• Amy (10/5): Excellent apartment - Just home from a 4 night stay and cannot fault this place. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, good location and with lovely modern furniture. Both TVs in the living area and bedroom are smart TVs which was great for connecting to YouTube, Spotify etc. Felt very safe with locks for both the patio door and main door entrance. Patio is also very private even though on the main street, no one walking by can see you. Apartment is a 2 minute walk from the beach (can view the sea from patio) with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants/bars within a short walking distance. You have the best of both worlds as although you are within walking distance of the main strip, the apartment area is generally more quiet and chilled because you are a few streets away from the busyness of the bars on the main strip. Would definitely recommend and will definitely consider Alisios again when coming back to Lanzarote.

• Blair MacKinnon (8/5): Good Experience Overall - Very comfortable apartment that was close to grocery stores and a pretty little beach. Peter, the host was very responsive. When we called about the WIFI not working after a power outage, he came over in 15 minutes and called the internet provider and had the problem resolved in a few minutes. When the fridge stopped working shortly after we arrived, he installed a new mini fridge until the old one could be serviced the following Monday morning. We had a small annoying episode when we checked out. As Peter had not provided us with check out instructions, we left the key on the kitchen counter and closed the outside gate. Peter told us after we left that we should have left the key in the lockbox. This situation could have been easily avoided had he sent us a text with check out instructions one hour before leaving or leaving written check out instructions in the apartment when we arrived.
• Gisela (9/5): Soggiorno per una notte - L’appartamento è arredato molto carino e con gusto. Vicino la spiaggia, i ristoranti e i negozi. Posteggio sulla strada davanti la struttura. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovarlo, dopo una breve telefonata si è però risolto. Ha piovuto forte prima del nostro arrivo e così abbiamo trovato del acqua a terra vicino l’entrata per questo consiglio di lasciare uno straccio per asciugare il pavimento nel appartamento.

Alles war gut, wir hätten nur einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag: etwas mehr Utensilien zum Kochen wäre gut gewesen, z.B. überhaupt ein scharfes Messer oder ein Schneidebrettchen, das nicht aus Plastik ist.

• paul (8/5): Well equipped and clean apartment in excellent location easy access. - Apartment was very well presented and clean,Air con was a blessing as was quite chilly some nights,well equipped for self catering.The position of this apartment meant there were no steep hills to access. The position of the property meant that the sun wasn’t on the balcony although to be fair it was only 5 minute walk to the beach.

• Viviana (9/5): Pratico e confortevole - Appartamento/monolocale molto accogliente e arredato con gusto. C’è tutto l’occorrente. Molto pulito e confortevole. Con un piccolo patio terrazzo e possibilità di posteggiare proprio davanti. Si trova a due passi dalla bellissima spiaggia e a pochi minuti dalla via principale del lungomare.

Nice clean living space with everything you need.easy access instructions for checking in and out. Business upstairs starts quite early in the morning which you can clearly hear any movement so no the best if you like a long lie. We were up early anyway so loved our stay but only negative there could be.

• Gillian (7/5): Retired English couple.on winter sunshine break - Very clean and decorated tastefully to a good standard. Location was well placed for walking access to beach and town. Owner gave specific details for self checking in with photos, which was useful . Also checked that we were satisfied and tried to resolve a TV issue ( no access to either British or German TV channels, which was not resolved) Limited kitchen utensils for own catering, Suggest for European and UK guests a bigger kettle, a teapot and range of sharp bread / chopping knives, pans, salad bowl , better wine cork screw. No welcome pack with instructions for using the microwave, , electrical media and TV equipment,........when we tried to use the oven on two occasions the whole electrical circuit tripped out . We had to search in the dark for the electric board. No cleaning cloths for wiping down or cleaning shower cubical after use. There was no sun at anytime of the morning and evening to be able to sit outside. No loungers to relax on outside and the apartment was on a very busy main road , on a corner and it was noisy. Not relaxing for a holiday. Owner used the space well but the reality was it was one long room with no windows and it was dark . We would not choose to stay for a long time but it was OK for a bolt hole.

• Roger (7/5): We liked it well enough - but attention to details could be improved. - The facilities were clean, modern and easy to use. Plenty of storage space to help keep the apartment tidy. We loved the location close to the beach (although there was no sea view) and the local supermarket just 2 minutes by foot. Perfect for couples on a short break or the longer stay. 2 TVs + fast wifi connection. Dishwasher detergent and sponge were provided along with complementary coffee capsules (3) and 2 toilet rolls. We arrived at night when it was dark - it took several minutes to locate the apartment light switches. There was no kettle, but there was a capsule-type coffee machine; if you wanted a British cuppa tea you need to either boil water in a saucepan on the hob or use the microwave. The electric hob, if you wanted to boil an egg, was a challenge to get started being unfamiliar with it and no instructions on any of the utensils apart from wifi connection. The shower, basic non-thermostatically controlled, was fine once you realised that the hot water supply was limited to around 3 minutes; better not to let the water flow continuously during the washing process, or if your partner wanted a hot shower after you! Also, the shower drainage was poor initially until I cleaned out the trap that was pretty clogged from the previous renter's body materials - not nice! Not all pendant ceiling lights were working and the bulbs themselves were pretty dusty which was surprising since the rest was so clean. The ceiling fan and light in the bedroom area we couldn't get to work. The radio we couldn't get to work. We also found that the door hinges, key lock mechanisms and window latches could be squeaky, stiff and tight; required lubrication to smooth their operation would be greatly appreciated for the next occupant I'm sure!

Very clean and well presented Noise from business's above and next door early in morning and late of a night (owners may not be aware of this if they have never stayed overnight). Only one fire extinguisher but no smoke alarm with only one exit.

The property has also a little patio to stay outside and also provide free street parking space. The property is located very next to the beach and 10 min walk from puerto del carmen centre
