• Daryle (7/5): Everything was fine, one exception, I stayed there 2 nights but only had one face cloth and no hand towel. For a two ni - It was in a newer neighborhood and appeared to be a safe community. The key pad was confusing to operate, I had to call to get in the suite.
• Richard (10/5): My favourite place to stay - Was so good the first time I had to book it again. I usually like to switch it up when I stay with different places when I stay in Winnipeg but when I saw it was available again I grabbed it and no regrets. Great place to stay.

• Timothy (9/5): Best Value for Your Dollar!! - Very comfortable bed, pretty quiet for the most part. Parking and entry were simple enough. Far enough away from the city to quell the noise but close enough to everything needed. This place could use a deep clean, the walls were in noticeable need of care, both in cleanliness and a bit of touching up. Dishes left for guests were filthy. Regardless, we would stay here again.

• Katherine (8/5): We were comfortable and the suite offered everything we needed. - The suite was exactly as advertised and the price was great. The two living spaces were separated by a door that did not lock on our side.
• Patricia (8/5): - The apartment was clean and fresh. I would go there again. The owner showed us consideration and explanations when we had questions. The apartment was brand new. The location was not the best due to new construction in the neighborhood. Lots of dirt and dust around. The owner was very kind and accommodating but a bit unfamiliar with the expectations of the standards of air b&bs. We shared some ideas and gave him some advice on how to present his cute place to his future guests. I would recommend his place for sure.

There was a pile of gravel on the driveway,.. awkward to park at first, but the pile of gravel was gone by the next morning. And, sadly, I woke up with a bite on my right hand, left arm and leg... not sure what it was from... mosquito???

• Dennis (8/5): Would stay there again. - Location was good for us. To watch hockey. Bed was comfortable. Couch was awkward to sit on. And more comfortable chairs. Coffee maker didn’t rights pods. Suggest a mattress cover for the bed.

• Daniel (9/5): Quiet, clean and large suite at a great price. - Large spacious suite, quiet place and neighbourhood. Clean and well equipped. Lovely place to chill and watch Netflix. Free WiFi worked well too.

• Jewel (3/5): Poor - Bed was comfy I was rather disappointed with my stay. Half the things advertised like a hair dryer and clothing rack were not there. Though there is a coffee machine there is no coffee, just tea with no sugar/creamer. You can tell this place was put together by men for men. It is not female friendly. The mirrors, shower and facets were dirty as were the bathroom walls and light fixtures. The ‘free’ toiletries are half used men’s products that are for use while here. The towel was either dirty or bought from the store and hung up without washing which is just as bad. Showering didn’t leave you feeling clean after drying off with the one lint filled towel. Women generally use one body towel and one hair towel for constructive criticism.. It wasn’t the worst but it definitely wasn’t ‘luxury’, everything is cheap and from the dollar store. None of the outlets in the bedroom work so make sure your phone is charged. Toilet seat is broken and the bathroom lighting is yellow
• Sabrina (10/5): Perfect place to rest, I came up here to look for student housing and it was great! - It was very easy to find, host was super helpful and accommodating! Some construction going on, but nothing too bad and honestly completely out of the hosts control. I wasn’t there a lot during the daytime when they had been working, but at night it was very quiet!
