• CECILIA (9/5): Nice stay for a few days sightseeing in the summer - Kitchen working well, used BBQ once, not very hot but did the job. Walking distance to lift station and e-bus stop, not very far from town center. 1. Instruction to get the key wasn't clear. Would be good to have a "pull here" sign at the upper part of the mailbox (lower half of the hex shape mail box is locked, upper half just pull out the cover) key lock box inside. Took us half an hour to figure it out. 2. Laundry not included, DO NOT try putting your clothes in the washing machine in the basement, the machine door can only be opened with a smart chip, either from the owner or property manager. Learned that in a hard way.

Top floor so could soak up the morning sun on the balcony. Cranes and building work nearby We chose a good time of year to go just after the winter season and before the summer season really kicked off.

It is conveniently situated right next to the cable car for Furi and is also close to a grocery store. The check-in process was seamless with clear instructions, making it hassle-free.

• Egle (10/5): a sweet gem in the central Zermatt - This is such a sweet apartment right in the city of Zermatt. It is nicely decorated, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and is very conveniently located to the main cable car going to Matterhorn Paradise. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!
• Isabelle (8/5): Lovely appartement in central location! - great central location, spacious and well furnished it was cold. There is a wood fire stove but no instructions on how to use it, we tried unsuccessfully.
• Williams (9/5): A cool and refreshing stay in the mountains - a beautiful spot. - The apartment is enormous, and wonderfully located. We sat out on the balcony in the evening with cups of tea and watched the lights come on across the town as the sun went down. We had some difficulty finding the lockbox with the key on our arrival - however, the office manager for the property was very helpful and talked us through it. While there were plenty of facilities available, there are no laundry facilities for the property. There ARE laundry machines down in the basement but these are NOT for guest use (apparently this was explained in the property information pack, but no such pack was present when we arrived). I found this out the hard way when I placed some clothes in the machine, closed the door, then discovered I needed a special key to work the machine OR open the door. (Fortunately the caretaker lady was able to open the machine for me!)
