• Mika (2/5): Huono kokemus. - Siisti Mikään ei toiminut. Kesti 2 vrk saada yhteys että liesi saadaan toimimaan. Ei ollut mitään käyttöohjeita. On numeroita ja watsup numeroita joihin voi viestittää. Mihinkään kirjalliseen ei oikein vastattu. Ei ole erillistä ohjetta in case of emergency. Aamu 5 alkoi palovaroitin antamaan voimakkaan piip ännen eli patteri lopussa. En saanut nukuttua, en voinut olla asunnossa. Yhteyden ottoihin vastattiin vasta 4 h jälkeen klo 9 jälkeen aamulla. Olin laittanut textiviestiä useaan otteeseen watsup nroon ja soittanut kaikkiin esillä oleviin numeroihin. Kukaan ei vastannut. Textiviesteihin tuli vain automaattivastaus ilman mitään todellista asian hoitamista. Tässä tulee tässä muodossa reklamaatio. Haluaisin vastauksen ja pitäisin kohtuullisena jonkinlaista rahallista palautusta.

• Jelena (7/5): Мы сами виноваты, что не посмотрели дни карнавала, и попали прямо на него. Ночью спать было невозможно. Иногда гуляли д - До океана совсем недалеко. Если без машины, то все близко. Внизу магазинчик Очень жирный минус-это слышимость. Окна выходят прямо на парк с эстрадой, мы и попали прямо на карнавал. Но даже когда концерта не было, было шумно. Кондиционер-пропеллер в потолке. Как там выживают летом-неизвестно.
• Mari (8/5): - Die Lage ist super. Nur 10 Gehminuten zum Strand, dazwischen Fußgängerzone, Statd, viele Buse für die alte Stadt und auch für anderen Städte auf der Insel. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, es ist aber auch im Dezember sehr warm und evtl. fehlt die Klimaanlage. Uns hat das nicht gestört, aber ich kann mir vorstellen, wie es im Sommer ist. Das Bett war kaputt, allerdings hat uns beim Schlafen nicht gestört. Es sollte definitiv getauscht werden, da ich denke, das ist schon seit langem so. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, da die Leute die die Wohnung putzen und Bettwäsche wechseln, nicht gemerkt haben, dass das Bett so kaputt ist. Die Wohnung war auch nicht richtig sauber. Klar, Küche, Bad waren in Ordnung, aber Boden überhaupt nicht. Nach halbe Stunde in der Wohnung, waren unsere weiße Socken braun.

• Kathy (7/5): Good location. Well set up kitchen. Some kinks to work out. - Location was perfect for getting around. We had an issue with the place not being cleaned before we arrived and they were quick to rectify the problem. Communication for arrival was not timely but I think they had an issue with the booking. After we worked out the kinks we were happy enough. Kitchen has everything you'd need. Bed was super comfy. The apartment was warm - I didn't realize no AC the two fans didn't cut it. There is construction across the street so enjoying our coffee and breakfast in the mornings was impeded. The bathroom has a sewage smell at all times. We bought some sanitizer for the toilet to help but it was something unpleasant to deal with daily. No shampoo or handsoap provided. We asked for the soap pump to be filled and they sent some over a few days later. I hope our experience was just bad timing. The place is new looking and perfectly situated. The photos online were not the same as the room we booked. The advert also said seperate bedroom but it's a studio with a divider.
