• Conni (9/5): Perfect for what we needed - an overnight stay after a concert at Darling Harbour. - Location was perfect! Room was very quiet. Room was nice and dark so no early morning sun streaming through. Clean and tidy. Big! Cute balcony. Perfect for our overnight stay. The shower was terrible. Hot water hardly ran out. No pressure. Impossible to wash hair. It said there was wifi and where to find the info but it wasn’t there. My daughter slipped over at the pool and was only walking. It’s soooo slippery.

• Alison (9/5): A comfortable and convenient stay. - I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and I like the old, industrial-type style building and convenience. This apartment 1131 was excellent with a view out to the Anzac Bridge. It was an air b&b apartment rather than in the hotel pool. The whole process, (via Booking.com) including checkin (lock box) was easy. I’ll definitely try to book it again. I liked the apartment and the building

• Tanya (5/5): Great location but couldn't sleep because of pillows unfortunately - Location was good central to everything place was clean and nice The pillows were terrible flat and hard host needs to buy more fluffy comfortable pillows and spare pillows .I had a terrible nights sleep because of pillow but the bed was ok .

• Hugh (7/5): - Convenient location. Easy to get keys and access. Clean and comfortable. Only 2 spoons when we had 3 people staying. No tea towel to dry dishes.
• Jem (7/5): Good experience, neat apartment - The Secure car park is literally around the corner so that's handy. Walking into Darling Harbour is reasonably easy and about 10 minutes. The tap on the bathroom vanity was leaking from the base, so unfortunately the next morning our cosmetic bags etc were all wet. I will share details with the owner. Tea and coffee etc were available but no milk (probably an oversight by the cleaner). Tidy little apartment, otherwise we'll presented. Great communication from the host.

• Anita (6/5): Well equiped apartment with nice outlook . - Had great ventilation and air flow which made it pleasant on a mild day. No coffee only tea which was really disappointing arriving after a long day . Floor was not clean and fluff in bedroom . Need to mop floors but otherwise clean.
• florita (7/5): It was a convenient place to rest our head. - Convenient to places we wanted to visit and close to the light rail. I thought it was part of the hotel but it was a privately owned suite. I had to make separate arrangements for leaving the luggage since we were staying in the CBD until late, and the concierge refused to look after our luggage. It wasn't clear during booking that it was not a hotel suite. The fire alarm set off in the morning. No instructions inside the room where to go and what to do. We just followed the herd, and then there were no clear instructions when we could go back to our rooms. I'm sure fire regulations were not followed in that building.

• PHILIP (9/5): - Simple walk over a pedestrian bridge to the ICC. Amanda, the host, was very helpful when I couldn't find the 'button at the top' of the key lock. Within a minute of calling her she was jogging along the footpath to me. Tip - the button is more behind the hinged lid :-). Apartment was quite and comfortable.

• Victoria (8/5): Too short. - The place has an incredible view of the city and is incredibly close to the light rail, making travel easy. It’s also on the harbour which was very convenient. The beds were a bit stiff, but other than that it was good.
• Hunter (6/5): I chose the wrong place. The location didn’t work for me at all and it was very hard to find. This apartment might be ok - It was a good size and spotlessly clean I made the decision to walk there with my luggage. Big mistake. It’s really hard to find when you’re walking. I finally gave up and called an Uber to get me there and saw it was also complex to get to even when driving. The area also didn’t look particularly safe with unsavoury people on the streets. The balcony was a nice touch but overlooked a car park ..

• Jeff (8/5): Over very good - Was close to locations we wanted to visit in Sydney We vacated the room and wanted to sight see before late afternoon flight but as hen adked if could leave 1 luagage bag at reception and pickup later in the afternoon was told not possible no storage space. Most accomodation of this class provide this facility. I WAS A LITTLE DISAPOINTED

• Xara (10/5): Wonderful stay - Cozy decorations, a whole kitchen equipped with kitchenware, cold water in the fridge, and so much extra bedding!! Felt like a home I could relax in. I was worried about making up the sofa bed with limited sheets, but there was more than enough for the both of us. The blackout curtains were functional for a good sleep-in and the balcony was cute for a cuppa in the morning. The staff were lovely and helpful when I had trouble getting the key on check-in. They even provided pictures of the front of the building and clear instructions when I booked, so that was on me! The internal walkway took us directly to Darling Harbour, only a 5 minute walk which crossed a light rail stop (we went the long way around to pick up the key, but coming and going after that was easy). Super convenient. Honestly had a lovely time. The spare sheets could use a clean, I imagine they don't get used very often as the already-made double bed was perfect. I could hear the neighbours walking around the corridors at night (I am a light sleeper). Mattresses were fine, but a bit springy if you're sensitive to that. Everything else was lovely.

• Stephen (9/5): Clean, comfortable and quiet apartment located right next to Darling harbour. - The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. I only stayed for one night but it seemed well equipped for anyone staying for a few days. It's an easy walk to Darling Harbour and the CBD. Nothing.

• Cielcl (8/5): Quaint little apartment in the midst of town - Cozy quaint little apartment. It felt very homely. I love the balcony position. Also there are an incredible amount of extra bedding, pillows, which is nice. I love the water and ice ready in the fridge, that's very thoughtful. There isn't really airconditioning, as can see in listing photos. The living has a portal "aircon" but the pipe is in the room so it doesn't do much. The bedroom is a bit stuffy, since there's no aircon only 1 fan. Water pressure in the shower is also poor, which is odd cuz the sink is blasting.
