• Marissa (9/5): Beach holiday ☀️ - The location is really perfect, right next to the beach and also close to the village. The terrace is really nice, decorated with plants and nice chairs. The apartment can use some decoration to make it more cosy.
• Beatrice Brambilla (4/5): - I really appreciated the cleanliness and the location. I made a booking for one night via booking.com for this apartment. Although, after calling the property to organize a taxi transfer, I was told that the apartment was occupied, so I was not able to check in. I was offered to stay in a different, bigger and more expensive property. As it was late evening and there wasn't any other property available in that area, I felt forced to accept this last option. I was later on checked in in the other apartment and paid almost 3 times the price I was thinking of paying. The host was cordial at the beginning, but there was no coffee provided in the apartment, the pool was dirty - I was promised that the host could have cleaned the pool the following morning, and he could bring coffee, but nobody ever showed up at the property. Also, they asked me to leave before 9am on the day of check out, as they had an ''early check in'' on that day, for other guests. Considered the price paid, I didn't find this service up to my expectations, not professional and quite disrespectful. The pool ventilation was really really noisy, it didn't bother me so much but if you are a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend it.

• Frederic (7/5): Few nights stay in Boa Vista - Spacious 2 beds flat with fully equipped kitchen. Location is next to estoril beach (see pic) and a 15min walk to the city centre with restaurants. Host is helpful and responsive. Washing machine. Construction works going on during the stay. Dust on clothes when drying outside. Internet not available throughout but can move the internet box. Blackout and veil curtains on same rod in living room.no TV.

• Ulla (10/5): Perfect apartment for Boa Vista visit - Perfect stay in beautiful apartment located central for Sal Rei and Praia Estoril. Markus, the host, was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is modern, spacious, and very clean. We enjoyed the big outdoor space with sea view. The apartment is right by the beach with a nice beach bar (for breakfast, lunch, and/or umbrellas) - there is also plenty of space on the beaches to just find your spot. As bonus info, we can recommend Markus and Saschas restaurant Casa Rosa for excellent dining and atmosphere. There is construction going on all over Boa Vista, so be prepared for that. We were not disturbed by it, as it was within the hours where we were at the beach or out on activities. The beautiful sea, pleasant weather, and friendly people far outweigh any inconvenience, and we will look forward to returning
• Rowena (7/5): Great property, great location near to beach, great restaurants a 15 minute walk especially Casa Rosa and Sodade. - Spacious, 2 bathrooms, nice terrace and large outdoor table, quiet at night, great air conditioning! We were told there would be some construction noise, which didn’t actually bother us because we were up and out every day but the site is poorly lit at night and is in a building site strewn with building materials and the photos do not show this.
