Definitely recommend and I would stay again in a hear - The property was beautifully presented and felt very warm and cosy. There was plenty of space and it was very clean and tidy. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy! The area was very quiet and it was a very good convenient location and so close to the Kensington Olympia train station which was so handy. The only downside I can think of is that there was no door on the en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom which was fine by me as I was in the room on my own but if I was sharing I wouldn’t like this.

• Desislava (10/5): - Very spacious and comfortable apartment, suitable for a group of friends. Walking distance to metro station. Friendly host with excellent communication for checking in and out.
• Aine (10/5): Perfect stay. - Lovely apartment, great location - had everything we needed and was beautiful. Comfortable beds and really well presented. The host couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive, helped us book our parking right outside the apartment.

• Bauer (9/5): - Sehr hübsch eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren zu fünft da und hatten drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, eins mit Badewanne. Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Parkplatz in der gleichen Straße kann man gegen Gebühr mitbuchen. 20£ für einen ganzen Tag. Verkehrverbindung nicht ganz so optimal. 15 min Fußweg zur Tube, Die Station Kensington Olympia, die 1 min entfernt ist, gehört zur Overground und man muss 1 Station fahren, um zur Tube zu kommen oder halt laufen. Für London wahrscheinlich schon ziemlich gut. Appartement ist im Soutairan, hat am Anfang ein wenig abgeschreckt, aber das Lichtkonzept im Inneren hat das weniger Licht von außen ausgeglichen. Mit Sonnenschein ist in London eh nicht zu rechnen. ;)
• Vera (10/5): I would definetely recommend it. - Very nice appartement, with everything you need as an equipment.Very good WI FI. Easy communication with the host. Convenient location. In the main room we couldn't open the window - the bathroom with toilet was inside the room but without a door, so we couldn't ventilate it very well. During summer we are used to sleep with open window, what was impossible in this room. The other two rooms were OK.

• Rocco (10/5): I will return! - The property was spacious and perfect for a cosy family movie night. It strikes a beautiful balance between modern comforts and classic charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return! Well equipped kitchen!
• Heidrun (6/5): Hätte schön sein sollen... - Die Küche war recht gut eingerichtet, rein optisch überhaupt ok. Die Wohnung befindet sich, über eine steile und unebene Steintreppe erreichbar, im Untergeschoss. Es riecht extrem nach Keller, Feuchtigkeit und Muff. Dieser Geruch sitzt auch in den Polstern, auch in den Betten. Die Schlafzimmer, dass Erste von Dreien, ist gleich beim Eingang, Nur ein Minifenster, der Geruch ist dort kaum auszuhalten. Das Zweite Schlafzimmer hat grosse Fenster, wovon Eines nur ein kleines Stück hoch geschoben werden kann. Ausserdem ein Minibad ohne Tür. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein kleines Fenster und eine Terassentür. Die Terasse davor ist gnadenlos vergammelt und dreckig, die Möbel unbenutzbar. Verwelkte Pflanzen runden die Ungemütlichkeit perfekt ab. Die Betten in den Zimmern sind 1,40m x 2,00m, seeehr weich. Das Zweite Badezimmer ist optisch schön, allerdings gestaltet sich duschen tricky - eine stylische freistehende Badewanne ist vielleicht nicht die beste Idee... dazu gibt es keine Abstellflächen, die Zahnbürste sucht vergeblich ihren Platz. Im Wohnzimmer ausreichend Sitzplätze, leider nur eben mit diesem Geruch. Auch hier lässt sich ein Fenster nur etwas hoch schieben. Wir ( 6 Pers. ) haben das Beste aus allem gemacht!!!

• Charlotte (10/5): Amazing stay at Kensington Bay! - We had a lovely stay at Kensington Bay, it was everything and more than what we expected. It really was gorgeous and we were fully fulfilled. The host was kind enough to let us drop our luggage early as well, so thank you. The property was very thoughtful and had lots of lovely touches. The beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms were delightful. Nothing
• Charles (10/5): A beautiful stylish apartment right beside the Olympia - beautiful apartment in a great location for the Olympia. It was warm and comfy with just about everything you need. We were contacted by one of the owners several times prior to arrival and was given a direct number to call if we had any questions or concerns. There is no wardrobes or drawers to place your clothes in the bedrooms, but not a major issue.

• Veerlevdb (10/5): Loved it! - We loved the area and the beautiful house. The bed was was comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen were fine. Just a few minor details The light is a cold white. We missed reading lights in the bedroom.
• Mohaned (1/5): Big disappointment - - host answers very quickly when there was an issue with the lock - only 3 towel sets were provided when we booked for 5 people - no washing machine unlike what was advertised - the ensuit bathroom had no door ! And the toilet seat was smaller than the actual toilet. The shower also has no handle from the inside, very awkward to open - the smallest bedroom is located under the stairs and was absolutely horrendous. Very poor and damp with no windows that can open. The property was definitely not a 3 bedroom, more like 2 bedrooms and a closet that you would sleep in - the house had a bad smell all around. No windows would open so unable to air it out - we were unable to control the heating and it was cold during the night - no soap readily available, had to search around the cupboards to find some - the door lock would not open and we were stuck inside, however host replied quickly advising me to open the lock using a knife. Overall the place did not match the ad and unfortunately was a huge disappointment as we expected a luxurious rental
• Luke (10/5): Clean, modern, well laid out apartment with comfy beds and high spec bathrooms. - Very clean, modern and spacious. Comfy beds. A little noisy in the mornings but to be expected in central London next to tube station

• Nina-joyce (10/5): A beautifully presented apartment.. - The apartment was exceptionally bright, clean, modern and well furnished with everything we needed for our short stay. It's centrally located with good transport links and I would definitely stay there again in future.
