GRACIELA (8/5): Lo recomiendo - La ubicación y la buena comunicación con los administradores, también estar en la zona histórica de Roma y hacer todo caminando, la vista a la calle desde la ventana, hermosa. La cocina es chiquita, pero para vacacionar esta bueno.
Louise (7/5): - Great location Not very clean, and not very functional, but enough for a short stay. We were mostly outside anyway. Note that they make you pay cash for late check out. We arrive before 23h and it was 25 euros. The guy didn’t had change so we paid 30.

ΣΠΥΡΙΔΟΥΛΑ (5/5): Το σπίτι μας βόλεψε γιατί δεν μέναμε πολλές ώρες εκεί και η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική για αυτή την περίπτωση. - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική και το μπάνιο αρκετά μεγάλο. Ο καναπές κρεβάτι δεν ήταν καθόλου άνετος. Υπήρχε πάρα πολύ σκόνη κάτω από τον καναπέ και στο φωτιστικό. Είχε αράχνες πάνω η οροφή και κάποιες λάμπες ήταν καμένες.
María José (9/5): Muy recomendable. - La ubicación es perfecta. La calefacción funciona muy bien. Bien dotado de armarios. La ducha perfecta. Limpieza y ropa de cama en perfecto estado. Todo bien, aunque le falta algo de menaje de cocina: éramos 4 y solo había 3 vasos por ejemplo.

PAULINA (4/5): The amount paid is way over the facilities provided, they should definitely make some improvements. - If you are looking only for a good location in Rome, with minimum requirements for cleaning, you can choose this apartment. Starting from the door into the building (the key barely works) to the door of the apartment (same problem). Inside the apartment: cleaning was not done very well, dirty walls and floor, and even if we rented the apartment for one week, there was no cleaning done during this time. We had to ask to send us clean towels and toilet paper. There was no toothpaste; a very small bottle of shower gel was provided, so we had to buy. No hot water, so we had to do showers with cold water. The air conditioning barely works, and we could not sleep due to the heat. They informed us we could store the luggage at their office prior to check-in without saying we need to pay (5 small pieces cost 15 eur, for approx 4 hours).
