La obligación que te imponen de pagar una fianza y que tenes que esperar 10 dias habiles para que te lo devuelvan, es mi plata y el mismo día me lo deberian devolver. El ascensor no andaba, no hubo agua potable por una mañana. Tardaron en entregarme el apartamento.

El apartamento con su cocina tenía de todo para poder hacer desde el desayuno hasta la cena y como no las vistas desde la azotea eran impresionantes. De hecho, el primer día se me llenó de bichitos (mosquitas?). Tuve que echar insecticida y no volver a abrir la ventana del cuarto de baño, con lo que cada vez que entrabas al apartamento desde la calle el olor era como un golpe en la cara. Es un tema que hay que mejorar, porque es una pena que la calidad del servicio se vea resentida por este detalle Todo lo demás bastante bien

Des machines à laver et sèche linge qui en vacances avec des enfants sont très utiles. Une arrivée prévu à 16:00 qui a été réalisée finalement qu à 17:15 pour la remise des clés un 25dec 😳. heureusement mes enfants ont été hyper cool à attendre tout ce temps là 😅. La date y est surement pour beaucoup 🎄… Cuisiner pour 4 dans une cuisine petite et pas très équipée n etait pas pratique. Pas de torchon, de saladier… Le grille pain ne fonctionnait pas. C est les vacances alors ça va, on a le temps d etre relax et donc moins efficace en cuisine 😜.

L. Laura (7/5): Acogedor y moderno - El apartamento en sí sería un 10 si no fuese por el problema que tuvimos al recoger las llaves. Está super nuevo y cuidado, muy amplio y con cocina bien equipada. Aunque en esa misma calle hay pocos aparcamientos, hay un parking público enfrente. El día anterior a nuestra llegada contactamos con el alojamiento por Booking pero no recibimos respuestas y cuando nos faltaba 1h para llegar volvimos a contactar de nuevo y tampoco recibimos respuesta. Llamamos y escribimos al teléfono que se nos proporcionó al reservar y tras ser leído nuestro mensaje tampoco se nos respondió. Pasado un buen rato, y tras estar ya en la portal esperando, nos responden que él no se encarga de nuestra reserva que contactemos con quien debe entregarnos las llaves, pero tampoco nos proporciona su contacto. Al final entre una cosa y otra estuvimos 2 horas esperando que alguien nos abriese. El apartamento está muy bien, pero después de un viaje largo, encontrarte esto es lo que menos apetece.

Ninoska (6/5): El lugar muy bien, pero quienes lo gestionan NO responden - La ubicación y el apartamento estaba limpio Muy ruidoso, la persona que viene a limpiar los otros apartamentos hace muchísimo ruido, y se escucha todo. Las personas que gestionan el lugar tardan mucho en responder o simplemente no responden, lo que genera descontento, ante la falta de comunicación.

FRANCISCO JAVIER (10/5): - Un apartamento muy acogedor, reformado, con todo lo necesario, baño muy amplio, a 100 metros de la playa, cercano a todos los servicios. Todo estaba bien

Holger (4/5): Unterkunft für den Preis ok wenn man nicht kochen will, aber kein Hit. - Lage ok, kurzer Weg zum Strand und Promenade, sowie zur Bahnhaltestelle um nach Alicante zu fahren. Küchenausstattung mangelhaft. Kein Geschirrtuch, keine Gewürze, kein Öl. Das Wenige was da war, war sauber. Habe 3 Tage später eine e-mail bekommen, dass wir erst nach 22 Uhr eingetroffen sind und deshalb 30,- Euro bezahlen sollen! (auf spanisch). Das stimmt nicht. Wir waren pünktlich in der angegebenen Zeit zwischen 16 und 17 Uhr an der Wohnung und mussten dann warten bis jemand lustlos ankam um uns den Schlüssel zu geben. Leider können wir kein spanisch, deshalb ganz schwierige Kommunikation. Vermutlich wurde durch die Person versäumt unsere Ankunftszeit bei booking richtig zu erfassen. Teilweise war es auch sehr laut auf der Strasse und im Haus.
