- M Mar (1/5): Techo desprendido y goteras en el baño - A las cinco de la tarde un encargado nos enseña el piso y descubrimos juntos el techo del baño desprendido. Todo el suelo del baño y la ducha lleno de escombros. Lo recoge como puede y como llegaba tarde a un congreso en Ifema lo dejo pasar. Cuando regreso a las 11 de la noche esta cayendo agua por el techo del baño. La estancia es imposible. Solicito el reembolso de la reserva ( casi 600€) y tengo q buscar, a esa hora , un nuevo alojamiento. El anfitrión nunca me coge el teléfono. El encargado se lava las manos. Booking me compensa con una irrisoria cantidad (77.50€). En atención al cliente comentan q intentarán contactar con el anfitrión.. De momento sigo esperando respuesta.
- IRUÑA TECNOLOGIAS DE AUTOMATIZAC (6/5): - La ubicación junto a IFEMA y facilidad de llegar Se echa de menos un mantenimiento , y la ducha el techo estaba muy correoso , y tuvimos q comprarnos hasta el papel higiénico.no está mal pero le toca ya retoques y ponerme un poco de "mimo" a los detalles. Un apartamento suficiente para lo que lo usamos pero básico

- Genny (8/5): Buena. - Muy céntrico, el anfitrión muy amable. Un repaso más a fondo estaría muy bien, en el marco de la puerta de la cocina y encima del armario.
- Javier (5/5): - Su ubicación cerca a mi trabajo y a las paradas del Metro de San Lorenzo y Mar de Cristal, también a 10 min de un Lidl, las camas eran cómodas, varios libros para leer (derecho, política, psicología, enciclopedia) El plato de ducha estaba muy sucio (moho), polvo en los muebles de las habitaciones, solo 2 rollos de papel higiénico de cartón, solo 1 toalla para la ducha y manchada de lejía, el techo del baño se cae la pintura y humedad, faltaban más trapos de limpieza en la cocina, faltaba mantas para el salón y una cápsula de café de bienvenida.

- Cátia Sampaio (8/5): Reliable - The images correspond to the apartment, spacious and comfortable for four people. The air conditioning is broken, they left 2 fans for the bedrooms, but the apartment is still very hot.

- Mouziani (9/5): Superb - Located very close to the airport, 20 minutes by metro, the metro 4 is at 5-minute walk away, it serves the city center in 20 minutes. Very good place to visit Madrid while being in a quiet area in the evening.
- Adrianat. (1/5): NOT RECOMENDED because of THE HOST. - Has free parking in the area. The apartment is correct but the host gave us the worst check-in experience ever. And we stayed many times in apartments, but never had this disrespectful treatment. THE HOST ! We ware not able to contact her, we wrote messages, call her a lot of times, send WhatsApp with many hours before our arrival and nothing. We got in front of the apartment building and still didn't get hold of her. All our plans for the first evening in Madrid ware ruined, as the check-in was not happening. Called her one last time, with very little hope now.. She finally answered, but to my surprise she was bothered by my insistence and her attitude did not improved further on... She played the victim and then changed to threats out of nothing really. Instead of apologizing for her mistake of not being available for the check-in and so ruining our plants in Madrid, she treated us disrespectfully and like thieves.
