• Andreea (10/5): an absolutely wonderful stay — truly a 10/10 experience - We had an absolutely wonderful stay…truly a 10/10 experience. First of all, the hosts are simply amazing people. No matter the time, whenever we needed anything or asked for recommendations on what to visit or do, they were always incredibly helpful and open. From the very beginning, they welcomed us warmly and made us feel like part of their family. We arrived a bit later than expected, but the host came to meet us immediately, checked us in quickly, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. He even asked about our itinerary and helped us organize it in a much more logical way, which made a huge difference since we were a bit haotic at first. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the homemade traditional pancakes (a local specialty prepared by the lady of the house). They were truly outstanding and added such a personal, authentic touch to our stay. A very touching moment for us was around Orthodox Easter, they wished us a Happy Easter, which we found incredibly kind and thoughtful. The room was modern, beautifully decorated, and spotless, a solid 10/10 for cleanliness. We had everything we needed and more: toiletries, slippers, tea, coffee, every small detail was carefully thought out. The hot water and heating were more than sufficient, everything was perfect. The location is also excellent , close enough to reach the Old Bridge in Mostar in just 3–5 minutes by car, but far enough from the crowds to enjoy peace and quiet, which we really appreciated. Overall, we felt completely at home and had an unforgettable experience. Congratulations to the hosts for such an exceptional place! With love, Andreea & Mădălin -

La ferestre exista storuri blackout și poți dormi excelent. Paturile sunt confortabile. Micul dejun este foarte bogat și diversificat. Gazdele ne-au tratat ca pe prietenii lor. Un loc minunat din toate punctele de vedere.

• Mirjana (10/5): - Odlična namestitev, tudi za zelo zahtevne goste. Nov objekt, zelo lepe in udobne sobe, odlično opremljene, arhitekturno odlično zasnovane. Blizu mesta Mostar. Osebje je izredno prijazno, svetuje kam na oglede in izlete.. Zajtrk je zares odličen, bogat, samopostrežen, zadosti vsem okusom in potrebam. Zelo priporočava obisk, če potrebujete namestitev v bližini. Najboljša namestitev po potepanju po Bosni. Nimava pripomb!

Good facilities. Good WiFi. Lovely location. Shop in the complex, an amazing pizza place 20meters away where all the locals come to eat. Pharmacy 500m walk away. Need to pay in cash. Not an issue but I wasn't prepared. But the owner gave me time to get some cash so I paid him 24 hours after I arrived. We will recommend this to all our friends.
• Monika (10/5): - Świetne miejsce na bazę do zwiedzania. Apartament gustownie urządzony. Bardzo czysto. Trzeba dojechać bliżej centrum ale nam właśnie chodziło o to żeby nie spać w największym zgiełku i obecności innych turystów. Przepyszne śniadanie, niczego nie brakowało.

• William_jc (9/5): Very nice! - The staff at Smile apartments are incredibly nice. The apartments are modern, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is a very nice buffet with many different options. WiFi works very well. There’s a shared balcony, both for relaxing as well as drying swim gear 😊 The location isn’t great, you really need a car to make this your base for Mostar. There’s only one restaurant in the area.

Tesisin marketi de vardı oradan da alışveriş yaptık. Pazar günü kapalı olmasına rağmen Elmir Bey bizim için açtı . Her sey için teşekkür ediyoruz. Yeniden gelirsek yine burada kalırız. Wifi kalitesi cok iyi değildi kopukluk yaşadık. Yatak fazla yumuşaktı ama zaten tek gece kaldığımız için cok problem etmedik

The owners and hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. Parking is available, safe, and with plenty of space. The breakfast was generous, fresh, and delicious. Overall, a perfect stay that we would highly recommend.

Φοβερο δωματιο με ολες τις ανεσεις και αψογη διακοσμηση.. μεχρι και κλιματισμο στην σκαλα είχε πηγαινοντας στα δωματια. πολυ ωραια κοινη βεράντα με κουνιες για να απολαυσεις το βραδυ το κρασακι σου με θεα το Μοσταρ. Οτι πληρωνεις μονο με μετρητα.

Everything was great, the contact with Mr. Elmir was very easy, we asked for early chick in and he immediately responded and did his best to get the apartments ready before our arrival. all good

Było nam u Was dobrze i spędziliśmy u Was cudownie czas:). Elmir, podpowiedział nam co warto zobaczyć, wytłumaczył gdzie co jest, a nawet pomógł w organizacji Raftingu:). Bardzo serdecznie pozdrawiamy cała Rodzinę:):):). Pobyt uważam, za niesamowicie udany. Kontakt rewelacyjny, Elmir nas powitał i zaprowadził do apartamentu. Dom, w którym są apartamenty znajduje się przy ulicy, która prowadzi do centrum Mostaru. 1 min od budynku jest pizerria z pysznym jedzeniem (czynna do 23) , w druga stronę 4 min kawiarnia z pyszną kawą. Parking prywatny za budynkiem (ogrodzony), a jeżeli podróżujesz z rowerami : Elmir udostępnił nam miejsce w swoim garażu:). Budynek niesamowicie zadbany i czyściutki, w którym Elmir ma sklep (jedzenie, pamiątki, chemia, ubrania, -taki mini sam). Apartament na I piętrze. Duży salon ( bardzo wygodna rozkładana dwuosobowa sofa, fotel stół, krzesła, szafa) z aneksem kuchennym (wyposażony -można sobie coś ugotować -jest czajnik el., lodówka), sypialnia (dwuosobowe bardzo wygodne łóżko, półeczka z lustrem i fotelem, szafeczki nocne). Łazienka ( duży natrysk, toaleta, umywalka). Ręczniki codziennie wymieniane i sprzątany apartament. Śniadania podawane na parterze, urozmaicone, świeże i pyszne. Dania na gorąco i zimno. Wytrawnie i słodko. Do dyspozycji gości: taras (stoliki z krzesłami oraz huśtawki). Polecamy na wieczorne pogawędki:). Z jednej strony piękny widok na góry:). Polecamy z całego serca to miejsce. Można pojeździć na rowerach:):):) Żałujemy, że tak krótko...:)

• Hans Kristian (10/5): Anbefales varmt! - Anbefales virkelig!! Bærer navnet sitt Smile Apartments med rette! Eieren tok imot oss med et eneste stort smil. Han var utrolig hyggelig og hjalp oss og forklarte oss om området og attraksjoner og spisesteder. De har også laget en egen plakat med informasjon og tips til steder man kan besøke og avstand fra hotellet. God frokost som var over all forventning. Nytt og fint rom. Plettfritt og rent. Rolig område. Gratis parkering. Mulighet til å kjøpe matvarer og suvenirer i butikken i første etasje. Det var bare kontakt betaling på hotellet, men vi ble kjørt til nærmeste minibank som var rett i nærheten. Anbefales varmt og ville ha bodd der igjen! Har ingenting å utsette utover at vi skulle ha booket flere netter en bare en natt!! Det er så mye spennende å se og oppleve i Mostar.

O pequeno almoço era incrível!! Com muita variedade e produtos locais. A disponibilidade dos anfitriões. Por baixo do prédio tinha um minimercado. A distância do centro.
