Andreas (9/5): Wunderschöner Aufenthalt Naturchalets Turracherhöhe - Das gemietete Chalet war sehr groß und bot für uns (6 Personen) reichlich Platz. In unserem Chalet waren vier Schlafzimmer, drei davon mit Doppelbett, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Zwei Zimmer hatten ihr eigenes Badezimmer (WC und Dusche), eines war zusätzlich mit Whirlpool und einer kleinen Sauna ausgestattet. Die Küche im Obergeschoß war sehr groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Geschirr machte einen fast noch ungebrauchten Eindruck und alles war sauber. Angrenzend an die Küche und im selben Raum befand sich ein sehr großer Esstisch, der Platz für 10 Personen bot und eine große Eck-Couch mit einem Fernseher. Die Terrasse, die wir aufgrund des starken Schneefalls (wir hatten Mitte Mai ;-) ) leider nicht nutzen konnten, komplettierte das Chalet. Die Mitarbeiter beim Check-In waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und waren telefonisch auch jederzeit erreichbar. Wenn es etwas zu beanstanden gab dann, dass es für die elektrischen Geräte, angefangen beim Fernseher, Sauna und Whirlpool (ja, auch für den hätte ich gerne eine Anleitung gebraucht ;-) ) bis hin zur Herdplatte keine Bedienungsanleitungen gab. Allein um nichts zu beschädigen, wäre die eine oder andere Anleitung hilfreich gewesen.

Kleine Anregung: Mehr Essbesteck, Jausenbrettchen und geschliffene Messer. Die Türe, im Zimmer mit getrennten Betten konnte man nicht verschließen, (Türgriff kaputt?)

Patrick (10/5): - Die Lage von dem Chalet war top. Direkt von der Hütte weg zum Wandern. Auch die Ausstattung mit Sauna und Hot-Tube war perfekt nach einer anstrengenden Wanderung zum relaxen. Wenn es was zum bemängeln gibt wäre es das es keine Liegen zum ruhen nach der Sauna gibt. Aber das ist wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit.

Jure (1/5): Bullshit from the hosts. - Our stay at Naturchalets Turracher Höhe by ALPS RESORTS was unfortunately overshadowed by several serious issues that future guests should be aware of. Communication through Booking.com was extremely poor. Shortly after booking, we received spam messages containing our full reservation details, suggesting a possible data security problem. When we asked the property for clarification about what information might have been leaked, our questions were repeatedly ignored. The check-in experience was particularly disappointing. Despite completing online check-in and paying in advance, the head of reception showed an unprofessional and condescending attitude and initially refused to check us in. Only after a long and uncomfortable discussion did another receptionist complete the process. There was also inconsistency regarding the security deposit. The reservation confirmation stated 350 €, yet reception demanded 500 € without any clear explanation. After departure, obtaining an invoice became another issue. Even after multiple requests, the property delayed issuing the invoice and ignored follow-up messages, which is unacceptable, especially for business bookings with accounting deadlines. For a stay costing nearly 2000 € for three nights, we expected professional service, clear communication, and responsible handling of guest data. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet these expectations.

A sípálya 10 perc séta volt onnan. Talán az, hogy este 10 után automatikusan kikapcsolt, lekapcsolt a wellness. Volt amikor jól esett volna még kicsit üldögélni a forró dézsában este 10 után is.
Marko Kajtaz NM ROYAL TRADE (1/5): Oprez posjetiteljima! - Kuća kao kuća je nova i lijepa, ali način poslovanja Alps Resorta je užasan, čak i lihvarski, ovo pišem kako bi budući korisnici bili na oprezu. Imali smo jako neugodnu situaciju pri boravku u kući, čim smo stigli shvatili smo da u jednoj sobi toalet nije ispravan, nije radila wc školjka, nije radilo grijanje, te nije bilo hladne vode., pozvana je tehnička služba koja prvi dan nije uspjela otkloniti problem. To sve nije bio problem dok se u noći nije oglasio požarni alarm. Obzirom da su u kući bili nepušači pomislili smo da ga je aktivirala vodena para nakon tuširanja, ali obzirom da se ponovno upalio nakon sat vremena kada su svi spavali shvatili smo da je greška u sustavu. U međuvremenu nam je dva puta došao jedan vatrogasac ugasiti taj alarm. Prvi put nas je gledao kao krivce, drugi put je shvatio da je greška u sistemu Sada nakon skoro mjesec dana nam Alps Resort pokušava naplatiti 450,00 eura troškova za aktivaciju alarma koji se aktivirao njihovom pogreškom. Ne znam dali im je to način dodatne zarade obzirom da je kuća u startu bila ponuđena po pristupačnoj cijeni ili je pogreška, ali u svakom slučaju budite na oprezu jer osim što nećete mirno spavati na skijanju zbog alarma, nećete ni mjesec danas kasnije nakon što Vam pošalju fakturu! Das Haus an sich ist neu und schön, aber die Geschäftspraktiken von Alps Resort sind schrecklich, ja sogar wucherisch. Ich schreibe dies, um zukünftige Gäste zur Vorsicht zu mahnen. Während unseres Aufenthalts im Haus hatten wir eine sehr unangenehme Situation. Gleich nach unserer Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass in einem Zimmer die Toilette nicht funktionierte: Die WC-Schüssel war defekt, die Heizung funktionierte nicht und es gab kein kaltes Wasser. Der technische Dienst wurde verständigt, konnte das Problem jedoch am ersten Tag nicht beheben. All das wäre noch hinnehmbar gewesen, hätte sich in der Nacht nicht der Feueralarm ausgelöst.

Nije mi se svidjelo da su na booking.com objavljene slike jednog objekta (ljepši i bolji, sa više sadržaja), a tek kad uplatiš novac bez mogućnosti otkazivanja pojavu se slike drugog objekta kojeg i na kraju dobiješ. (Zbog ove stvari se nikad više ne vraćam u taj objekt, jer djeluje kao prevara!) Isto tako na stranici booking.com stoji da ću morati za boravišnu pristojbu nadoplatiti objektu 80,00€, međutim na objektu naplaćuju 90,00€, na booking.com stoji da će mi naplatiti depozit 350,00€, međutim objekt naplaćuje 500,00€!

Ulrich Alsmann (10/5): Tolle Lage und tolles Haus, kann man zu 5-6 Personen wirklich empfehlen. - Die Location selbst ist top. Die Sauna war etwas zugig, aber dennoch alles super! Schlüsselübergabe bestens und Objekt war sauber. Es gab 4 Schlafzimmer, aber zu 8 in dem haus ist schon etwas enger, aber dennoch machbar! Wir waren zu 5. und das war super, folglich zu 6. auch. Wenn man nicht zu viel Freiraum braucht natürlich auch 8 Personen. Keine Schneidemesser und Schneidebretter vorhanden. Das müsste im Wechsel zwischen den Reisenden geprüft werden. Ein junger Mann an der Rezeption war etwas selbstgefällig in der Kommunikation als der Hinweis darüber adressiert wurde. :-) kann man aber mit um. Es wurde dann auch sofort reagiert und abgestellt. Fazit: Wenn etwas fehlt sofort hinweisen, dann wird es abgestellt.

Da wir Anfang November in der Nebensaison dort waren, hatten die meisten Restaurants noch geschlossen – daher haben wir unsere Lebensmittel selbst mitgebracht und in der top ausgestatteten Küche gemeinsam gekocht. Es war alles da, was man braucht, und alles in einwandfreiem Zustand. Der HotPot war super sauber und ideal zum Entspannen – für zwei Personen perfekt, zu viert wird es dann eher gemütlich eng . Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und lädt zum Wandern, Radfahren oder (im Winter) Skifahren ein. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall im Winter wieder zum Skifahren zurück! Der einzige Nachteil: Es ist nicht behinderten gerecht....
Székely (10/5): Szuper kiránduló és síelő hely. - Csodálatos helyen van. Nagyon természet közeli. A jakuzzi nem felelt meg az elvárásainknak. Veszélyes a lakás bejárat megközelítése havas időben. Nincs lépcső. Nagyon csúszik.

Johannes Kilian (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft in Bergidyll für die ganze Familie - Toller Ausblick mit Bergpanorama. Ruhig gelegen in Chaletdorf. Wellnessbereich mit Sauna & Hottub. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. In einem der Bäder kam ein muffiger Geruch aus dem Duschablauf. Sonnenschutz im Wohnzimmer / Balkon wünschenswert - am Frühstückstisch hat die Sonne stark geblendet.
Bettina (10/5): - Die Chalet war sehr schön eingerichtet und es war alles da was man braucht. Die Größe der Wohnküche ist auch sehr schön. Super Startpunkt für Wanderungen. Auch das Kochen hat Spaß gemacht, da alles da war. Die Betten sind auch fantastisch.

Peter JW (8/5): We hebben heerlijk kunnen wandelen in de omgeving en uit kunnen rusten in de sauna. - Het uitzicht, we hadden bungalow nr. 6 geboekt en de inrichting, alles was aanwezig om een verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Doordat we bungalow nr. 6 geboekt hadden kwamen we midden in een hechte gelovige groep terecht die hun avondgebed precies onder ons balkon deden en dit bijna elke avond totdat we de mogelijkheid hadden om met ze te praten en te vragen of ze dit wat verderop in de straat kunnen doen zodat wij er geen last van hebben. Gelukkig werd dit verzoek door ons goed opgenomen en de laatste 2 avonden hadden we er geen last van. Dit had voorkomen kunnen worden als de receptie erop toe gezien had dat het niet mogelijk zou moeten zijn dat in het midden van zo’n hechte gelovige groep andere groepen geplaatst worden. Deze groep gelovigen is bijna voortdurend aanwezig en daarom denk ik dat het beter zou zijn om ze niet met toeristen te mengen. Er kunnen mensen komen die anders denken en reageren dan wij gedaan hebben en dat zou geen goede afloop kunnen betekenen.

Jürgen (5/5): - Modernes, neues Chalet in Holz gebaut. Sehr sauber. Genügend Parkplatz vor dem Chalet. Gute Aus und Weitsicht. Schöne Terrasse. Unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption bei Chalet Übergabe. Nur schlechte Schotterstraßen im Areal. Laute Nachbarn Party! Küchenausstattung, Geschirr, Besteck keine gute bzw. minderwertige Qualität. 1 Dusche undicht.
Dave (9/5): Het was heerlijk genieten van de bergen en relaxed terug komen in je huisje. Dag afsluiten met sauna en badje. - Super huisje met prachtig uitzicht! Er was weinig kookgerei aanwezig. En het zou leuk zijn als er iets van koffie of thee al zou liggen, zeker voor die prijs.

Dusanka (9/5): Perfect winter escape for skiing and relaxing. - New chalet, very specious dining and living room, nice bedrooms, although a bit small. Great sauna and hot tub, very well equipped kitchen and very nice terrace. Close to the skiing slopes (5 min by car) and walking trails. A bit small bedrooms, not enough closets. Most of the time was very hot inside, not easy to regulate the temperature (could use some manuals).

Tímea (10/5): Highly recommended - The chalet was wonderful, everything was perfect. Nice and comfortable rooms, huge common area, well-equipped kitchen and awsome sauna, jacuzzi. We really enjoyed staying there and would want to revisit soon. Only very minor things - there was no salt in the kitchen and the jacuzzi had a strange odour.
