• Derek (10/5): A relaxing, great-value mountain getaway that we’re already looking forward to booking again. - We had a fantastic two-night stay at Mystic Springs in Canmore. The property was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and excellent value for a mountain getaway. The heated outdoor pool was a highlight and made for a really relaxing experience after a day out. Communication from the owner was clear and seamless, with easy check-in instructions. The location was perfect, close to everything, and parking was incredibly convenient. Overall, everything exceeded expectations. Honestly, nothing comes to mind — everything about the stay met or exceeded what was promised.

• Tamara (10/5): Great stay for winter holiday. - We loved the personalized preparation before our arrival - we had Christmas Tree set up. Warm water swimming pool and hot tub was amazing. Cupboards had essentials like coffee, sugar, spices. Enough towels and extra towels for swimming pool.

• Johnson (8/5): Comfortable stay with good outdoor facilities - The hot tub and pool were wonderful and not crowded but that may be due to the cold temperature. Close to town centre without being in busy area. While clean, slightly dated feel and a bit dark.

• Julie (9/5): Luxury space for family group - Beautiful rooms with good facilities. The hot tub and pool were very warm and a great bonus. Sofabed was a bit broken, got a parking ticket even though we registered the vehicle (was cancelled on appeal but a minor annoyance)

• Michelle (10/5): Excellent! We can’t wait to return. My mom and I stayed here and loved Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake . . . - Location was excellent. Kitchen well stocked. Everything we needed plus some nice surprises - some spices, shampoo, bear spray (we didn’t know this until we bought some so we left another can) - park pass. Comfy, clean beds and bathrooms. Great pool and hot tub. Very clean, tidy, organized property. Nothing. We did have a snafu with the parking app and got 2 tickets but we contacted the parking company and got it reversed easily. Be sure to follow all the steps, we stopped 1 too early.

The pool and hot tub were a real treat, our little one enjoyed being able to swim even in the cooler weather. Having a place where we could bring our dogs along was a huge bonus. Our hosts were very communicative, and made sure our stay was wonderful. Thank you so much for having us.
