• Leverne (4/5): Horrendous noise starting building work at 6:45 am every morning and continues all though the day - The host was waiting on time to hand over The villa it’s self was beautiful but that’s were it ends unfortunately. What is not made clear when booking this villa is you are actually on a building sight . They start work at 6:45AM and continue the whole day including weekends, you are unable to sleep though the noise use the swimming pool relax or enjoy your holiday due to the horrendous noise. The work men use the villa drive way to park there vaun’s and trust me they are not quite at 7am in the morning , there is dust flying everywhere It is absolutely not worth thousands of pounds for a week to experience this . We contacted the owner but he doesn’t care about the false advertising as long as he’s got his money . The previous guests also wrote the same feedback i see . i believe booking .com need to investigate the situation at this villa and i have filed a complaint.

• Andreas (2/5): - Wir haben folgende Punkte über booking bei der Unterkunft reklamiert - leider ohne Erfolg. Baustelle in der Anlage: Die gesamte Anlage ist derzeit eine Baustelle mit rund 15 Kränen. Es herrscht bereits früh morgens und auch am Wochenende starker Baulärm – dieser Umstand war in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung nicht ersichtlich und hat unseren Aufenthalt massiv beeinträchtigt. Klimaanlage defekt: In einem der Schlafzimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht, außerdem trat Wasser aus. Der Schaden wurde am 11.07. gemeldet, aber trotz Ankündigung nicht behoben. Dusche im Badezimmer: Das Wasser lief so schlecht ab, dass man während des Duschens unterbrechen musste – auch hier erfolgte keine Reaktion auf unsere Meldung. Zutrittskarten: Es standen zunächst nur 7 Karten für 8 Personen zur Verfügung – dies wurde zwar rasch behoben, sollte aber bei der Ankunft bereits korrekt sein. Zu wenige Liegen: Für 8 Personen waren lediglich 2 Liegebetten vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass keine weiteren verfügbar seien – was für eine Unterkunft dieser Größe nicht angemessen ist. Weitere Mängel: Ein kaputter Wäscheständer, defekte Poolmöbel (u. a. ein auseinanderfallender Sessel), Wasserflecken an den Decken mehrerer Räume sowie teilweise gesperrte Badebereiche am See (ohne erkennbare Begründung). Zusätzlich kam es in der Anlage immer wieder zu starkem, unangenehmem Geruch – die Ursache war unklar (möglicherweise Baustellen-WCs, Müllbehälter oder Gülle). Der Gestank trat zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten auf und war sehr störend. Die genannten Mängel haben den Erholungswert unseres Aufenthalts deutlich gemindert.

House and areas were a fantastic however a car would be very useful but you ca - The house is stunning, spotless clean, very comfortable beds. The pool is fantastic cleaned regularly. There’s still a lot of building going on.. it’s didn’t impact our stay. I imagine when the resort is completed it will be stunning.. The lake/ beach bar are very good. The restaurant on site is excellent and there seems to be entertainment starting certain night in it. We got taxi to and from shops for food, the taxi company waited while we done the shopping. Then taxis to and from torre pacheco and las Alcázares were widely available.

• Stephen (9/5): Exceptional villa great lagoon and complex - Beautiful villa quality furnishings and lovely pool Only thing is that there’s still a lot of building work going on but that is inevitable until works are complete
