πολύ καλή θέση (κοντά σε μετρό,σε νοσοκομεία,σε σούπερ μάρκετ,σε φούρνο)και ήσυχη περιοχή χωρίς θορύβους. Είχε λίγο θεματακι με υγρασία στον τοίχο της κρεβατοκάμαρας και κάτω από τον νεροχύτη.Αν διορθωθούν αυτά είναι τέλειο.

• Adéla (8/5): Ubytování se nachází kousek od centra města, naprosto dostačující poloha. - Perfektní lokalita. Za rohem byl obchod s milou obsluhou. Kousek stanice metra. Nedaleko centrum města. V blízkosti Lycabettus Hill. Apartmán se nachází v suterénu, je tedy potřeba počítat se svícením i během dne. V lednici byla balená voda a džus, ve skříňce krekry, což jsme ocenili při příjezdu než jsme si stačili nakoupit vlastní zásoby. Vybavení bytu je dostačující - pračka, sušička, žehlička, fén, TV. Vše OK. Děkujeme za příjemný pobyt.

• Ramiro (10/5): Excelente, muchas gracias! 🥰 - Nos encantó el lugar. Se puede oscurecer muy bien para descansar profundamente! Estaba súper limpio y bien dispuesto, tiene todo lo necesario para la estadía. Éramos tres adultos y el espacio estuvo muy bien. La cama es cómoda y el sofá cama también Está súper bien ubicado en un lugar bonito y muy tranquilo. Todo el tiempo nos sentimos muy seguros. El taxi desde aquí hasta Plaza Syntagma costó entre 4 y 6 euros cada vez. Hay un pequeño supermercado cerca donde conseguir todo lo necesario. Hay una gran panadería muy muy cerca, donde venden comida hasta tarde. Fueron muy atentos y nos permitieron entrar antes de la hora, ya que nuestro vuelo llegó muy temprano en la mañana (muchas gracias por eso🥰) Está muy cerca de todo, en fin! Nos encantó, mi familia y yo lo recomendamos plenamente!

• Angad (10/5): Great! - Great apartment with everything you need for your stay, close to many things among which includes metro that directly connects to the airport and other parts of the city in minutes. When I come back to Athens I’ll pick this place again for sure!

• Nicholas (9/5): My stay was excellent! - Perfect location, one block from the Metro station, so convenient! Lots of coffee shops in the area, so breakfast was a one minute walk from the apt. Very clean, with all the comforts expected provided. Nice touches: the towel sets with a small soap and body lotion on them, a big bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival, easy instructions for hot water and wi-fi. Oh, one last thing: the communication with the owner was stellar! He was prompt in every response. Great guy! The shutters didn't lock. The showerhead was not working great and needs to be replaced. Once I notified the owner, he said he'd take care of these issues immediately. No other issues.

• Vijaya (10/5): Memorable experience - The apartment is brand new and all the facilities were put together very thoughtfully. The range of facilities included a washing machine, drier, abundant cupboard space with lots of clothes hangers as well as extremely well fitted kitchen with microwave oven, stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator etc. The host was wonderful, always in touch for any help and extremely generous. Iam so glad I chose this property. I recommend it very highly on all aspects. Everything was perfect.

• Rebecca (8/5): Clean, comfortable retreat for a business traveler - Quiet basement apartment located a block away from the Megaro Mousikis metro station. The apartment is newly renovated and everything was super clean and well set up for my arrival. Great AC. I didn't use the stove top but appreciated having a kitchen and full fridge. The host was welcoming and quick to respond to text messages; he very helpfully arranged a taxi to the airport for the day of my departure (note: cash payment was required for the taxi). I'd definitely recommend this as a quiet place to stay for a couple of nights in Athens, especially if you prefer to be outside the tourist areas but close to public transportation. As a basement apartment with only one window that opens onto the street level, it is quite dark - I personally wouldn't want to stay here for more than a couple of days. Thankfully, there is nice, soft lighting available in the apartment to help improve the mood.
• Prue (9/5): Superb - It had everything as described in the photos. It was a good space with comfortable beds and nice kitchen and bathroom. As it's a basement unit some people might not like that it's not very bright. But it was good for us as we were a bit jet lagged so helped us sleep.

• Monika (10/5): Totally recommend - Excellent location, very comfortable bed. I had everything I needed. The apartment was very clean and cosy, with lots of useful amenities in the kitchen. The owner is communicative and will answer any questions you might have within a short time. Remember that to have hot water for showering you have to press the green button on the light panel.
