• cord (7/5): A convenient and budget-friendly option, though fairly basic overall -- indeed, very basic - The price was reasonable, and the hotel is set in a charming area just steps from the Meguro River. There was nothing I particularly disliked, but nothing stood out either; while the free washer and dryer with complimentary detergent were a nice touch, they unfortunately did not work well.

• Nurguiaan (7/5): Great location, friendly staff, low oxygen - Great location, close to station and Shibuya. Convenience stores are nearby. Staff was helpful and nice. The room is very small and window could not be opened, so the air in the room was very humid and low in oxygen. The air conditioner did not help to ventilate the room. I got cold after using air conditioner over night. I wish the room was more spacious and window openable for ventilation. Other than that good hotel, good value for price.

• Philip (7/5): Conveniently located dorm-like accommodation that’s cost effective and in a great location - - love the location and co-working space with kitchen and free laundry facilities make the stay very cost effective and convenient - free water and well stocked kitchen for equipment - pleasing atmosphere for work - decent WiFi - free laundry facilities - great area for food and drink - the room’s toilet washlet didn’t work - the shower was weak - the bed sheets were a bit too small and kept moving off the mattress after two nights - blinds that didn’t cut out the morning (5am) sun. Bring an eye mask - no real space in the room other than a bed

• Marcus (8/5): I will be staying here again in two months! - This is my 4th stay here, but the first during Sakura season. I like this place for how quiet it is, yet it is pretty near a hub like Shibuya. During the Sakura season, the Meguro River, just behind the hotel, is lovely though crowded. The shared vacuum cleaner needs to be replaced or maintained. The suite room’s bathroom door also has a serious design flaw. You need to jam yourself in the corner of the stall in order to close the door. The single room’s bathroom is much better.

• Megumi (2/5): 最悪 - 場所 水回り。湯船のお湯を抜いたら脱衣所、トイレの床水浸し。 湯沸かしポットも無いし、連泊なのにタオル交換も無いし、スタッフ電話しなきゃいない、とかこの値段と建物の古さと釣り合ってない。 雰囲気良く見せるのだけは上手で騙されてないけど騙された感満載な思い出だけ残る。おすすめは絶対しないし、むしろ最悪、としか周囲に伝えるしかない。 宿泊客を舐めてる。

• Ellie (7/5): it was fine! - They were very helpful with assisting in my luggage delivery and the location was perfect. It wasn’t that clean or in great condition. The bin was tiny and not changed in 4 days.
• Christopher J (6/5): Amazing location and price; but don't expect anything more than what you're paying for. - Great location, easy check in, great shared facilities, one of the cheapest places to stay in Tokyo without spending too much money. It's my go-to spot when I visit Tokyo solo. Sometimes the check in can be slow; I wish they would send the Unito login or check-in link via Booking.com or Airbnb. The rooms are standard Japanese business hotel size. The two rooms I got on this trip needed maintenance; the first room had an odor from the bathroom; probably just need to dump drain cleaner down the drain to kills the organic funk. The second roomm the hook to hang clothes was broken which is annoying because the room has little to no space and hanging hooks are the best thing to use wall space and let clothes airout.

Perfect for a solo traveler who just needs a safe place to put their stuff down and get a shower before and after long days in the city. Fairly small rooms, but that's a good thing for me. Maybe not for everyone though. I would have preferred a clearer description of what the facilities and expectations were like. I was shown a few slides and pages when I checked in that I would have really liked sent to me when I first booked the hotel. They were very helpful and would have been great to get earlier.

• Marlita (10/5): Loved my stay here! - I really loved my stay here and would book this again when i return to Tokyo. Room's a bit small but okay amenities and comfy common room. Free use of laundry facilities. Nice location,around 3mins walk to the station and just 1 stop to Shibuya! There's a 711 beside the hotel and also a lovely bathhouse where you can calm those body aches after walking 20K steps! The Meguro Sky Garden is just around the corner where you can see Mt Fuji on a clear day without the crowd! I enjoyed my daily 711 breakfast here with the view. I miss Japan already. There's no elevator going out of the station, so you have to carry your luggages up to get to the street.

Zona muy tranquila, con apenas ruido nocturno y que me permitió descansar muy comodo Quizas tener algun sitio donde guardar mis maletas, ya sea un pequeño armario o similar en la habitacion me hubiera ayudado. Ya que no tenia un lugar para organizar mi ropa o maleta y poder tener todo mas recogido

• Sammie (10/5): - The location is perfect! Such a nice neighborhood and the train is walking distance away. The hotel has a really nice community feel to it, has luggage storage downstairs which we took advantage of during the later check-in time, and a laundry room. The room is very small, and despite booking.com saying that the smallest room is 1-2 people, the hotel actually charged an extra 4000 yen fee for a second person to stay. The room was very cramped with a small suitcase, but we didn't spend much time there anyway and it wasn't an issue at all.

• JUNKO (5/5): 次はないかと。 - 鍵のロックになれませんでしたが自由で良かったです。 12時過ぎに荷物を預けにいきますと事前に連絡してましたが、きっかり12時から13時までフロント不在で初めて利用するものとしてさっぱりわからずにかなりの時間を費やしました。 1階の荷物ロッカーの鍵の使い方もわからず、受付不在で1階2階を行ったり来たり、どこに尋ねてもみなさんわからないと仰しゃり、電話するも昼休みでつながらずで、目的地に大幅に遅れてしまいとても残念な旅のスタートになりました。 何度も着信しているにも関わらず折り返しの電話もなく驚きました。 ホテルとは違うと痛感しました。

• Diego (6/5): Great place, comfortable common areas, cleanliness could be improved for the price. - The hotel was overall well located near good cafes, some bars and extremely near a mega donquijote, which will save you if anything is needed (also there's a 7-eleven right at the left of the hotel. The common area was really well equipped, it had comfortable places to seat, so you can eat without problem, and had water at your disposal (together with everything you need to heat food, eat food, drink, etc) My room at least, smelled like they smoked in there, it didn't feel too clean, and the bathroom lacks a bidet. The space was, well there, enough to move, but two persons in and you will have no space at all, so is well for only one person per room.
