• Dmytro (3/5): Terrible - The only advantage is the location. Nice residential area with many good restaurants, harbour, parks, etc. Soundproof is zero. At night, some noise from outside was as loud as it was inside the apartment (something like air conditioner unit or similar). Safe deposit box was not working (was closed and I couldn’t open it). They fixed it around noon time next day, but for two-nights stay it’s similar to not having it. In addition, bed sheets were full of someone’s hair. And body wash was not provided (though, there were shampoo and conditioner).

• Gerald (7/5): It'll be a cold day in hell before I ever use Booking.com again. - The location and room view were outstanding. That was the highlight. Booking.com should have told me up front prior to check-in that any issues with the room had to be addressed to them and not the hotel staff. I was blind-sided when I went to the hotel desk to request some coffee for the room. They said I needed to take that to Booking.com as they were not responsible for any issues with the room. WTH?

• Alexandra (6/5): Hôtel idéal pour se déplacer à pied mais la vétustée des chambres ne vaut pas le prix - L'hôtel est très bien situé et proche a pied pour découvrir le quartier. Le parking avec un prix assez bas. Le balcon donne une belle vue sur la marina. Les chambres sont assez vieillissantes, la salle de bain était d'un ancien temps. Il y a un gros décalage entre le lobby de l'hôtel et les chambres

• David (10/5): Excellent location and a very clean / modern condo that was comfortable for a husband/wife/teen - The location was fantastic with easy walking distance to local restaurants and shopping at Coco Walk and other nearby areas. The unit was really clean and modern which was nice. The kitchenette was good enough to heat up leftovers or cook a small meal, but obviously not a kitchen. The building was well-kept. The toilet was loose and rocked side to side if you tried. Not an issue at all, just showing that I read the question :-) The place was really great in every way.
• Lisa (8/5): - We liked the comfort of the room, the view. The front desk ladies were awesome in helping us with all the issues at check in. Nothing the hotel did wrong but the owner of the room. The front desk received communication two hours before check0in that the room was ready. Based off that, the hotel allowed an early check-in. When arriving to the room, it was a mess. After finally receiving communication back from the owner (or whomever) was responding to texts, they had to dispatch a cleaning crew. Finally after 2 1/2 wait after check in time, we were able to check in.

When we first arrived the toilet did not flush. It took approximately 60 minutes for toilet tank to fill. We did call the number provided and they placed a ticket for building maintenance. Unfortunately, they did not show up till two days later. The maintenance man was great once he did get there. Second issue the shower design was ridiculous. The shower head was pointed directly at shower curtain which was too short and outside of shower stall. Ugh, water flooded bath room floor and no way to stop this from happening.

• Victoria (9/5): Excelente!!! - La vista es excelente, el cuarto es muy cómodo y amplio, la cocina muy completa. El balcón muy cómodo también muy lindo para estar alli. Lo super recomiendo!!! El baño tenía dos inconvenientes que son fáciles de resolver. La carga del inodoro tardaba muchísimo en llenar la mochila, esto se debe al sarro acumulado en la descarga. Y el otro problema era la ducha, apunta hacia afuera, la cortina era corta e iba por fuera del escalón con lo cual se inundaba el baño y para evitarlo había que hacer malabares pero se mojaba. Es fácil solo hay que poner un barral recto y una cortina más larga para evitar este tema. Y ahi es un 10!!!

• Onofre (4/5): Ninguna relación precio servicio. - No se informa al reservar que no tiene servicio mucama, no había papel higiénico, toallas de papel, servilletas, puerta de entrada mala, no hay quién informe de nada, solo le entregan la llave en el counter del hotel Arya. No hay teléfono donde comunicarse y el que dieron no contestó nunca. No lo ofrezco mas.

• Huchen (2/5): Not worth it. - No I don’t like it Utilities are old. The air conditioning controller is like 50 years old and not well functioning. It can not heat the unit when it’s cold in night. And it is still expensive, compared to the hotel we went the day before

Easy walk into the center of vibrant Coconut Grove, with lots of varied and interesting restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores, etc. Did not try the restaurant, due to superior breakfast spots nearby. Discounted parking in the hotel was available. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. I would unhesitatingly stay here again. N/A

The TV didn’t even let me connect my phone to it. It didn’t even connect to the hotels own wifi so I was lucky enough to buy an unlimited amount of data before I travelled here. I asked the staff on the first day and they said there was an issue with the connection and would get sorted by that night. Clearly didn’t as I was ignored each time I went to ask again.

Comfortable room that's perfect for a solo traveler. Overall a great deal. A very minor issue, but the only real hiccup I had was the shower. The way it's designed makes it subject to shooting water onto the floor and past the curtain -- be careful when angling the shower head!

• Jungmin (9/5): Pleasant stay in upscale neighborhood - - great location, located in the center of Coconut Grove which is a safe, upscale neighborhood in Miami. restaurants, shopping mall (Coco Walk), shops in walkable distance, also quiet at night - kind staffs, thanks for Marie kept checking in before and during the stay - comfy beds - liked that it has a kitchenette so I can cook simple noodles Things below were ok for me but just sharing this feedback in the hope that Arya will continue to improve - The room was overall well renovated, but the bathroom looked a bit dated and had some minor stains (nothing too concerning). - The shampoo, body wash, and conditioner dispensers were empty, but disposable tubes were provided, which was fine.

The view from the balcony is truly spectacular. There is heated jacuzzi in the pool, which was great for chilly days at the beginning of January. Parking is inexpensive and very convenient.

• LMS703305 (4/5): Great Location - Otherwise Very Basic - Here are things that work - Location is great. - Gorgeous view of Dinner Key Marina from balcony. - Parking was easy. - Room was clean upon arrival. - Fridge was useful. - NOT a luxury stay or good value for $456 per night. Many other options. - We misunderstood that booking was not for Aria Hotel as some units are privately owned so no cleaning services even for 5 day stay. - No one to help with bags up 6-8 steep steps to lobby. No ramp. (Valet watched us but...was not his job.) - Reception staff was inconvenienced with any questions and all are referred to Booking.com etc. - Room is very basic looks like someone just moved out. - Room needs repairs with rusted rebar showing in bath, grab bar falling off, chipping caulk. - We had allergic reaction 1st night to bedding or cleaning supplies then left balcony doors open which helped. No option to change rooms with communication to booking.com. - Gym is Okay but needs a good cleaning. - No amenities supplied in kitchenette such as coffee though there is a machine. Coffee is free 8-10AM from machine in lobby then $2 all other times. - Since room did not include cleaning, you'll need to do your own dishes.

Loved the beautiful view of the marina. - The best part about Balcony Ocean view was definitely the balcony with a beautiful view of the marina. There is also a nice rooftop pool. The location was nice with many options for dining and shopping. There was only one person working the desk and it was busy. I probably waited 10-15 minutes to get checked in while my husband sat out front with the car. The supplies (towels and soap) in the room were very low end. No restaurant or bar on site.

• alon (8/5): Nice. Great view of the ocean and pool. - The location is very good. The pool & Gym - great. The shower cannot be adjusted, and the water floods the room floor. The curtain is about to fall off and detach from the wall. The curtain is positioned in a way that does not prevent water from flooding the shower area. It was not possible to change channels or watch the TV at all. The power outlet near the desk is located underneath the table, making it inconvenient to use.

Banheiro com vaso sanitário solto, paredes mofadas e com aspecto de mal cuidado. Acesso a garagem muito ruim e colaborador sempre ausente e com demora absurda para liberação do portao.
• Alisa (9/5): Pretty view at Coconut Grove - The location is terrific. You can walk around Coconut Grove and down along the water overlooking Key Biscayne Bay. The room was tidy, clean & beds were super comfy. The view was beautiful overlooking part of the city and the bay! No Kleenex in the room. We thought that would be standard to have in a room.
