• Michele (8/5): The apartment had the facilities we needed, there was a supermarket across the road and food outlets which was good the - It was a central location on Spencer Street opposite train station and Marvel Stadium. Tram stop close by as well As expected being opposite train station it was a bit noisy

• Rafael Marcelo (8/5): was wonderful, location, cleanliness, accessibility, but slow wifi and 1 aircon - The location of the apartment is probably the best thing about it, saved so much money. Accessible to anywhere such as transportation, food, activities, clubs and attractions. Overall it was good except for some things wifi was really slow, when we got there the limit was already been done, there's only 1 aircon on the apartment.

• Ana (10/5): A comfortable and convenient stay with great amenities in an excellent location. - The location is fantastic, with very convenient access to both trams and trains. The view from the spare is amazing. The kitchen is well equipped with excellent cooking facilities. The pool and gym are great and very well maintained. The BBQ area is a real highlight and a lovely space to use. Check-in and check-out were relatively easy and smooth thanks to the clear instructions and helpful YouTube video on key collection. I particularly appreciated that the instructions were sent closer to the check-in date, ensuring the information wasn’t lost. These were only minor points and didn’t bother us overall. The air conditioning is located in the lounge room only; while the apartment is small and cools reasonably well, the bedrooms were slightly warm during an extreme heatwave (42°C). Leaving the bedroom door open easily resolved this. There was also an occasional smell from the garbage chute in the hallway, despite it being several corridors away, which was more noticeable on very hot days.

Good value. Nothing that I can think of really, unless you can do something about the Melbourne traffic at 4pm on a Friday afternoon!

• Kim Anh (10/5): Excellent stay with perfect location and thoughtful host! - The apartment has an amazing location — right in the Free Tram Zone, just opposite the train station, and across from major supermarkets and an outlet mall. The balcony view is beautiful, especially at sunset. The apartment is very clean and tidy, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need — from shampoo, shower gel, washing and drying machines, iron, oven, and dishwasher to kitchenware and basic cooking condiments. The host is exceptionally responsive and kind, always replying quickly and helpfully to any questions. Check-in was smooth, and I could easily get the keys without any issues. You’ll also get two sets of keys for convenience. A small note: the apartment faces west and has large glass walls, so it can get a bit warm in the afternoon, but it cools down quickly after sunset. Also, remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, as they’re not provided. If I ever return to Melbourne, I’ll definitely stay here again!

• tsuwaibah (8/5): A safe, peaceful stay with beautiful views — would definitely return! 🌟 - The facilities were working well, the room was very clean, and it had all the necessities at a very good price. The stunning views were exactly as described, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The check-in process was a little inconvenient, and one morning we couldn’t leave through the main entrance as it was closed, so we had to find another way out.
• O'Keeffe (10/5): Excellent location and a well appointed apartment. - Excellent location, next to Southern Cross Station where the Skybus comes in from the airport. Easy walking distance from the Melbourne CBD and plenty of tram options for those who don’t want to walk. Two bathrooms so easy to share the two bedroom apartment with another couple. Well equipped kitchen and tea/coffee, sugar and some basic condiments provided. Apartment was super clean and well appointed. Access to a swimming pool and a gym. Host company responded in a timely manner to any communications. Will definitely stay here again if it is available when next we travel to Melbourne. Thank you. All good.
• Daniel (6/5): Perfect location. Good value for money. But needs small improvements - Amazing Location and views. Handy to have the parking underneath the property. Rattley/noisey air con. Which also struggled to heat at times. Property wasn’t overly clean on arrival. Tried to ring dynamic short stays multiple times when we first got there as we were needing help, but just went to answering machine. Left a voice message and no reply.

• Andy (9/5): Excellant location with stunning views - Amazing location, view was luxurious with stunning views, hence the name, getting keys from the lock box was simple, instructions were clearly shown with pictures. Communicating with the booking company was easy too, prompt replies from the team, I was early and they were able to allow me to check in earlier than the available check-in time. The bedrooms are spacious, and the living space is comfy Overall, my stay here was fantastic, made my vacation soo worth it. One downside is you're sharing this building with other residents; the lifts can be quite busy at times, so you might have to wait a while. 3 out of 5 lifts are only available to serve the floor for this apartment

• Sarah (8/5): Great location and customer service 👏 - The location was excellent for a concert at Marvel Stadium and local siteseeing. Key collection was well explained and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were super attentive with internet issues and also posted out some items left behind. Thanks team 😊 There were a few dirty dishes and the internet was patchy making it hard to stream. We had issues with an item stuck in the dryer when we had to leave but this was posted out to us. No deal breakers here and we would return if seeing another concert.

Kitchen and laundry were exactly what we needed for a week in the city. Fantastic to have a large drying screen, clothes dried overnight. The traffic noise, but we were very central so expected this. Also, the apartment was very hot when we arrived as all blinds were open in summer facing west. Took about 3 hours to cool down. Would have been nice to have air-conditioning on for arrival.

Out of 5 lifts that could be used to access the floors in the building, only 3 were working - long queues to get in a lift to get to your floor and a long wait on your floor to get back down …

• Kylie (6/5): Average - Great location. 2 bedrooms were fantastic Only 1 bathmat to share between both bathrooms. Door to balcony doesn’t lock. Not too much of an issue as my children are old enough to know not to go onto the balcony without us but could be a huge issue for other families. Dyson vacuum cleaner doesn’t work properly, keeps cutting out and you have to pop it on charge every couple of minutes for it to work, super frustrating when trying to keep the unit clean while we were there and then trying to leave. Indoor pool, which is one of the main reasons we booked is closed, and not looking like it’s opening again anytime soon.

I had been provided an address for where to locate key and advised i would receive a further email with a QR code to access the drop box. The drop box address was really difficult to find. The email about access to the apartment also contained a link to a document on onedrive. I had to set up a OneDrive account to access this. The QR code required to access the key drop box did not arrive. I then had to ring the emergency contact number and it took some out of the box thinking by the person i phoned to enable me to access the keys. I was relieved this occurred while it was still daylight with plenty of people around the key collection drop boxes. I would have felt unsafe after dark in an area I was unfamiliar with. I recommend the company include better instructions in the initial emails including the QR code and not rely on links to OneDrive etc.
• Sarah (9/5): Great location close to amenities - The best location, was super close to Southern Cross tram station and the supermarket. Pretty views of the Yarra river and you could even see the mountains in the distance. Very comfy beds and pillos! I would like to provide caution that on the side entrance of the building, there are raised metallic bumps on the footpath that become very slippery in wet weather - I ended up falling over when leaving the building which led to a very nasty bruise on my leg

• Robert (9/5): Great location, awesome views, clean and tidy accommodation with super comfortable beds - Loved the size of the apartment, We had two kids and two adults. Having two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms was great. The beds were super comfortable, had the best sleep. Great being able to have a washing/dryer to use during our stay within the apartment. Was great to be able to have an under covered secured parking space which didn't cost any extra to the stay. Location was great, right opposite shops, tram stop, restaurants etc. Kids loved having access to an indoor pool. Not having used a lock box shop facility before, it was something new to experience and took a little bit of working out what to do. "older generation" may struggle a little with this. Also couldn't find a street number for the carpark on Lonsdale st, i turned into a carpark, hoping it was the right one, lucky for me it was. No big deal, didn't affect our stay, maybe a map with clear instructions advising turn right at first traffic lights from Spencer st into carpark could help people driving.

• Morris (3/5): Our expectations was high but in reality the place fell short due to the above reasons - Nice views Internet was not working, but told four days into our holiday there was a 4g alternative. Which was slow and not up to expectations Bad Smell from the washer / dryer Slider door does not lock on the balcony Air conditional was not working to full capacity, lifts to the apartment was cumbersome and one lift was not operational so this cause delays in getting to and from the apartment.
